This is kapil khurana. I have booked jio phone on 25 august 2017. I've waited so many days and i'm not agree with your latest terms and conditions.

Jio fooled the customers with t&c after booking the phone. They can do the same while booking the phone.

I've mailed and talked to customer care already but they are not ready to refund the money.

I want to cancel my pre-booked jio phone and refund the money.

    Miss. Vanshika nagar is hr in hr perfect solution, she's said me i am selected for the post of supervisor in reliance jio infocomm and she's provide me training letter. And i am also paid 7150 rs for security deposit amount. She's said me this amount is refundable after completion of training. But when i am goining in reliance office i was shocked, there is no any training provider.
    She's not answer my any calls.

    I haven't yet received my refund for Jiofiber connection which was surrendered within a months period.
    As per the company policy I had initiated the cancellation for my Jiofiber connection. The request was accepted and the authority person had collected the devices too. But its more than a month that I haven't yet received the deposits given for the amount of 2500/-

      My # [protected]. I am facing No Network coverage problem in my Office area for the past 7 months. I have started raising requests from Apr-2017 (It is around 9 tickets now). They called me some time to ask whether the problem was fixed, I said No. Next day my request/ticket got closed. This happens from Apr-2017 to Till Date. On August they found that it is network issue and they ask for maximum of 90 Days time (3 Months) to fix it. For them 28 Days is a month. So, I recharged twice in this 7 months and day before yesterday, My plan expired. I ask for exception, since I don't want to recharge again and wait for months. They refuse to give it for next 10 days. I know How they work on this issue in the past 7 months. To identify the issue itself, they need 5 months. So, Don't recharge by heard the work of customer care guys. It is my office, I barely need network coverage there. If you have options, you can recharge but 4 months to identify the issue and 3 months again to fix the issue is un-acceptable.

        Actually my sister told to recharge her number but her number is 79xxxxx407, but i have done recharge for the number 79xxxx2677 which was my sister's old number (Which was saved in my contacts) which we have blocked it coz we lost that sim, but jio gave that number to any other person, so i have done the recharge by mistakenly, i contacted jio cust care they told yo contact that person but he told that he didn't got any recharge and he is poor, he can't afford rs.400, then after that once again i contacted jio they told that it is possible to transfer the plan from myjio app, but i have to find that person and get it transfered from his jio id, i asked the address of that person to jio executive, they provided me the address but the person was not available at that address, so that is my problem kindly help me, i once again contacted to jio they told me it is not possible to transfer but if customer can transfer why can't they transfer?, that my question, and kindly help me with the problem.

              Jio is making fool of people. My internet connection is slow i has raised complaint against the same. They provided solution saying
              "dear customer,
              Your service request no. Sr00000epta3 related to connectivity issues has been processed. We would like to inform you that a jio site has been planned in your area. Site should be live in 90 days after which you will enjoy seamless 4g network. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you can call us on 199 from your jio number or raise an appeal with our appellate.

                I ported my docomo sim to jio in 1st week of october 97396*, before that i was using a different jio sim 866078* during the launch the speed of the internet was remarkable for the first free 3months, as we became prime members from july the speed of the network also dropped.

                We have 3 connections in our house and none would work in our area, we are receiving download speed to be 0.4mbps, just 500 meters away from my home when i checked through your net velocity app i could get 3mbps, atleast fair speed.

                I have been complaining since i ported and i just get to hear 2 more months before we sort out the issue in your location. I have subscribed to your 3 months plan its already a month and 2 more months to sort out the issue, so its complete 3 months of no service and i have paid for it for getting nothing.

                I demanded atleast 2months of service to be given free for not getting to use the service, i tried speaking to the escalations and their supervisor they say they do not have such option right now, and they will not be able to reinstate the 2months to my subscription, which i feel is pathetic.

                Hence i am writing to you hoping atleast you will be in some position to help me in this regards.

                  One of the retailer is selling the jio phone at higher price i. E. More than 1500
                  Though i have booked it two months ago on 27th of september 2017. His name is vishal and his shop is at eta - quarsi by pass. Now he is asking me to pay more than the said price. He wants me to pay 1800 rupees instead of 1500.

                    Since my last recharge I either did not get internet or internet strength was so weak that i was able to use it. I feel was cheated on purchase of connection.

                    I called on customer care no. they said to switch off and then open again, but did not help

                      Previous versions of reliance jio's myjio app used to update the data used in real time. Meaning if i'd have used say 100mb of data in the last hour, i'd be able to see that in the myjio app after 1 hour instantly.

                      However, the current versions of myjio app (Or any other features that help see how much data have been used, such as missed calling on 1299), doesn't give the data usage statistics in real time.

                      My complaint and problem, is that, since the usage statistics update every 7-8 hours, instead of instantly, one can't really have a check on how much data one has used, which is a hobbling problem, and costs me money.

                      I request reliance jio, if it sees this complaint at all, to please make it real time. It's such a pain to almost every reliance jio user.

                        Iam 84 yrs. Old super senior citizen and former senior officer of the world bank and the asian development bank. My wife, also a super senior citizen, is totally bed-ridden and suffering from multiple health issues. I am highly diabetic. We need phones for our survival to call doctors and nurses at any time and on short notice. We therefore booked two phones in our names and paid rs.500 each in september to ur authorized dealer in september. The name and address of the dealer is digital xpress, shop 108a, sahara mall, mg road, gurugram 122002, haryana. (By the way they rarely pick up the phone). About 10 days ago i went personally and was able to collect only one phone in my name. When i gave my wife's phone number, the representative checked it and asked for her aadhar which i did not have. Then i went again 3 days ago and the same representive said that the jio phone has not been booked on that phone. Which is not right and he did not tell me the same thing when i had collected my phone. I have strong feeling that this dealer is not giving phones to right claimants and then probably sells them to others. Unfortunately, i have misplaced the rs.500 receipts; however both phones were registered on the same day and time. When i asked him to check his register. He refused to do so.                         Regarding my complaint of Nov. 11, I visited Digital Express again on 19 November and again I was told that Jio phone is not booked against my wife's phone [protected]. I again requested one Mr. Amit to look into the register and he said he did not have it immediately. He then told me to call him the next day on the shop's two phone numbers and the first one[protected] was out of order and the other[protected] rings but no one picks it up. As I have said in my complaint I am 84 yrs. old and cannot visit this shop again and again.I request JIO customer care to help on an URGENT BASIS. Ramdass Keswani

As in your website site also shown picture of connectivity of jio phone to tv. Is this cable available in market? How can i get & from where i get the media cable?

                            Recharged the my phone number on 8th november, via credit card, paid rs 399, my number is[protected], probably got into[protected], the number which is defunct and not working, contacted customer care, no resolution, promised to call and resolve but still there us no call or any action, they have stopped my services and gulped my money, no processes in place, there is no validation and alert in website, highly insecure, such error in inputs are common and could also result owing to some technical reasons which one has no control like picking up from buffer memory or some ui problem,.. Still waiting for call and resolution,.. If they are not providing the services, they should refund my money that would be ethical.. Best regards, akshaya bhatia [protected]

                              I purchased a jio phone and i received it yesterday but when i opened a box the it contains only charger hanset and battery but there is no qsg cable and when the phone was launch mr. Ambani says that it is dual sim phone but infact i found a single in which jio is supported only will u pls ans me that where i got my qsg cable and where i complaint for the phone about single or dual sim

                                Now jio's speed reduce to 64 kbps for all time. Though they said that first 1 gb will customer get with high speed and after that customer will get 64 kbps. But last 3-4 days jio provide 100-120 kbps flat speed for first 1 gb of the day and after that 20kbps speed. This affect loss of data every day. What a shame. I thought jio would become the india's best selling company. But now jio's service become worst day by day. Now also they refused to provide mobile hand set to early booked customer. They said that they faced problem. I didn't expect this type of feedback from jio. They should provide better service and return the unused data. This is jio's problem. Jio's service become poor day to day. Please take a step against it as soon as possible. This happen in kolkata.

                                    I have accidentally recharged the wrong jio number [protected] instead of my correct number [protected] with rs.399 for the jio. I recharged at around 2pm on 29/10/2017 through phone pay tm with transaction id.[protected].
                                    I contact jio helpline service center but they said they cant revert it.

                                    My only request is to revert this recharge on my correct number [protected].

                                      On 8th november 2017 i have done online recharge on my jio number with rs 399/-.

                                      Amount of rs 399/-has been deducted from my indusind bank account but that didn't get reflected in my jio app. And on the same day when i had conversation with the customer care person he told me that here in our record its shown that recharge of rs 399/- has been done against your mobile number but let me raise your complaint and you will get solution within 48hrs. And he ensures me that there will be no deactivation on your number but unfortunately they disconnect the serivce on the mobile number on 9/11/2017.

                                      And today (I. E 10/11/2017) after completion of 48hrs they are supposed to update their customer about the issue but no... When customer call them they are saying that recharge has been done on some other number and we are not able to credit you the amount.

                                      Now my question is :

                                      1) if they are true that some other numbers recharge has been done then why didn't they told me on 8/11/2017 only and on what basis they raised the complaint.

                                      2) when i called on the mobile number ([protected]) on which by mistakenly recharge is done its showing that number is not valid and also the reference number and the timing which they gave me is not the valid one which i receive while the recharge is done. And all the conversation is recorded at our end that clearly shows that how they fool their customer.

                                      And now they are continuously irritating us by calling regarding the feedback.

                                      Below i am attaching the screen short of complaint registered & continuously calling.

                                      And let me tell you that its not the first time that i am facing such issue from jio previously on 15/8/2017 also they had done the same for the amount of rs 301 (10gb) and till on date they are not able to find any solution. I am attaching the screeshot of that also.

                                      Kindly look after these issues, now our patience level is over if you are not going to refund the total amount of rs 700/- in my account then my next step will be towards consumer forum.

                                        We are staying in ongc campus at village-vaseta, tal-jambusar, dist-bharuch, pin-392150. We ongc employees and villagers are near about 200 customer here. We are facing problem of jio mobile network connectivity, wea re unable to make caal or receive call, i have complained 15 days ago but no reply from your side. I think that reliance jio have cheat us, reliance is only businessman they not serious about customer. Thanks
