महोदय मैं 24 अगस्त 2017 को जियोफोन बुक किया था। जियोफोन बुक करते समय 500 रुपए दीये और जियोफोन मिल जाने पर 1000 रुपए देने थे।जियोफोन अभी तक मिला नहीं और इन लोगो की नेटवर्क सर्विस पहले से काफी ज्यादा खराब हो गया है तो मैं जियोफोन कैंसिल करने और रुपए वापस के लिए प्रार्थना किया, लेकिन रिलायंस जियो टीम मेरा जियोफोन कैंसिल नहीं कर रहे है।जबकि बुक करते समय ऐसा कोई टर्म एंड कंडीशन नही था कि जो जियोफोन बुक करेगा उसका जियोफोन कैंसिल नहीं हो सकता। यदि ऐसा कुछ टर्म एंड कंडीशन होता तो मैं जियोफोन बुक नही करता।कृपया मेरी सहायता करें।

I am a existing customer of jio since 2 and haft month. Due to some reason my jio sim got damaged, i called the cc for the assistant, they guide me to visit nearest jio store, as per my suitable time, visited 3 time at jio store at chakala near gurudhwara.
They used to say there is a problem connecting server. It's a worst support i am getting from jio mukesh bhai.

Kindly provide me sim card else refund my unused day price and closed my connection.

In the last couple of weeks i have moved to hi-tech city ilabs centre. Here the jio has very poor signals and i am unable to use my jio network. Most of my colleagues have changed and stared using airtel and idea, due to this signal problem. Kindly resolve the issue and provide the good signals network asap.

I was totally disappointed with the service provided by the jio. It was providing good offers but its signal and boosters problem need to be solved.

Main ludhiana punjab se soni gallery se retailer hu. Maine customer ko ek no issue kiya tha jab us mein prime membership pack or tarif plan dala tha toh woh galti se kisi or no par ho gya one digit mistake ke karan so uska reversal karvana hai 499 ka. I booked my jio phone on 25th august but i did not received any messages stating jio phone delivery and the store details even after completing of 2 months. They even said that the delivery will be on diwali date. I even call jio customer care in this regard and received none response from them.
So please kindly regard my complaint and solve it quickly.

Hi... Iam krishna, finally i have my jio phone but the phone is getting so much of heat even the internet in off condition also.
Jst within 5min of calling only the phone is having heat.

Even it is not functioning the voice option.

So solve this Asap.

not use 509 plan so my 509 plan wasting.

so please help me i want to 1st deduct 1 gb from 399 plan and then 2nd 2gb from 509 plan and then 3rd 60 gb from 999 plan

On 13.10.2017 i received a message to pick jio phone from my nearest jio store located at shop no.43 ground floor, high way plaza, eldeco udyan-2, raebareli road, lucknow. Since then i have visited that store more than eleven times but always received a reply that mobile is not available.
2. Yesterday on 24.10.2017 i visited that store at 8.30 p. M. It was told that staff has left at 7.00 p. M. And i was asked to come on 25.10.2017 after 11.30 a. M. When i visited store at 13.00 hrs again it was told that mobile not available.
3. It is requested you pl. To inform me date and time to pick jio mobile to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.

Worst indoor coverage i have faced from a month. i registered more than 5 complaints but no more improvements still the problem occurs. service provider told that we give first priority to your complaints. then why should it take much time to solve?

I have a complaint about jio phone, booked about more than 2 months... I didn't any notification about the product... At the time of diwali, you promised to delivery within the diwali but your team was failed in it... I called your customer care daily 4 times but didn't get any satisfied reply... My friends and neighbors purchased the jio phone in the local mobile store without bookings or waitings.. I want my booking amount back or giving the phone earlier... Thanks for inconvenient

My network as well as mobile voice not working smoothly since 18th oct 2017.
I called toll free, asked to take another sim, i brought another sim but in vain again called customer care but no solution.
Before this i sent email, in response to that they asked me get details
I gave everything all details how and when problem arising but no solution.

I have samsung galaxy s6 verizon 4g phone came from usa. I just ported my vodafone number to jio and tried to install newly provided 4g sim into my phone. But isn't shows network...

Please suggest the solution, i have showed your executives for solutions but they are able to complete my request.

At other side once i have ported my number from vodafone to jio then i have to wait for 3 months at list to go with other cellular company...

I am very happy with jio sim but at list it should work or give me a alternate solution to port with other company. I am not able to purchase new phone from india right now.

Why my jio phone isn't delivered even the pin code which i given to deliver my phone in that area phone already reached to people. But my phone isn't delivered to me.

I booked the jio phone on 25th aug of this year. Till now no clear idea or information abt when will it be delivered. When i tried to contact the customer care for jio phone segment, there is no option to talk with executive. Later i made a call to jio's general customer care number, i got the reply that they also dont know "whether it started its delivery or when wl it start". Since its almost 2 months from the advance payment, either i need refund or need nominal interest for the amt i paid for two months...

I wanted to raise a complaint about this issue. I have called jio customer care multiple times without much help and there email support is pathetic, they keep giving the same template message each and every time.

I booked your jio phone on 25th august through internet banking online from jio.com
The amount got deducted successfully from my axis bank account. But i did not get any confirmation/sms from jio stating that the booking was successfull and i never received the handset. I cross checked with axis couple of times and they informed that there backend team confirmed that transaction was successfull

We have reconfirmed with the biller (I. E;reliance jio) and received the confirmation that mentioned transaction is successful with prn no:luti[protected] & ref no: fv0000032r0c.

Jio team is playing with peoples hard earned money.. They are not taking responsibility for this.
