    Dear sir/madam,

    Two months ago i have given request cum complaint to close my numbers 78922604, [protected] & [protected] & got service request numbers for them sr00000ct4mu, sr00000ct52j & sr00000ct57k.

    But reliance jio still not deactivated or closed my numbers even after many follow ups. This is called cheating.

    Now yesterday when i went to buy my jio phone for which i have paid rs.500 two months back for booking was denied. Reason my connection limit exceeded. If reliance jio should have closed above 3 numbers then it should not have happened with me.

    Now please close the above connection with immediate effect so that i will avail my jio phone asap.

      Booked jio phone 2 months and promised thro twitter that it will be delivered by diwali but not yet delivered yet no proper update reg delivery date at all, looting customers money as advance payment in crores and not delivering it as conveyed during jio phone booking, plz look into this asap and no one responds properly from customer care end rather than copy pasting some unrelated issues on social networking platforms like twitter to every user who posts any question

        On 13/10/17 night 1053 hrs i done 399 recharge [protected] from jio app. Money was deduced from bank. Confirmation message was not given still offer was closed. I think due to heavy traffic on recharge mode, message may be given later and the same time error message also not received. If such of error received i will try again in offer period. On 20/10/17 0213 hrs after expired offer period money was deposited on jio money. It shows that you are trying to foolish your customers. Justify my problem and take action on your side. Default is jio network.

            I recharged my jio number twice by mistake with 399 rs amount was deducted but my recharge was not successed my first recharge is working but i dont get any notification regarding my second recharge in my jio app please help me i tried to call the coustmer care number but of no use they haven’t attend the call. Please solve my problem by adding my second recharge in queue.

              I bought jiofi device with postpaid connection from reliance jio infocomm for rs. 1999/- from its authorised store. And i have made a deposit of rs.400/- as security deposit for that postpaid connection. At the time of purchase they got my signature for ecs acceptance to pay the bills through my bank. I asked them about the ecs presentation dates, so that i can keep balance in my account, they told all will be intimated to you before ecs execution.

              At that time they offered free data and calls for jio connections. The complimentary period ended on end of july. I didn't receive any bill or communication from jio regarding bill details or payments.

              On 28th of september, coincidentally i logged into my account in jio website, they mentioned that i have to pay rs. 99/- for the month of august and rs. 346/- for the month of september and the pay by date is 30th of september.
              But my plan is prime mrp 303/- monthly. But they charged me rs. 346/- mothly.

              I immediately paid the total bill amount rs. 445/- through my bank account in online and got the payment received message.

              On 29th september jio intiated the ecs in my account for rs. 445/- without any intimation, there was no balance in my account on that date the ecs was returned and bank penalised rs 413.00 as ecs return charges on my account. Though the pay by date is on 30th september they initiated the ecs on 29th september itself. But i paid the bill amount before.

              Regarding this i wrote several mails to [protected]@jio.com, they replied me in a lethargical manner.

              Then i received the bill in my mail for the month of october for rs. 459/-. I mailed them that only rs. 303/- should be my bill amount instead you charged me rs. 459/-. For that they replied that it includes taxes and cheque return charges.

              I am wondering without any intimation they initiated the ecs, for that the bank already charged me rs. 413/- and then jio also charging me rs. 169.50 as cheque return charges.

              Kindly help me to get back my charges. Thanking you.

                I have paid 399 for 3 months validity till dec 2017 transaction id br0000a5776vi. It clearly mentioned 28 + 28 + 28 days. But i have received bill for payment of &58. Kindly review and close this issue, i am un happy the way it charged.

                      We did recharge of rs 399/- for relaince jio no. On 19th oct 2017.
                      The amount got deducted from account but no recharge message came and plan was also not activated. The operator reference no. [protected]

                      We recharged under 100% cashback offer on every recharge of rs 399/-

                      We want the amount to be refunded back into my paytm account and know the reason also.

                        I have a issue with our location's network and internet. It runs at a speed of only 05-10 kbps of my jio 4g. The internet goes very slow. I think such as i run a 2g network and also happens call drops. I had lodged a complaint against it by two times by phone call from my jio prepaid no. [protected]. Now retailer don't give us our mobile and says take new connection also from us otherwise he don't gave us our mobile...                               Rude behaviour of store manager
                              The store manager was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I want to understand that if you are working for retail are you allowed to behave such in front of your clients.
                              2. I was visiting from last 10 days for my mobile porting & contacted at nearest rel. Jio centre. (At digital xpress mini-vasai nalasopara link road, vasai east).
                              3. When i go to that jio store and they ask our biometric device is not working, you will come after one or two days, i was visiting two time in this 10 days but they not taking my porting request, they sell new sim of jio but porting not allowing any customers.
                              This is case of pure harassment and i'll behaved simply by wasting my time & was trying to make me fool in terms of negotiation. Is this the treatment to be extended to your customers and this is how you want to service them?
                              I was called for informing this type of cheating to customer but jio customer care also same involved for this all type activity.
                              If jio store is not helping to customer then you will be take action & closed this store from this location.

I visited jio stores a number of times but am being told that my finger impressions are not legible SO MY AADHAR CAD CANNOT BE VERIFIED.It is really surprising that recently I got my driving licence renewed and there my finger impression was visible on the screen also.kindly let me know the fate of mobile phone

                                Ihad talked over phone to jio customer care also but no satisfactory reply was given and rather I was told to visit their store again as customer care cannot help in this matter.If this is the case it seems that many senior citizens will have to surrender their mobile phones or they will be disconnected for no fault of theirs.When a copy of aadhar card has been given then what is the need of finger prints or sr ctizens have no right to live if nature has changes some functions with time.Is not violation of fundamental rights?

                                  Hello, jio company i using your jio 4g sim card. I am facing problem in jio sim slow internet. Then i am complaint that jio customer care date 15/09/17. They have given 60days solving my problem but not help then i am many trying to call jio customer care (199) then call connecting repersentive then send "sorry, may have many problems connecting"but my friend using jio sim then call receive but my not receive... Please help... Very bad jio services

                                    I visited the shop to collect my rs 1500/- pre booked mobile but after spending more than an hour due to ques i could not get my phone even after providing my aadhar number & otp pin as the person said the session has expired!! On complaining to the store manager i was informed that i was lucky as i had to wait only 1 hour, there was 3 hour waiting period yesterday!! What to say if somebody takes pride in this!!
