Actually my sister told to recharge her number but her number is 79xxxxx407, but i have done recharge for the number 79xxxx2677 which was my sister's old number (Which was saved in my contacts) which we have blocked it coz we lost that sim, but jio gave that number to any other person, so i have done the recharge by mistakenly, i contacted jio cust care they told yo contact that person but he told that he didn't got any recharge and he is poor, he can't afford rs.400, then after that once again i contacted jio they told that it is possible to transfer the plan from myjio app, but i have to find that person and get it transfered from his jio id, i asked the address of that person to jio executive, they provided me the address but the person was not available at that address, so that is my problem kindly help me, i once again contacted to jio they told me it is not possible to transfer but if customer can transfer why can't they transfer?, that my question, and kindly help me with the problem.
