    I booked my jio phone on the day it opened. But i hadn't received my jio phone till now. What is the reason? By making call to jio customer service they said that it will be delivered to you by diwali. Till now i hadn't received any message, mail, or phone call. Please take it seriously. My booked to 533101 pin code.

        Hi, this is a frequent issue i am facing with my dongle. I have the 509 plan with 2gb limit per day. My data pack get exhausted on days even when the dongle is switched off.

        I've already complained to customer care, taken the dongle to the store and verified it.

        Today is one of those days, where i switched on my donge at 09:00 but it say that i already spent 1.18gb by 08:15. I used for another 25 minutes switched it off and when switched on at 16:00 it says that the account is exausted.


        Actually this is a recurring issue but today was a clear cut day where i have the time related information clear.
        Called up the customer support, the final response from the customer guy was "you thing what you say is the the truth but its not"...

        I enquired if i was the first person complaing about this.. And the call was disconnected.

        I started looking in the internet if people have similar problems and i landed here.

        Any help about this will be appreciated.

          I just want to ask i am a consumer and need a resolution from jio then why it is not possible in today's it world?

          I become very frustrated and disappointed when didn't get any resolution from jio customer care after calling and sending several emails.

          I have a jio plan activated till 30th of december 2017 and i called a customer representative and asked clearly that if i recharge today with jddd rs.399 plan will my validity increase till 31st march 2018 or not and the plan will get automatically activated or i need to activate? After getting confirmation that i need to activate after recharge i did that but the validity increased till 5th jan 2018 only i. E. Only for 6 days why i should pay rs.399 for 6 days and i want to ask why it is not possible in today's information technologies world. Please don't harass the consumers and help them in the manner what they need and if there is problem in your system why it is not possible to make them improve and capable of doing what customer is demanding because customers are the only one who can make the goodwill and ruin the goodwill of the company.

          Requesting you please extend my validity till 31st of march 2018 and i don't need to use both the plan simultaneously as they are of no use for me.

          AS i am in Base 303 plan. I am unable to change the base paln from 303 to 399. There is no option available in you jio. Moreover no one in the customer care responds well. Everyone is knowledge less of process. Everyone is keep on diverting the caller from customer care to jio store and jio store to customer care.

            Internet is not working
            Internet is too slow.. Tower show full network.. But internet is too slow and sometimes internet is not working... Customer care personnel not responding. I am continuously trying to contact them since 5 days. I could not down load even the file in kbps. Most of the times the speed comes below 1mbps speed. Cusyomer care personnel are at lifting the call. Previously they were very prompt.

                We are facing problem in connectivity. There is only one network bar all the time. The voice quality is so bad in jio. The data on the name of 4g is bad than 2g in actual. I have paid and buyed this with money, not a free user. So keeping in view i want to bring it to your notice to please provide the services with the best for what we have chosen your service.

                  I recharged my jio number on 16/10/2017 for rs 399 through central bank upi. Amount was deducted from my bank a/c for bildesk india [protected]@icici but my jio no. Is not recharged still yet. Please refund the amount so soon. My jio customer care indicates the matter related to bildesk of icici. Please solve the issue very soon and refund my money or make my jio no. Recharge successful.

                    My phone background data is off still my daily quota get over in 10 max 15 min without even watching any video. I did another recharge and now have 2 gb limit still the same story. I have turned off windows update and my last 30 days usage on the laptop wifi is showing only 2 gb total. Also even if i do not connect my laptop and only use phone it's the same story. I complained to customer care but they did not help they are saying it's background consumption which is already turned off. They are not even able to provide where data has been consumed exactly. Also when i am not even awake those times i get usage of 500mb etc. This is totally unfair as this problem a lot of customers are facing. This is not the first time we are using internet and we have done recharges on other networks as well. So they should stop making a fool of the customers. Something is just not right with the whole jio sim concept. I was planning to get jiofi but now never ever am i going to get any more jio stuff and i would discourage everyone from buying. This is just a big scam i feel.

                      By mistake i recharge two times same plan in same number.
                      I don't know how they recharge one time plan in same number. They cut rs.399 and second time also cut rs 399 from same number and same plan.
                      They accepted double recharge but give me only 84 days validity instead of 168 days according validity of jio shown. Actually my opinion that jio should not accept double recharge on same plan and same number. Please solve my queries. Thanking you

                          Till the time of writing this, no intimation of delivery of phone received. After giving a second thought, i decided not to buy this phone and approached reliance retail limited, reliance dx mini 15 a, sant nagar, east of kailash, new delhi -110065 (Store contact no. [protected]/143/217) to cancel my jio phone booked on 24.8.2017 by paying rs. 500/-. (Payment ref. No.[protected] dt.24.8.2017)

                          They refused to accede to my cancellation request saying they did not have any directions for cancellation of booking and making refund of rs. 500/-.
                          Will the concerned step into it and give required directions to the retailers/booking store not to deny the cancellation if some one so desires.
                          I do hope action will be taken and i, being an old man, shall not be put to any inconvenience. Booking done linking with my m [protected], new delhi - 110024

                            I have recharged a wrong number [protected] instead of the right number [protected] via paytm, reference number is [protected].

                            I have recharged the ₹399 pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right number.
                            Alternatively, if you could just transfer the benefits of recharge to my number as well, i will be highly obliged.

                              Hloo mera nam chavda hirva he and meri complain he low speed pe pichle 15 din se ye chal raha he mene helpline pe call bhi kiya he pichle 10 days se to vaha bhi adviser ko phn nahi diya ja raha. Agar hum ne plan karvaya he to aapki responsibility he aapka output dene ki agar nahi de sakte to bata do hum bhi aage soch sake. 1 ya 2 din nahi pure 15 din se chal raha he jo kam online karne hote he vo sab atke pade he plsss kuch to karo iska at least koi issue he to hum call kare tab bata do

                                I need justice, i have gaven terrace space for reliance jio tower installation 4 months back and it was stopped due to opposed by public. To be informed, whatever the space utilized by them for installation had overhead tank earlier. They demolished it and processed the civil as per there requirement now nobody turn back after installation work stopped. Its huge lose to me because relocation tank caused minor damages with terrace space. Am looking for compensation. Please help me

                                        Today 14th oct 2017, i had visited jio digital - manimajra - chandigarh to get my reliance number checked on the phone which was not operating for the last few days. I was told that the sim was not working and i need to purchase a new sim. Since this was in the name of my brother i agreed to take a new connection for a new sim. Upon providing the new sim connection and still not working on my phone they are now asking me to get my i-phone checked. When i protested and asked them that if that was the case then why did they asked me to take a new sim connection there is no satisfactory response. This exposes how in-competent staff and so called manager they have in the store. Shame on them.!!
