I m Sharon from kolhapur...Someone is calling me from many days from an unknown jio number [protected]...i was not able to found the one...just want to find out who the user is and why he is doing the thing...please help me out...waiting for reply

    Hi I have wrongly recharged a number through paytm. I don't know the person whom the recharge has been credited.There should be a way out to recover my money I couldn't be wasted. Please do help me.
    Please reach me out in the number [protected].. Help me to add supporting documents I not sharing much detail here as everything about is personal data I don't want to display it also. Please let me know about next steps

        I purchased a new mobile lyf from haldwani, some time in the month of january 2017, which have suddenly stopped working. I sent it for its repairing to reliance service centre, which was returned to me without having been repaired the same and the sim which was along with the mobile phone bearing it's number [protected] have also been lost by the workers of service centre of haldwani. Please kindly block the same for being it's misusing.

          Jio phone
          This is compaint about jio phone not deliver as per promise first than also u took time till diwali but phone has been not deliver yet i have complaint jio care on call mail everything but not reply this is last option for me to compaint after that i am file the compaint aginst jio owner and brand in tral under 420 and 472 section ipc. Because of that mr. Ambani harrasing people by taking their money on cheap level management. I. Need reply with in 1hrs after u received the mail. Otherwise i will start filling compaint on trai official wedsite.

          The dealer promised to activate my newly opted Jio number to be activated in 15 min not yet activated after 5 hours

              Hi,
              I have activated two jio number ([protected] & [protected]) around 21-sept.
              I activated the sims by paying 480/- per sim along with kyc verification manually in solapur store located at rajendra chowk.

              I was using the sims for around 15 days with incoming and outgoing. Sudden on friday 13-oct both the sims stopped working. When i contacted the customer care, they do not find the number. They could not search my any of the number by addhar/pan/alternate num/address... What type of system is this??
              To add more worries to the case, when i visited the same store where i did my kyc and paid amount, they also could not locate my/search my number and they are clue less as to what happened.. They just started saying they cannot do anything in this case...

              What sort of system is this, where a customer care or store rep cannot find my numbers... What the # i paid money for 3 months for 2 sims and now they suggest me to have new sims and number for additional cost for their filthy system glitch...
              It has caused so much inconvenience, time wastage and so many follow ups and trips to store… really i cannot believe a company spending billions of rupees has failed to address such a basic customer issues….

              Please look into the case at the earliest and provide solution for the same.

                Even on recharging my mobile with the plan of 1 gb per day 4g internet, the network issues are still there. Say when i didn't recharge the speed was reduced but on recharging the speed increases to some extent but after sometime it again for to the same initial speed (Reduced one) despite of my data being still remained. There is no usage still my data is auto consumed and it shows consumption of data on its ownself that the data i. E 1gb has been consumed.

                From past 4 days i am unable to use my data just because the data automatically get exhausted when I switch on the data. Plz solve this as soon as possible..

                  I recharged with rs. 798.00 for my jio sims [protected] and [protected] for rs.399.00 each in one go from your website on 16.10.2017 through jio infocom bill desk by net banking from my icici bank account no. Xxxxx469 under recharge offer. The payment was successful and rs. 798.00 has been debited
                  The payment my merchent referene number is jici[protected] and
                  Thetransaction reference number is [protected].
                  My payment towards 96360362 has been partialy credited to my abve number account and i have received 8 recharge vouchers but not the 5gb data.
                  The other recharge on my other number[protected] attached to my aadhar number has not been credited to the above number account and i have received neither the data nor the recharge vouchers. Kindly reconcile the payments made and credit recharged amount to the recharged number.
                  The print screen proof failed to attach in word format. Details mentioned above.

                    Sir i tried to book jio phone on 24aug2017, i tried to book jio phone from their website jio.com for payment of 500 they transferred me to payment gateway then i select sbi net banking for this purchasing, after successful completing payment from bank's site, bank site redirected me to jio.com but on jio.com they show me transection fail.
                    After that i wait for 7 days for money refund, but i haven't received my deduced amount 500, then i call to jio customer care and they says that they haven't received payment from bank then i registered complaint in sbi for refunding my money, after resolving from their side bank says that money was transferred to merchant which is jio.
                    Then again i contact to jio customer care now they are saying just wait till diwali, but they are not saying to return that amount. They also not provide me any kide of satisfaction.
                    I am attaching bank transection detail, bank complaint no and jio.com's transection fail screenshot.

                    I want my money bank and also want compensation bcoz they are using my money and i don't have balance in my bank account due to this i am not able to do my other work and causing me mental harassment.

                        I purchased online one jio router delivered to me on 5.10.17 and subsequently a jio sim on 6.10.17 from one r. K. Trader located at bora market, srinagar area in r. G. Baruah road, guwahati. But i regret to bring yo your notice that i am yet to receive the sms notifying about the sim number with which ti sctivate it. I have repeatedly visited the said r. K. Traders but to no avail. Every time they give some lame excuses and gives me adsurance of notifying me about the sim number to no avail. I have purchased the same fir my daughter whi studies in delhi university anf it is not possible for me to acquire am alternative sim from alternative sources. I now request ti resolve the matter immediately.

                          I am not able to make telephone calls from my jio post paid number [protected]. I went to your service/sale centre m/s digital life situated at hole market jammu but they did not redress my greivance. Only one man is running the show which include sale& service.
                          I being a senior citizen can not stand in a queue on the road in scorching sun. This shop has no customer convenience facilities. The entire operations are being run from one window. I have been informed that my sim will be replaced.
                          Being a senior citizen please get my problem fixed at the earliest & blacklist digital life immediately as this unit is tarnishing jio name.
                          Please intimate the address of your another service centre located in jammu city so that i could get my sim replaced.

                            My problem with an example
                            I booked 18 phones
                            But as distributor says. Company only issued. Only. 10phones. To us.
                            And we can only. Give you 10phones.

                            And he 's giving 80phone. To other... Person who booked 80phone.
                            So. Wanted to. Know the. Policy. Of. Jio company. Or. Is. The policy of distributor. Who ignoring the small retailer who booked 18 phones for. His. Benefits.

                                I booked my jio phone on the day it opened. But i hadn't received my jio phone till now. What is the reason? By making call to jio customer service they said that it will be delivered to you by diwali. Till now i hadn't received any message, mail, or phone call. Please take it seriously.                                     Hi, this is a frequent issue i am facing with my dongle. I have the 509 plan with 2gb limit per day. My data pack get exhausted on days even when the dongle is switched off.

                                    I've already complained to customer care, taken the dongle to the store and verified it.

                                    Today is one of those days, where i switched on my donge at 09:00 but it say that i already spent 1.18gb by 08:15. I used for another 25 minutes switched it off and when switched on at 16:00 it says that the account is exausted.


                                    Actually this is a recurring issue but today was a clear cut day where i have the time related information clear.
                                    Called up the customer support, the final response from the customer guy was "you thing what you say is the the truth but its not"...

                                    I enquired if i was the first person complaing about this.. And the call was disconnected.

                                    I started looking in the internet if people have similar problems and i landed here.

                                    Any help about this will be appreciated.

                                      I just want to ask i am a consumer and need a resolution from jio then why it is not possible in today's it world?

                                      I become very frustrated and disappointed when didn't get any resolution from jio customer care after calling and sending several emails.

                                      I have a jio plan activated till 30th of december 2017 and i called a customer representative and asked clearly that if i recharge today with jddd rs.399 plan will my validity increase till 31st march 2018 or not and the plan will get automatically activated or i need to activate? After getting confirmation that i need to activate after recharge i did that but the validity increased till 5th jan 2018 only i. E. Only for 6 days why i should pay rs.399 for 6 days and i want to ask why it is not possible in today's information technologies world. Please don't harass the consumers and help them in the manner what they need and if there is problem in your system why it is not possible to make them improve and capable of doing what customer is demanding because customers are the only one who can make the goodwill and ruin the goodwill of the company.

                                      Requesting you please extend my validity till 31st of march 2018 and i don't need to use both the plan simultaneously as they are of no use for me.

                                      AS i am in Base 303 plan. I am unable to change the base paln from 303 to 399. There is no option available in you jio. Moreover no one in the customer care responds well. Everyone is knowledge less of process. Everyone is keep on diverting the caller from customer care to jio store and jio store to customer care.

                                        Internet is not working
                                        Internet is too slow.. Tower show full network.. But internet is too slow and sometimes internet is not working... Customer care personnel not responding. I am continuously trying to contact them since 5 days. I could not down load even the file in kbps. Most of the times the speed comes below 1mbps speed. Cusyomer care personnel are at lifting the call. Previously they were very prompt.
