I had ported my vodafone number to jio on 18\11\2017 the porting process was completed smoothly. And all my services are resumed on my new jio sim. Except incoming calls from vodafone and landline numbers. Any vodafone number trying to call on my ported on my jio sim is not able to call me. I have called to jio customer care but they are telling there is an issue with vodafone. And vodafone customer care is telling you are no longer our subscriber. So what do i do.     I have been communicating with jio customer care since october the 23rd and i am not getting anywhere with my dispute.

    I requested international roaming to be activated by paying rs. 1100 on. 7th october. As soon as it was activated, my sim stopped working and the network was showing “no service”. I immediately went to the jio store and got a new sim card. I couldn’t even use my phone.

    I left india on 8th october and my phone was still on “no service”, i was informed that as soon as i land in indonesia and turn on my phone and select international roaming under the sim application option on my iphone, the phone network will start working. But it continued to be on “no service”. I at that time tried to chat with customer care through the app using wifi and was told my service is still not activated.

    I returned to india on 15th october and noticed that service restarted once i was in india.

    So i paid for the international roaming and it never worked, i would like to request a refund for the service, that didn’t work. If you see my account it clearly shows that the amount paid for international roaming was not utilised at all as i had no service. I have made several calls & chatted with the service reps and no one is able to figure out how to help me. I also received a call from the manager and she said she will respond to me within 24 hours, this was last week friday.

    I sincerely hope that you will be able to help me and refund my international roaming charge as it was not activated.

    Sent over 15 emails to jio and now they say they will not refund me my money despite ir pack not working.

    I have activated jio international roaming for uae for one month.. now IAM at uae where I can able to receive calls and use data.. but unable to make calls.. contacted the customer care many time through chat.. but no solution so far.. it's highly disappointing that a big network like jio doesn't have good technical support team..

      I had got sms on [protected] that my jio phone is ready for pick up pn 29/10/2017 but it have not been delievered yet. There is a total failure from your part as far as communication, costumer satisfaction and commitment. I regret to say i had thorowly hearted by this.

      Kindly cacncel my voucher and refund my deposit. I dont need jio phone at all.

      You are requested to visit the nearest JIO store along with your Aadhar Card to receive your JIO Phone. Now a days JIO phone is available at market. Also they wont cancel the pre-booking also there is no notification about cancellation of booking of JIO Phone.

          When i was doing rechharge for my number ([protected]) of rs 100, at that time there was impliedly selected other three numbers but i could not see those numbers and by default there was a payment of rs 400 instead of rs 100 from my bank account. When i got message for rs. 400 payment from my bank account that time i came to know. Please do refund for my money. Please do needful.

            I am swarup sahoo. I have booked jio phone on 25 august 2017. I've waited so many days and i'm not agree with your latest terms and conditions.

            Jio fooled the customers with t&c after booking the phone. They can do the same while booking the phone.

            I've mailed and talked to customer care already but they are not ready to refund the money.

            I want to cancel my pre-booked jio phone and refund the money.

              Amount deducted from bank but not credited
              Yesterday i tried recharging for jio service mobile number : [protected] for rs 459.

              In the payment option, i chose upi as a payment means and entered my upi id and i was able to successfully transfer the amount as well.

              The reference of payment made is as below

              17 nov 2017 upi-#[protected]@icici-#-collect-pay-request #

              However upon completing the payment, i got an error screen informing me failure and the amount was not credited to the account nor did i get the money reversed into my hdfc bank.

              Can you both check at your respective systems and let me know why it failed.

              I am very upset from the jio services. No customer value. They making fool the people. Nonsense people are working in the jio customer care. They lei to customers. There is no flexibility. I am trying to call them last two days no body is responding. I simply recharge my number myself and it was not reflected in my jio account and i call costumer care. And they told me last moment that i did it now. U recharge billing account and i ask them kindly make it in recharging mode. First they refused and then last moment they accepted and told me i did it and it will take two days to reflect in ir account but still it has not come to account yet almost five days has gone. And i got disconnected my jio services. What is this nonsense. Can any body call me or text and make my problem solve.

                On 5th november i have paid rs.399/- online per debit to my current account with sbin0001082 branch of sbi bearing number [protected].. It was for jio phone [protected]. The journal number appearing in my account debit narration is jsbi[protected]gachxrs26. The phone was not recharge and later on again i have paid on line on 9th november rs.399/- vide reference number jsbi[protected]gacireqy3 by debit to same account which was done.
                Please, therefore, i am in excess debit of rs.399/- (Entry dated 5th november) which i request for refund urgently.

                Please do the needful.

                    I am facing issue regarding data speed. I have also complained about it to customer care but they said it will be resolved within 90 days because we will implement a new site in your area so it will took some time... But after 90 days that is not resolved... Then again i called in customer care many times they are saying same for wait 90 days again... But issue is not resolved so my question is that if you can't provide facility to the customer then why are you taking 399 rs charge of that facility... Solve it otherwise i am going to complain in consumer court that you have taken money but not providing any facility to customer

                        Everytime i call customer care they give some random date of 30-50 days, and on complaining after this period they give another date. It's their job. I recharge double for 6 months and not a single point of coverage at my shop at 360001. I used to go on road shouting on phone when calling via jio. 3 kbps - 10 kbps is the limit here in pravin watch company building. Navanaka road

                          There is serious network problem of reliance jio in the paprola, tehsil baijnath distt kangra of himachal pradesh especially near the rajiv gandhi pg govt ayurvedic hospital. There is no internet speed, interrupted voice calls since 7 months. Previously the same complaint has been filed before 2 months but has not yet resolved. The signal strength is very weak especially between 9 am to 11: 30 pm.

                          Done recharge using BHIM app (UPI) . amount got deducted but recharge didnot happen

                            Dear concern,

                            I have purchased water 11 and there is camera, battery charging & speaker issue.

                            As the mobile is under warranty and i have visited nearest jio store for the issue, but all the staff in gandhidham are rude and not serving the customers in good manner.

                            As my colleges are also fed up by the service all are facing the same problem but not getting proper service from the store.

                            Kindly take the matter seriously as its the matter of a reputed company and due such uneducated and rude staff the name of the company is spoiled.

                              I was purchase one jio wifi 3 & new jio sim for internet uses only at around a month before but from day 1 internet speed is very very poor.
                              All sites are so buffering downloading is very poor
                              After repeated complaints in customer care they want more 90 days to resolve the problem. Its so so meaningless.

                              Contacting and reaching out to them is useless. They are not investing in their bandwidth, they made me recharge but internet speed is slow to the extent that even google takes a minute to open. One must file a case in court against them, only then they will learn the lesson.

                                It has now happened second time in this month when data is showing exhausted without even using it more than an hour. I have 2 gb daily plan but really surprised at the way jio is functioning. I tried checking through my jio app but it is not accepting my registered mobile which is non jio, jio id, e-mail registered and worst is they don’t even acknowledge the serial number of their own jio fir citing it incorrect. Seems jio is trying to cover up their losses by such mean tricks

                                  I am using jio sim and facing very low downloading speed in my area. I called customer care helpline 198. Firstly they told me that my complaint is in process and will be sortout within three months. After three months repeat my followup and told them that the problem still same. Today i again called the customer care and they advised me to purchase a costly mobile like i phone x (Havingcost about 90000/-) as reliance ensure best downloading speed in all 4g supported mobiles so this is very embarrasing revert given by reliance if this is for all joo users.

                                    I am using this (Jio number) mobile, it has very bad networking for talking and also using the data card. After recharge regularly they got money even they are not provided normal service, because i am not talking a day one or two times only. Even they are not provided normal service it indicates bad service to the public. All are initial time only showing they are a good company after one or two years they also eating public money.

                                    I am going to stop this bad jio number after this recharge days completion.

                                      My daily data 1 gb was exhausted without use on 28th oct 2011.

                                      On 28th on my weekly off i was unable to user internet and due to that my personal and official task got delayed to next day.

                                      Its impacting my personal and official task. And service sla is too bad to support to this type of incident.

                                      Really i am sorry to say but not happy with service provided.

                                      No call given my customer for this issue and getting emails that we tried to reach you but not reachable that completely unacceptable.

                                      Sir, your efforts to convince the jio care personnel's is sheer waste of your time.
                                      They have set drafts of correspondence to send and close the matter and never get solved.
                                      You may observe that each of your reply will be attended by different person. If you send the trail of emails, they are least bothered and never go through it and simply send a ready drafted reply. They never share the name and addresses of their incharge for consumer complaints.
                                      I am also one of the sufferer like and planning to go to dist. Consumer forum.

                                      Going to consumer forum is the only solution and give the matter in media.

                                        My jio plan is 399, which gives me unlimited voice call and others. But my call discontinued from today where the plan validity is 1 feb 2018. The adviser told me that i have used abnormal voice call. But the plan has unlimited voice call. What is the reason? If there have any limitation in voice call? If any why not mentioned?
