Dear sir /madam
I had made a recharge of rupees 365 after my jio connection bearing number [protected] was blocked last month or so. After enquiry it was confirmed through customer care executive that the recharge of rupees 399 (Not rupees 365) is to be made to make my jio number [protected] functional. I made a recharge of rupees 399 and my jio number got unblocked. Most surprisingly i have received an email containing ebill which is a clear breach of trust. I want my money refunded. I have already lodged a complaint in the national consumers portal with an id 1687053 dated 6th september 2017. It is once again requested to keep rupees 399 plan active and refund the amount of rupees 365 which was paid due to wrong information received from jio through sms just after blockade of jio services some time back.

    Dear sir,

    I would like to say that one of my friends has gifted me lyf handset model water 10. Few days back, i found some problem in charging of handset. I have visited you bijnor service centre which is located at shoppers pride mall. It was diagnosed (After thoroughly checked) that there is problem with motherboard of that mobile set. Service centre executive informed me that it would take 15-20 days for the replacement of the same as it was not available there.

    As i was in great need of this mobile and part was not available there, he requested me to go our chandpur service centre and get it replaced. He has checked system and informed that motherboard was available there. As per suggestion, i have visited your chandpur service centre which is approx 65 km away from bijnor.

    I think this was my biggest mistake. One of my staff visited your service centre and there i came to know that this was out of warranty as there was carbon issue on motherboard.

    Here is my question:

    If there was some issues with my mobile's motherboard then why this was not diagnosed at bijnor service centre. When i asked this from mr himanshu of chandpur service centre, he told me that this was not my concern and requested me to go to other service centre.

    I request you to look into the matter and also guide me according so that i can avail your services (Jio number) for which i have paid you in advance :)

      I have taken a sim of jio although i dont want to use it but my so many friends took the jio connection and told me to take the same so yesterday i recharged my no by 399/- rs but once i have made the payment through debit card they charged me rs.1596/- rs and i have shocked and called to customer care and once i spoke with him he dont even know about the company norms and procedures he simply told me that yes sir you problem is fine but i cant help you out and so many discussions he was unable to give even any answer.
      And i have got frustrated and asked him to port my no and for that he started to tell me the prosedure and gave me port no as well.
      My concern and suggestions to all my dear customers please beware as my all friends are going to switch theire operater to old one to airtel.
      But the way jio cheated me i’ll expose them to every social site and complaint board.

        There is weak network at my residence. Registered the complaint 4 times by calling customer care. But problem not solved. Using jio with very poor network even now.
        Support system not obeying the commitment. Out of home, network strength found good.

          I have electronic bill generated from jio company on 13th july my plan was activated and retailer has done the recharge of 309+99 and it contains the validity of 84 days retailler also told me the same till 13th september everything was okk but on 14th september unbilled amount started increasing i called customer care they said it is nothing bcoz in jammu and kashmir there is no process for any bill you can proceed with any pre on post recharge so on 14th i have done recharge of 399 but the unbilledamount was increased day by day daily i called customer care same reply they had given but in plan detail there are two active plans 309 and 399 they explained nothing in this regard on 26th september suddenly jio app started showing pay 518 how i will do soo i already as per their instructions done the recharge of 399 and not even used overall 300 mb data. Now after 26 they started giving details that if they previously given then my connection would worked now as pre on post but they haven't given any information i called them even 5 times in a day but no information given total fraud company...

            Dear team,

            This complaint is for reliance jio telecom.

            Since last 1.5 month or i can say after my last recharge on 17th august 2017 (For 4 months in advance), i am facing issue in using my jio sim card with respect to calling and internet connectivity at each and every location. Several times i made calls to customer care but all time they give limited info and ask to call again and keeps this issue pending. One of their executive was such a liar that he said i has raised complaint and also gave me sr number verbally upon my several request; however, i did not received the same via sms. Also i could not find any service request under my jio account, thus he lied to me

            Also i tried to raise query online in my jio account but when you submit that complain, you will find blank fields again thus they are not accepting request online too.

            Further, note all the below details which their cce asks every time we called so that they are left unexcused.

            I had already provided all the details as follows:
            I am using sim 1 slot for jio sim operating on auto connect 4g mode with data roaming on; have my phone updated with all latest updates (Fota); and i am using samsung smartphone.

            Lastly when i called them today, i asked them to solve my issue and not give any excuses but they were stick to one of the above reasons which are already perfect from my side. Upon asking for the refund of my recharge they replied very bluntly and aggressively and said "kuch nai ho sakta majak kar rahe ho kya? Kon paise wapis karega" which was very disappointing.

            I want this issue to be solved immediately as it’s a hike now, as even after paying you don't get proper service then that's not fair.

            Looking forward to your prompt, positive and satisfactorily action towards this complaint.

              I had 2 jio postpaid nos. [protected] & [protected]. On both nos. I dia pre on post jddd399 on 5th september 2017. Still a postpaid bill of 358rs was generated on both nos. I talked to cust care and they agreed double billing was wrong but the do not have any option and are just employees. A madam said that she would talk to her seniors and resolve double billing. When nothing happened, on 28 september 2017 i converted both nos. To prepaid. The postpaid bill charged from me was 498 per no. Rather than 358 per no bill generated. For conversion additional 498rs per phone was charged from me. And when converted to my surprise jddd399 done by me earlier on both nos. Disappeared from my plans, meaning 399 rs per phoned was cheated from me per phone by jio. This is extortion with nobody to take on jio cheating. Pls help.

              I am not getting network speed when I am using reliance jio data. Frequently it is coming between 30 to 50 k/s. Please repair my mistake.

                I had bought new jio wifi connection 2 weeks back. Speed is too slow (Less than 0.1mbps) that sometimes even google.com page is not getting opened.

                As per discussion with jio customer care they have asked me to wait for 3 months to get this speed issue resolved.

                I had already paid 4 months advance charges for wifi services.

                If they cannot give service/internet then why are they selling new connections.
                They should either refund my money for 4 months or improve speed.

                I have jio recharge bt i m geting only 128 kbps speed even i dont use 1gb of my data n now net is not working
                Recharge for Jio Mobile ([protected])via phonePe has failed. Rs 301is deducted has not been refunded yet.

                  Sir/madam, i have applied for reliance jio number few months back at chennai, chrompet branch, and got rejected. Since it is rejected on some unknown technical grounds, they confirmed me the refund. Last week, on september 21st, i got a message from jz-jionet that suggesting to collect the refund money, inr 99, from stores/jio retailer where i had applied for jio number against order number: no00002145ph. I went to the same store and requested to refund the money by showing the sms from jz-jionet. But the stores staff have refused to pay the money and said that my name is not in their record book and hence they are not responsible for the refund amount. I could not argue with them as their behavior was very rude and unprofessional. Never even willing to listen to my request. Finally i requested them to note my number and call me when you found the right record. Though initially neglected, they noted my number in a scrap note. Request the officials to look in to this seriously and take action to ensure the public or subscribers, including me, are getting their refunds. Also request to conduct an audit on the whole refund process at reliance chrompet branch in chennai and action on irresponsible staff. The below given details my further ease your investigation:

                  It has bee so long. Complain posted on 21st Sep 2017. No feed back yet. Pl take necessary action.
                  I have recharged with Rs.399 today i.e 22.07.2017 @ 17.25 hrs
                  till now it could not get recharged and unable to make outgoing calls / sms

                      I did a recharge of 399 in my jio no [protected] instead of 51 and the issue is that the no is already having the plan of 599 recharge and now after the recharge it had gone.so the thing is that I will loose both my money as well as my current prepaid plan .I didn't know that a wrong recharge would fetch this much of scenarios .

                        There is such a huge fraud they are doing, jio net. Even can't send msg over whatsapp by this everyone should be able to know how much # network is this even after complaining since more than 40 days they haven't fix the issues yet still saying they can't say how much time it will take... Bloody bast*rds mother #*er i'm personally suggesting to all that don't use this network i[censored] don't want to irritate yourself...

                          On[protected] i tried to book jiophone using bhim app. Cash from my linked account debited but then the response in jio site was transaction failed. When i contact my source of payment they told me that the amount successfully credited in beneficiary account. I tried to contact customer care executives many times and also email the details many times. But they told that the transaction is not found in my mobile number. Always reply the same dialog. I need a solution. Jio cheating many people this way. No solution for this issue. I have proper evidence to prove that my money debited. Attaching the transaction details. To get refund jio have to initiative refund process from there side.

                            This is bhishm prasad, ported my mob no ([protected]) from voda phone to jio in march/ april 2017. Since that i have been facing problem that vodaphone & tata docomo consumers are not able to call me (I am able to call to all consumers). Many times i have raised complain on customer care and email also but no body solved my problem. After frustrating i send the request for port my sim no to another on 23 september 2017. Then after i got a call from jio team and given hope that problem will be resolved within 3 to 4 working days but same problem is being faced by me. Plz suggest me where should i complaine? Because no body giving proper response. It is very same full matter that a problem couldn't be solved by so big company. I hope that, this complain will reach to valuable person who take proper action.

                              On seeing advterisements, i booked for jio phone on 25.8.2017 from my mobile no.[protected] at visakhapatnam and as per their instructions i paid rs.500 advance through sbi net banking vide sbi net banking reference inb reliance jio infocom bill_rejio1 payments and lsb[protected] gabwxn jfo dt.25.8.20217. When enquired jio company for delivery date of the phone, they are saying they have not received any payments. Hence i request enquire into the matter and see that i got a jio phone since i booked on 25.8.2017.

                              I have received calls saying themselves as Jio com, and asking my debit card No. pass word etc. I refused to give my bank debit card information since hackers are also asking for debit card Numbers etc, I received phone calls from these Numbers.[protected], [protected], 92622500 several times.

                                I enrolled for international roaming on 29th august for a trip to south africa on sep 1st but was unable to get reception in any place even though i was under ir plan. I have contacted customer care regarding the same multiple times (8 times) but with little or no help. They keep insisting that my plan is activated but i was not able to get any reception anywhere in johannesburg (Capital of south africa) and durban.

                                I paid for a service but have not received it. I am asking for a refund or give me credit for another plan.

                                  I made jio recharge of 399 on "25/09/2017, 21:36:27" through online jio.com site. Transaction was declined with the reference no "br0000ecwm51". But money was not reverted to my account. When i contacted the jio customer care, there response is to contact the bank for it. And the bank clearly replied that money got deducted with jio and raise the complaint there itself.

                                  When transaction declines its the responsibility of jio to revert money. Why should i go after bank and everything, if they are not capable of doing it, then why they are providing the online service at all. And the people working in the jio customer care are sense fellows i guess. They not even bothered to help customers at all.

                                  Am not the first guy who is facing this issue there are many with same problem for whom the money is not reverted.

                                  Some of the customer care employees looks like dumb and they don't have knowledge of the process.Because of such people we are facing issues. This time my customer care call connected to right person. She has taken the correct inputs and provided the right suggestion to followup and resolved the issue.

                                        These is to inform y that mr ajay is talking very roughly and not intrested to work. I went to the gallery fr my sim replacement in mng and the mng staff told me that to visit in evening.in evening mr ajay told me to come in mng. These is been done with the customer with rough language. Pls look in to the matter and keep some good staff who r intrested to work and reply to the customers properly.
