    I had Pre Booked a jio phone on 24 Aug on my jio no, [protected]. Got a text msg to go to the nearest outlet to collect. When gone to collect I was told no stock. they will give phone to offline customers only. Why send a text if stock cannot be maintained?

          Booked a jio phone on 24 aug on my jio no, [protected]. Got a text msg to go to the nearest outlet to collect. When gone to collect i was told no stock and no idea when to expect more stock. Why send a text if stock cannot be maintained? Am i supposed to go every day to check? Why cant they link bookings on first come first basis and then send the text?

              Sir,
              I booked my jio phone on 24th august but i did not received any messages stating jio phone delivery and the store details even after completing of 2 months. Many customers got their phone and retailer shoopers saying that they will give phone to offline customers only as jio company is not given any provision for online booking customers to them. Can i change my deliver address

                I am a jio reliance 4g subscriber since september 2017 onwards but due to very poor net work communication in my location at laban shillong, meghalaya i have removed my jio 4g sim wef. 27/10/17 despite having validity till 10 th november 2017.in this regard several complain was made in jio customer care service but no fruitful result has come. Therefore i request once again to jio management authority to look in to the matter seriously for smooth 4g net work communication in my location at the earliest.

                  I have booked jio phone on 25th aug 2017 with mobile number [protected]. As jio has changed the terms and condition after pre-booking. Its completly unethical to alter the t&c after selling the product. I am not at all comfortable with the t&c which has been enforced by jio for this phone.

                  And moreover i recently gone through the news of blast in jio phone and i don't want to risk my family.

                  So i requested them to cancel my booking and return rs.500. But they denied for that. I would accept this phone only on the t&c that was there at the time of booking. Otherwise i want my booking amount back.

                      I have jio 4g sim. When i have first purchased sim the data speed is good (With first recharge). When i recharged second time with 399/-, 4 g data, data speed is very low. Even during the 3rd recharge same problem persists. Adding to my woes. I can't call from this 4g sim. I can't send sms also. I feel cheated. I raised no. Of complaints to jio care. But they didn't
                      Solve my problems. They closed my complaints one sidedly saying i am not able to be contacted that too when i called from my other ph. No of different network. I feel cheated by jio. Please look into the matter.

                          Hi,

                          My name is kuldeep and i have just ported my number [protected] from tata docomo to reliance jio, which is i think a very big mistake, i have made. I was influenced that by porting to jio, i would be able to save some calling expenditure with good internet speed, which seems a nightmare now.

                          I am getting the worst connectivity on my number and now my secondary number is also not working. I have contacted jio customer support multiple times, but no one has fixed my problem for permanent.

                          I am very much frustrated and will never ever suggest anyone to switch to jio services.

                          Very poor customer support and no resolution to connectivity and calls are just a dream now.

                              Recently I have booked two Jio phones and got messages that it got allocated and i can pick up from the nearest stores, i have collected one, but i am not interested to buy two. i am fine with one, now I would like to cancel one of them. what is the procedure to do that.

                                I rupender dagar booked my jio phone (India ka smartphone) on 25-august-2017.
                                I have not received any phone yet it is over two months now.[protected]
                                And even after numerous mails to [protected]@jio.com, to cancel my order.
                                They have not cancelled my order and are saying that it will take some more time to deliver my phone.
                                I want to cancel my order but they are not cancelling my order at all.

                                  Sony tv ke sath muje router free me aya he, 18.10.2017 ko plan start karvaya tha lekin ab tak koi plan start nahi hua he, apke jio office me bat ki he lekin vaha se bhi khuchh nahi ho araha he. Or custmor care me bhi bat ki he lekin vo log bhi kuchh sahi answer nahi de rahe. Or me paresan ho gaya hu. Within 1 hour me pls mera start karva dijiye. Jio office or custmer care vale ek dusre se bat karne ko keh rahe he lekin ko bhi plan start nahi karva raha he.

                                    My number is [protected]. I was a postpaid customer and migrated to prepaid. While inquiring about security deposit refund during migration from postpaid to prepaid, it was stated that security deposit will be send as cheque to the communication address. But no cheque received so far. I wrote a mail to [protected]@jio.com regarding the issue. But no proper response.

                                    Let me know when will i receive back security deposit 400.

                                    The customer support informed that refund will be send as cheque to mailing address within 60 days from transfer of postpaid to prepaid. But it has gone beyond 60 days. The transfer of postpaid to prepaid happened on 17-Aug-2017. Security deposit refund not received yet.

                                      Dear team,
                                      I had pre booked jio phone in 25.08.2017 through net banking reference no. Fv0000035brw. According to company during that time, they had informed that they will start distributing phone by 24th of september and finish distribution by diwali.
                                      I tried mailing them 3 times but every time customer care people are telling that "soon i will get sms once my phone is ready for delivery"
                                      I didn't get any receipt for this even in my account. Or phone. There is now voucher visible in my account through with i have booked my phone.
                                      When i m asking for refund or to tell exact date for delivery, they are not responding on this.
                                      I want to have my refund back but there is no information available on company's website nor i m getting any positive reply from customer care. I m looking forward for some action to be taken for this, as there are many such customer like me who are still waiting for any updates from company.

                                        I have pre-booked my jio phone, unit of 1 on august 24 2017 via paytm.
                                        On number [protected], then i transferred it to another no i. E to [protected] via my jio app.
                                        After ordering there was no order id but there was a transaction id.
                                        For two months i have continuously calling jio customer care number for my delivery status of my phone but they are saying please wait.
                                        I don’t know what is the issue, but i am not recieved my phone yet. Its already 2 months past but still i am waiting
