Mail 1 from me to jio care and ap
I am using my reliance jio mobile number (70138*) and recharged with rs. 399 on 22nd july 2017 which has validity till oct 2017 but from yesterday evening my outgoing calls has been barred.
Point 1: for your kind information my jio number is being only used for my personal communication with my family. So on what basis you have considered and what are the parameters which proves that my jio number is misused/ fraudulent use/ unauthorized telemarketing and commercial use.
Point2: rs 399 plan validly is not expired yet and the plan itself says free voice calling/unlimited calling which means there is no bar/limitation on call duration. So why you have not mentioned this tnc applicable for voice call limitation when we do recharge.
Poin3: customer care (Priyank, karruzaman, navin kumar etc. Etc.) asked me to recharge with 149 to continue the service as there is no other option to turn on my outgoing calls. So to turn on my outgoing calls i recharged, but what about the existing 399 plan? And why rs 149 recharge needed if my validity is not expired? What about next month once 149 validity expires?
Pont4: i also visited joi care center at secunderabad (Clock tower) and met ms. Madhuri (Marketing head) but there was no positive response, in spite of solving the problem or escalating the issue she said only way to turn on outgoing is recharge with 149.
Point5: i went through your tnc and it says
voice is truly free – no charge towards voice or the data used to make 4g voice calls.
this plan is intended only for personal use of included services. (* my number is in personal use only*)
rjil reserves the right to discontinue the free voice benefits offered as part of this plan in case of misuse/ fraudulent use/ unauthorized telemarketing and commercial use (*prove that my number has been misuseed/fraudelent use/unothorized telemarketing and commercial use*)
Pont6: nowhere in your tnc is written that there is certain parameter/limitation for voice calls. If there are some limitations then inform the customer upfront why it’s hidden from customers? And you are offering and marketing by promising that unlimited calls?
It’s a polite request to solve my problem or communicate properly what you actually offers.

I understand your concern regarding outgoing call barring.
Outgoing calling has been barred on your number as we noticed that it is being misused to make abnormally high number of outgoing calls. This is a violation of the terms and conditions under which the services are being provided. You can continue to use data and incoming voice services.
Your outgoing will be restored automatically once you recharge your jio number when the validity of the current plan expires or you can recharge with jddd 149 plan and activate it from self-care to use voice services.

@jio care team (Khilesh) : on what basis you are highlighting that there is a violation of policy and misuse of jio number. Before writing and direct blaming as fraudulent which is not correct and you don't know ethics how to deal with customer.
Now i need proper evidence to justify your below statements. If you are unable to prove then i will go with court of law and prosecute required actions.

With reference to subject cited above and below trail mail i want justification that why and what reason my out going call has been barred. Officially i followed the protocol and send mail to customer care but there is no proper solution.
As per jio terms & condition i am not eligible for any of the point which define that i am using jio service unethically and beyond the policy. As i am a individual/personal user from last 8 months i am using jio service as prime customer and dialing specific family number which cdr can be tracked from my bill statement. But to bring in your notice that suddenly with out any proper update or without any valid reason call barred and stating message as screenshot attached.
I will not tolerate or accept such type of service where i am not guilty and have proper evidence with ethical document to produce for legal proceeding.
I presume that my case is completely different from tnc and i request you to take a necessary action further with proper investigation and help me out to activate my outgoing call.
To help you out, i have attached the required document and screenshot. hence i need a amicable reply with proper justice to the under signed.

As mentioned earlier, due to high usage of outgoing calls your voice service has been barred.
To start using outgoing voice immediately, you can recharge with jddd 149 plan and activate it from self-care to use voice services.in addition to this, you also need to curtail your outgoing voice usage with immediate effect.

First of all let me tell you all calls which being made from my number are all pure personal and certainly not violating your any of the rules given in your reasons (Tnc).
However, tag line of rjoi unlimited free calls it seems tricky advertising because in my case i don't find any valid reason to bared my outgoing services. If so request you to provide valid evidences for violating rules.
Suggesting additional recharge even having prime account and validity (Rs. 399 plan) it does not look professional. We could have a call to understand details for this cause.
