I have booked jio phone on 25th aug 2017 with mobile number [protected]. As jio has changed the terms and condition after pre-booking. Its completly unethical to alter the t&c after selling the product. I am not at all comfortable with the t&c which has been enforced by jio for this phone.

And moreover i recently gone through the news of blast in jio phone and i don't want to risk my family.

So i requested them...

Before deepavali i recharge wrong number... That no always nogo may be out of service... Already i send mail to jio customer care... Still your side no response... I using amazon wallet to recharge......

I have jio 4g sim. When i have first purchased sim the data speed is good (With first recharge). When i recharged second time with 399/-, 4 g data, data speed is very low. Even during the 3rd recharge same problem persists. Adding to my woes. I can't call from this 4g sim. I can't send sms also. I feel cheated. I raised no. Of complaints to jio care. But they didn't

Recently I have booked two Jio phones and got messages that it got allocated and i can pick up from the nearest stores, i have collected one, but i am not interested to buy two. i am fine with one, now I would like to cancel one of them. what is the procedure to do that....

I rupender dagar booked my jio phone (India ka smartphone) on 25-august-2017.
I have not received any phone yet it is over two months now.[protected]
And even after numerous mails to [protected]@jio.com, to cancel my order.
They have not cancelled my order and are saying that it will take some more time to deliver my phone.
I want to cancel my order but they are not cancelling my order at all....

My number is [protected]. I was a postpaid customer and migrated to prepaid. While inquiring about security deposit refund during migration from postpaid to prepaid, it was stated that security deposit will be send as cheque to the communication address. But no cheque received so far. I wrote a mail to [protected]@jio.com regarding the issue. But no proper response.

Let me know when will i receive back security deposit 400....

Dear team,
I had pre booked jio phone in 25.08.2017 through net banking reference no. Fv0000035brw. According to company during that time, they had informed that they will start distributing phone by 24th of september and finish distribution by diwali.
I tried mailing them 3 times but every time customer care people are telling that "soon i will get sms once my phone is ready for delivery"
I didn't get any receipt...

I have pre-booked my jio phone, unit of 1 on august 24 2017 via paytm.
On number [protected], then i transferred it to another no i. E to [protected] via my jio app.
After ordering there was no order id but there was a transaction id.
For two months i have continuously calling jio customer care number for my delivery status of my phone but they are saying please wait.
I don’t know what is the issue, but i am not...

I am a existing customer of jio since 2 and haft month. Due to some reason my jio sim got damaged, i called the cc for the assistant, they guide me to visit nearest jio store, as per my suitable time, visited 3 time at jio store at chakala near gurudhwara.
They used to say there is a problem connecting server. It's a worst support i am getting from jio mukesh bhai.

In the last couple of weeks i have moved to hi-tech city ilabs centre. Here the jio has very poor signals and i am unable to use my jio network. Most of my colleagues have changed and stared using airtel and idea, due to this signal problem. Kindly resolve the issue and provide the good signals network asap.

I was totally disappointed with the service provided by the jio. It was providing good offers but its signal and boosters...

I booked my jio phone on 25th august but i did not received any messages stating jio phone delivery and the store details even after completing of 2 months. They even said that the delivery will be on diwali date. I even call jio customer care in this regard and received none response from them.
So please kindly regard my complaint and solve it quickly....

Hi... Iam krishna, finally i have my jio phone but the phone is getting so much of heat even the internet in off condition also.
Jst within 5min of calling only the phone is having heat.

not use 509 plan so my 509 plan wasting.

so please help me i want to 1st deduct 1 gb from 399 plan and then 2nd 2gb from 509 plan and then 3rd 60 gb from 999 plan
