Sir/madam, i have applied for reliance jio number few months back at chennai, chrompet branch, and got rejected. Since it is rejected on some unknown technical grounds, they confirmed me the refund. Last week, on september 21st, i got a message from jz-jionet that suggesting to collect the refund money, inr 99, from stores/jio retailer where i had applied for jio number against order number: no00002145ph. I went to the same store and requested to refund the money by showing the sms from jz-jionet. But the stores staff have refused to pay the money and said that my name is not in their record book and hence they are not responsible for the refund amount. I could not argue with them as their behavior was very rude and unprofessional. Never even willing to listen to my request. Finally i requested them to note my number and call me when you found the right record. Though initially neglected, they noted my number in a scrap note. Request the officials to look in to this seriously and take action to ensure the public or subscribers, including me, are getting their refunds. Also request to conduct an audit on the whole refund process at reliance chrompet branch in chennai and action on irresponsible staff. The below given details my further ease your investigation:
