I wanted to raise a complaint about this issue. I have called jio customer care multiple times without much help and there email support is pathetic, they keep giving the same template message each and every time.

I booked your jio phone on 25th august through internet banking online from jio.com
The amount got deducted successfully from my axis bank account. But i did not get any confirmation/sms from jio stating that the booking was successfull and i never received the handset. I cross checked with axis couple of times and they informed that there backend team confirmed that transaction was successfull

We have reconfirmed with the biller (I. E;reliance jio) and received the confirmation that mentioned transaction is successful with prn no:luti[protected] & ref no: fv0000032r0c.

Jio team is playing with peoples hard earned money.. They are not taking responsibility for this.

    Hi,

    I bought a samsung galaxy note 8 on september 15th from the samsung website (Imei of sim slot 1: [protected]). As per the terms & conditions mentioned in samsung website (https://smgskin.samsungshop.in/frontend/ultimo/default/files/JioT&Cs.pdf), i am eligible for your double data offer.

    Until now i have been doing the older recharge that gave me 2gb data per day. After buying the new phone, i recharged again on october 7 for 399 plan which gives 1gb data per day thinking that after my voucher is applied, i will eventually receive a total of 2gb per day.

    Now, the sad part is, i never received any voucher on the my jio app. Jio customer care people tell me that my device is not eligible. My demand to know the exact reason why and how did they reach to that conclusion is being ignored despite multiple attempts from my side.

    The terms clearly states that it applies for existing jio prime customers as well, and that the device should be purchased on or after sep 12. I have always used the sim 1 slot for jio after i switched on the new phone.

    I think i have no option other than to take this to consumer court and make sure that the matter is reported in social media so that nobody else fall victim to the cheapo that jio and samsung are playing.

      I was book jio 1500 rupees phone on 25/8/2017 but still phone is not received.
      In my town i also see the jio phone distributed without any booking but where is my phone many time i call the jio customer care but every time they ask me your phone is not ready for delivery.
      When i received my phone i also pay the booking amount rs. 1500 and received the confirmation message.

        Hi team,

        I am using 303 plan of jio, i got a sms some days back about 399 plan with 84 days validity, i recharged the same. I was expecting 399 plan will be activated as once i pay last bill but jio has activated both plan simultaneously and validity of 399 is ruined.
        I tried to communicate with customer care then first time he said to pay your current month bill and deactivate plan through myjio app, i did the same but no this kind of option i found on app.
        I connected with customer care again now they told there is no facility to deactivate current plan.

          I have order jio phone which is now available in stores for which i have received several messages. I am visiting the reliance digital express store, shastri nagar meerut from last 10 days and what i am getting are just lame reasons everytime.. I am feed up with such kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude of jio staff there. They don't even no how to talk to customer. Reliance is such a big brand and i feel disappointed when such kind o[censored]nprofessional people put a dark spot over the reputation of co. I insist to take some seriously action against such people i[censored] want to maintain the dignity of your co.

            I am on a prepaid plan whereby i am entitled to 2 gigabytes of high speed internet everyday. But lately i have only been able to tap into lower speeds throughout the day. I use the sim card with a jio dongle. The problem has persisted for over 10 days now despite recently recharging my plan too. It is a great inconvenience. Please fix it.

                This is a about my how chaotic and irresponsible experience with jio services. What has happened with me is not just monetary loss but also mockery of trust and a breach of their own service policy which says connection will get terminated only 90 days after last pack expires.

                I have been a user of jio ([protected]), sim was working fine till mid september, and suddenly it has stopped working. Probably pack got expired as i has last recharged sometime in july. I didn’t had any urgency to recharge it again since i already had my airtel sim for primary usage.

                On october 19th, 22:50 pm, i decided to recharge my jio sim with the new jio pack of rs 459 for 84 days, recharge was successful, my sim was still not working though, i decided to give call to the number to check whats happening and i was shocked on finding the truth, owner of my jio number ([protected]) was now someone else in karnataka. The guy picked the call and informed me that he bought the number from a jio store on 9th of october. So i have lost my number and money both.

                On following up multiple times on customer care on call the net result was ‘customer has asked for sim cancellation via call hence the connection was cancelled’, same thing they confirmed on email. Since the sim was not working how could i even make that request, i just fail to understand and also they refuse to share cancellation details like who called, when was the call made, how did they verified the user, this is just a shame. Now these executives are saying that they can’t do anything neither on details on how connection cancellation happened or on refunding the money due to jio’s problem. This is a big shame and raises security concern’s about jio and also reflect on bad customer experience.

                Looking for help here, i am open to going legal against jio. I have proof that i was the previous owner of the number and never made call to jio asking for my number to be deactivated. Let me know if anyone can help here

                Jio phone is not properly work...its not properly on...ye jo smart phone jio ne nikala hai bahut bekar hai ye onn nai ho raha hai...sirf display par jio likha rahta hai ...wasteg off money...

                  I have reliance jiofy (Wi-fi hotspot) device number +91 [protected] which i have recharged with rupees.399.00 on[protected]:01:23 a. M. To get an ongoing special diwali offer. This recharge was made through reliance jio mobile application called myjio application. Payment method was bhim upi application which was one of payment method available on there (Myjio app. Mobile application) payment gateway.

                  After my money debit from my bank account when i check for my balance on myjio application, i see recharge not update in their system. I check again my bank statement and payment transition status to sure payment was successful or not. I see payment was successful and amount deducted from my bank account. I wait for some time but my recharge status not update then i started live chatting with reliance customer agent from myjio application. I request them and told this issue but he said me they do not have any information about my transition and refer me an email account for more help.

                  I started emailing will all evidence and request them to give back my debited amount or recharged my jiofy but after long conversation they refuse to accept my request and ask me to recharge again.
                  I have attached transition details and email conversation as a proof.

                    Reiance jio is showing fake data usage. I've a connection with daily 1gb data limit. It starts with good speed in the morning but after about 1 hour of browsing or so, it says 1gb limit is over. I'm just browsing without even downloading any files. The actual data usage is hardly more than 200mb. And this is happening every day.
                    The jiofi device is password protected and there is only one connection which i can confirm even from the default web gui.
                    Every time i call their customer care, they are disonnecting the call midway adding to the frustration.

                      I took new jio postpaid connection on 12th oct 2017. But till now i do not got any response from jio. As i bought 2 connection and non of them started working yet. I have paid all the money already. This situation irritates me very much as the office from whare i bought sim not even picup the phone. Atleast one sim must b on by this time as it was told me that your one sim will be started after 2 days at time of buying connection.

                        My internet service was cut off for about 3 months due to which i have to incur not only the loss of money (Recharge amount) but also suffered at work front. A communication gap was created. Internet service which is one of the most powerful things we the common people have was taken away from us without any prior notification. So i would be very glad if my loss could be compensated with fine from the provider.

                          We preordered jio phone aug 25th till the date no response from jio. When i search in internet there is 2 ways. My jio app it shows status created and through offline tel no announced no delivery option for my particular zipcode. There is no concern person to speak for this

                            Hello sir/madam,

                            There is jio outlet at reliance digital, sai enterprises, mcch society, old mumbai - 410206, panvel, navi mumbai, maharashtra. I have bought a jio-fi device from there but the sales guy didn't mentioned anything about password. And it was because of the poor customer service that i have to call the service center several times to get the password and the attitude of the sales was not right at all. I would like to lodge a comparing against the outlet and it's manager for poor customer service and lack of proper way of handling the customers.

                              With due respect i want to inform that the service in one of your jio centre situated in jamshedpur (Jharkhand) is severely pathetic.
                              The store's name and address is as follows :

                              Bistupur, jamshedpur

                              My jio fi had a little network issue. (To be noted that i had purchased it from the same store). And it was in the warranty period too. I took it for their consideration. And i was surprised to see that they weren't even interested in looking at my device for once. At once they sent me to jio service center.
                              As they said, without wasting any time i did the same. I took my device to the service centre. And it took them 3 hours to look into my device and one of their employees came up to me and said my device is perfectly fine. And i should go back to the store from where i purchased my jiofi and ask them for a new sim card.

                              I again went back to the store and again told them the issue. Instead of checking my device they just said "they are gonna replace my sim but if it doesn't works after this it's not their fault. And it's not their responsibility."
                              And secondly none of the employees in that store has any manner of speaking and talking to the costumers.
                              In spite of my jiofi being within the warranty period, this is the kind of service i get from one of your jio stores. It's simply sad and unexpectable to get this kind of response from one of the stores of such a big organization.
                              I look forward to the jio team to take some strict action against that store and get my problem fixed

                                I have one jio phone booked from my jio number [protected] online via my jio app.. On 19th october i went to the reliance jio official store in suri and they had shown me all the jio phones they had... They also said that from suri 11 jio phones are booked and all the 11 phones are with them.. So they said to receive the phone on 22nd i. E. Yesterday... Yesterday i went and they said to collect it today at 11am. So when today i went they said that the bills are not ready and to collect it tomorrow... So it's total 3 times i've gone and come back from the jio store... I need my phone within today and also want to change the workers working at jio store suri... So either you all give my phone or give me refund along with compensation. Please reply asap

                                  I have requested to permanently cancel my jio sim by calling jio customer care a month ago, they asked me to wait for a period of 7 days, but my sim is still active, they closed the service request, i again requested to cancel my sim, they again gave me a service request request and are asking me to wait another 7 days, why is jio delaying my request for cancellation, they are purposefully delaying sim cancellation and are sending me bills. I want my sim to get cancelled. These are my service request numbers sr00000dtq7q (They cancelled this request after 7 days) and new service request number is sr00000e0zum (Still pending). Are you making me wait so that you can generate bills every month?

P., i had booked 50 pc of jio mobile phone and pay 500/- advance of each phone and i was start booking of custmers. Almost1 month earlier i was received msg of dispatch my mobile but now i have realised bhopal jio corporate office sell out my mobile in higher rate with frauds. No provide my mobile and explain looser reasons and uncritical reasons that reason i can't reply any reasons to my custmers and that cheat and frauds with all small reatails counter and jio corporate office provide all mobile on big reatails counter.
