Dear sir / madam,

I booked jio phone in jio app and paid 500 rupees as a booking fee. After receving message your phone is ready to collect, i went to jio store located at no.88 avinashi road, hopes college, peelamedu, coimbatore-641004, tamilnadu at 3 p. M on[protected]. The sales person told me you need to pay 1500 to get the phone. I told them in the launch its mentioned the price of a phone is 1500 and already i paid 500, balance of 1000 i can pay now but he refused to give me the phone and said you need to buy a sim and memory card compulsary. I told i already have a jio sim and also i told i don't need memory card right now but they said its mandatory to buy these, then only we can give the phone. Dont cheat people by dirty marketing plan. Thanks for looting money from innocent people. Be happy with looting hard earned money from innocent people. No one can ask you because you are in high position and we are poor. Dont cheat people by fake promises.

    Sir, i have recharged my jio mob no. [[protected]] by my mobile paytm account rs. 399/- vide paytm order no. [[protected]] dated 10/11/2017 accordingly rs. 399/- deducted from my account. But my jio number neither recharged nor the amount refunded in my account. It still showing "processing". Please do needful to refund my amount rs.399/- at the earliest please..

      After getting the sms to pick my jio phone from jio outlet, i have visited my nearest jio outlet. Criper road, konnagar, hooghly, reliance digital. 1st day they told me that it's already 9pm so they can't deliver me the set, i have to come before 9 pm. 2nd day at 8:30 pm, they are out of stock. 3rd day at 3:30 pm they are having lunch time from 3 pm till 4:30pm so i was informed to come after 4:30 pm.
      If this attitude customers have to face daily, then why we are believing in reliance.
      If you could kindly help us with some better staffs in your outlets.

        I done a recharge of 399 using my jio app last saturday using upi payment method and the money successfully debited from my bank account and recharge not happened. [protected]@icici is the upi id which jio given to me to pay. I lost the money and i contact with jio customer card multiple times. But customer care people said me to contact the bank to solve this issue. Jio cant do anything if payment got failed in the payment gateway. Tel me how can help me to get ma money back

            I did an online recharge of rs. 399/- on the mob. No. ([protected]) through my jio app with jio no ([protected]) on 7/11/2017.

            Details of recharge on mob no.
            Ref. No. For online recharge via debit card: jf[protected]
            On 07/11/2017 at (Time - 17:41:14).

            Recharge done through mob no with my jio app: [protected]

            The amount of rs. 399/- has been deducted
            I have already registered a complaint online as well as in customer care at anand, gujarat before one week. They replied me that the recharge amount will be done in the next 48 hrs. But still, 5 days have been passed and the problem is not resolved.

            I request you to solve the problem on an immediate basis. Otherwise willingly i'll have to change the network service with other company.

              I booked iphone x on 29 oct on jio store in etawah the manager said he will deliverd the phone on 5 nov bt till now he cant deliverd the phone & now said take your refund back this is not the way they are dealing if i want refund back then y should i book the phone now booking is closed so that i cant book anywhere also.

              Jio phone prebooking was done on 25th Aug, still we have not received, always getting the message wil get back to you once it is available i[censored] cant give on time then please stop prebooking.

                  Recharge on 10/11/17 Rs 399/- in my jio no [protected] through PAYTM from my bank SBI . The amount deducted as per statement no.[protected] but my jio connection already stopped due to non recharge . Pl examine and expedite.

                  After lodging complaints several times regarding non recharge of my jio no. Of Rs 399/- on 10/11/17 through PAYTM from my SBI A/C. If no response from u I shall compelled to take legal steps against Paytm. This is my last intimation.

                    Last month i recharged my jio sim.. Before some days a sms they r send to me... And say that my sim is used as abnormaly and miss used...
                    When i called the customer care they told me that i[censored] r doing some bussiness call then they will dissconnect my voice service.
                    To night suddenly i seen that the r disconnected my voice... And asking for 149 recherge and the it will start again.
                    Jio is providing fake service.. I need help.

                      No proper signal from last 6 months for jio. I tried complaining many times. Since last 5 months they are saying like the they have planned a tower site in my locality and they are working on that and the network issue will be sorted out within 60 to 90 days. Every time i call them they are saying the same 90 days. No voice clarity. They are simply looting money with no service. If they cannot provide service let them refund my recharge amount and can close the services. Else extend recharge validity till they resolve the issue. No call quality with just 1 point singal and no network coverage many times.

                      Unable to get Jio speed which u actually give.
                      It's just 460 kbps speed we are getting.

                      Jio store in jnv colony near Vivekanand school is selling not working jio phone and destroying peoples image I want to claim money for inappropriate behavior.
                      Bahi sun hindi mein . mein jio ke center pe 5 din se jaa rha hoo wha ka merchant baar baar yeh keh rha hai ki stock is out of jio phone aur sahi se baat nhi kar rha hai.

                      if jio is not able to provide services then it is a very shamefull thought for jio.

                      And i want immediate action on it

                        Sir i have done a recharge by net banking to my jio no which is [protected] but mistakly i did it on [protected]. But the person not ready to back my money. Kindly help me to back my money.
                        I did not want my money now but any time when he or she have money then they back my money in my jio wallet. Because if recharge of 100 or 150 etc then i dont want it back but amout is 400 so pls sir help me. Becouse my monthly salary is very low around 5000 so kindly help me

                          I have been complaining about the poor network coverage in my locality but got no resolution regarding my complaint at all. I am now fed up of complaining again and again. Every time i complain about the worst network coverage i get a new assurance of sorting out the issue within 3 days. It has been almost 10 months now i am using the jio network and getting a new assurance every month. Since last 3 month they are saying like the they have planned a tower site in my locality and they are working on that and the network issue will be sorted out within 60 days. And this type of message i am getting since last 6 months.
                          Thus i just want to get a right answer whether it will be solved or not and they should be loyal towards their word and their customers as well.

                          Dear care... Your jio digital centre in Thanjavur, Tamilnadu, is not delivering my prebooked jio phone to me. Whenever i go there they take no response and always say that stock is over. I visited 5 times there but. Your company messaged me to collect the phone from centre but they take no response..

                            I have complained jio i'd sr000008ym5y in 30 apr 17 regarding slow internet connection in kolshet road area, thane (W), 400607 and also a fresh complaint jio id sr00000dp4g1 date 06/10/17. But till now there is no resolution. Now a days all the call received or dialled from mobile or landline are dropping in most of the time. As i complained the service provider, they assureed me for 90 days of resolution but till now there is no resolution, almost 200 days crossed. So i need immediate compensation from company.

                              This is kapil khurana. I have booked jio phone on 25 august 2017. I've waited so many days and i'm not agree with your latest terms and conditions.

                              Jio fooled the customers with t&c after booking the phone. They can do the same while booking the phone.

                              I've mailed and talked to customer care already but they are not ready to refund the money.

                              I want to cancel my pre-booked jio phone and refund the money.

                                Miss. Vanshika nagar is hr in hr perfect solution, she's said me i am selected for the post of supervisor in reliance jio infocomm and she's provide me training letter. And i am also paid 7150 rs for security deposit amount. She's said me this amount is refundable after completion of training. But when i am goining in reliance office i was shocked, there is no any training provider.
                                She's not answer my any calls.

                                I haven't yet received my refund for Jiofiber connection which was surrendered within a months period.
                                As per the company policy I had initiated the cancellation for my Jiofiber connection. The request was accepted and the authority person had collected the devices too. But its more than a month that I haven't yet received the deposits given for the amount of 2500/-

                                  My # [protected]. I am facing No Network coverage problem in my Office area for the past 7 months. I have started raising requests from Apr-2017 (It is around 9 tickets now). They called me some time to ask whether the problem was fixed, I said No. Next day my request/ticket got closed. This happens from Apr-2017 to Till Date. On August they found that it is network issue and they ask for maximum of 90 Days time (3 Months) to fix it. For them 28 Days is a month. So, I recharged twice in this 7 months and day before yesterday, My plan expired. I ask for exception, since I don't want to recharge again and wait for months. They refuse to give it for next 10 days. I know How they work on this issue in the past 7 months. To identify the issue itself, they need 5 months. So, Don't recharge by heard the work of customer care guys. It is my office, I barely need network coverage there. If you have options, you can recharge but 4 months to identify the issue and 3 months again to fix the issue is un-acceptable.

                                    Actually my sister told to recharge her number but her number is 79xxxxx407, but i have done recharge for the number 79xxxx2677 which was my sister's old number (Which was saved in my contacts) which we have blocked it coz we lost that sim, but jio gave that number to any other person, so i have done the recharge by mistakenly, i contacted jio cust care they told yo contact that person but he told that he didn't got any recharge and he is poor, he can't afford rs.400, then after that once again i contacted jio they told that it is possible to transfer the plan from myjio app, but i have to find that person and get it transfered from his jio id, i asked the address of that person to jio executive, they provided me the address but the person was not available at that address, so that is my problem kindly help me, i once again contacted to jio they told me it is not possible to transfer but if customer can transfer why can't they transfer?, that my question, and kindly help me with the problem.
