    From two days my mobile is showing no network when i call from jio number and the problem is happening with just me as other members of my family is using the jio sim with out any problem. Please sort out my problem as soon as possible as i have taken jio sim due to its good network and if the network will not come than it is of no use to me.3 days later i have recharged my jio sim with 149 rs on first day it worked but from the next days no network is there. Resolve the issue very soon.

      I am sick off by making calls in jio customer care trust me i am calling in jio customer care from last one month to lodge a network problem and to resolve this. I have audio recordings too 15 to 17 time on different days i made a call and time and again i just heard from them"sorry sir our system is not working call us after 2 hours" i have recordings and even in customer care all the people are very rude they even don't know how to talk politely with customer care? This is really touchable when you are # off with network and always have to talk illiterate (Customer care executive) people answer the calls. No manners nothing, jio customer care never help against the problem and always suggest to change our phone "wow that's great why don't you gift me one jio?"
      Pathetic service from reliance jio ever i have seen at least "virgin mobile customer care executive are better than you guys."
      You never told me how to port my number from jio to airtel.

      i want my 399 rupees back at any cost . i don't care about your return policy because i am not getting good service in good faith of reliance i paid you JIO, i but now i want my money back else i will go to consumer court.

            Purchased jio fi exchange, imei#[protected] from reliance dx mini, delhi road, saharanpur (Up) on 21 june, 2017. I have been told that i'll get 1gb data daily for five months with extra 5 gb more. For 3 month speed was ok. But after that net speed become extremely slow, sometime below 2g speed. I have tried to submit my complain to the agent from where i got this device and connection but without sucess.

              Please cancel my jio phone pre-booking [protected] is my jio number. It's been three months no update on the phone there are other operators who provide phone for the same cost i will get it from them and when i called customer support they are saying it's my mistake for ordering the phone and they do not have the option to return it. This is not fair while placing order they said it will be done in next month but it's been 3 months but no news about delivery.. Please cancel the pre-booking.

                Have pre-booked the 0ne of jio phone through the website https://www.jio.com/Jio/portal/jioLogin using my jio account on 24th august 2017 and paid rs500/- through my bank account and the transaction is completed and the amount is deducted from my account but there is no confirmation message / or order details regarding booking of the jio phones.                       There was a campaign held at my office in march, i bought a jio sim card.in august my jio sim card validity expires my sim services were stopped for one day when i called the customer care they told me to recharge my no with rs. 99 and rs. 399 to extend validity i did the same. Then i recharged my sim card with rs.99 and rs 399.. Later in september last week i came to know that a postpaid bill have also been generated for my same no. How can a no be both post paid and pre paid.. Now they are asking me to pay all the bills for rs. 300 each..
                      I was not told earlier about this that my no. Is postpaid.. Now they have generated unnecessary bill...

                        Do not fall for it... It is nothing an mobile device with voice call and just for inserting sim. Once i was sold this by jio executive they never returned back to rectify it. They always says next month it will be resolved its been more than 6 months passed they are unprofessional. They claim 30 people can connected but actually even one person cannot use this with reasonable speed.
                        Please ask them to refund my monday and take back the product.

                        I have doubt on this portal now...this portal does something or it is just fake to advertise some ads and make money...who has marked my complaint resolved. I have been fighting with them for now more then 6 months everytime they give a date for 2 months and say after this issue will be resolved, but that day never come. Even after I complaint here nobody bothered to call me once...they have so much confidence that whole consumer shifted to them but they must be not realizing that airtel has started giving the same offers and on far better speed which these jio people only can fake...I am really dishearten now at what extent I can shout...I have lost more than 5000 on their plans on jio Fi device and rdchages but never got even 3g speed. They are fake they have looted helpless people like us..I was ready to spent 1000 per month even for good speed but they are fake...they should refund me everything...

                          We did recharge of rs 399/- for relaince jio no.[protected] on 12th oct 2017.
                          The amount got deducted from account but no recharge message came and plan was also not activated. The transaction seq no. Is[protected].

                          We recharged under 100% cashback offer on every recharge of rs 399/-

                          We want the amount to be refunded back into my bank account and know the reason also.

                                In our area at GVR Colony-Nagole, since last 2 to 3 months there is poor quality of network. On this issue complained many times to customer care executive and even spoke to area manager. They said it's due to traffic congestion and would be solved in 60 days. But no response till now.

                                  My house is located in sector-6, bahadurgarh, pin-124507, haryana.
                                  Where i am facing a big problem of network, my phone is out of reach most of the times & 4g does not works at all. I feel pissed of since i am using jio connection.
                                  My location is near to sdm residence & huda park no-09 in sector -6.

                                  Its a request to get me out of this problem.

                                    As i am a retailer in badichowdi, hyderabad named chitale communication i had booked 10 jio phones in the month of august which i have paid in advance rs. 5000/- for each phone rs.500/- and the amount has deducted from my bank account. Still i have not been received any jio phones or any response. I have visited your jio office in himayathnagar hyderabad even they are neglecting and no response from them also. Only messages are received from jio that when they are available of jio phones you will receive an sms. Please deliver jio phones as soon as possible.

                                        I use jio wi fi device for net usage fromm june 2017.in starting we got very good net speed but now a days net speed is very slow and a lot of time taken for any app and file opening. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible and net speed to be provided as per commitment.

                                        I complaint with respect to this but no body resolve the above describe problem.
