Recharged the my phone number on 8th november, via credit card, paid rs 399, my number is[protected], probably got into[protected], the number which is defunct and not working, contacted customer care, no resolution, promised to call and resolve but still there us no call or any action, they have stopped my services and gulped my money, no processes in place, there is no validation and alert in website, highly insecure, such error in inputs are common and could also result owing to some technical reasons which one has no control like picking up from buffer memory or some ui problem,.. Still waiting for call and resolution,.. If they are not providing the services, they should refund my money that would be ethical.. Best regards, akshaya bhatia [protected]
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
As per the company policy I had initiated the cancellation for my Jiofiber connection. The request was accepted and the authority person had collected the devices too. But its more than a month that I haven't yet received the deposits given for the amount of 2500/-
