Complained no - [#10644225]. From last 1week continuously informed to jio care that i'm not able to use my free pack from 20th september 2017. Whenever i called to anyone, dailer and receiver both are unable to hear voice of each other this means that call is completely muted. After this other problem of call drop is also there. Next issue is no net connectivity if net connection is shown then there is no speed. "jio care executives are saying that in my area only 1tower is there and so many people are joined and created no connectivity, so jio care is not able to solve this problem at this time."my free recharge pack will end on 10th nov'17 but i'm not able to use this offer.
What a stupid resolution they done. Is this the solution and jio care is saying that they will not extend last date of recharge pack. I need extension of my recharge pack as it nearly 1.5months that my money is going in vain and solve the network issue as soon as possible.

      Sir
      I have recharged my jio number for rs.399 which i will get 84 gb of data for 84 days. But i'm not getting enough speed. I can't use the internet at all. Most times of the day it's just not working. They provide good speed at night, but i didn't recharge the data only for night. So the money i spent for recharging the data is wasted.
      I called their customer care number and register a complaint (Id - sr00000dnmy4).
      The resolution they give me was they will plan a jio site in my area in 90 days. But that's too long. I can't wait for that long. I'm a student i need to use the internet everyday for educational purposes. So i can't afford to lose my time until they fix the issue.
      So i want a refund from reliance jio infocomm as soon as possible.
      I hope to get a solution from consumer complaints forum.

        Service of jio is not so good in my area, we are facing versions type of problem like slow internet, one way connection, no network, show browsing and downloading speed etc.
        So, please concern for my problem and solve the all # problem and make my jio fastest network.

          Sir i recharged my jio mobile no-[protected] on jio site on line on 4/10/17 for rs 300/-. Ref no.-hmp[protected] and id - br0000etf&7qj. I have contacted several times on 199 and [protected] but all went in vain. Since then i became jio member got recharged the mobile jio stopped my in coming and out going calls after one months it means balance of two months may please calculated and credit in to my account. Pl take this amount and remaining amount in to my account and start my mobile no since money already deducted from my account. Dr nimesh

          I, received repeated calls (8)from [protected] between 9.30-10.15 pm and he asked me to make payment Rs 1/- in to ideamoney for my payment /refund of Rs 300/-.. I do not understand this complicated method of refund and asking me to disclose of details of my credit card. Even he is asking pin no of card for refund. Jio authaurity to verify identity of such persons. Dr Nimesh.

          I submitted complaint on 6.10.17 and given details of payment to jio which are required for refund . Dtd 4.10.17, mobile no-[protected], Ref no.-hmp[protected] and id - br0000etf&7qj. But nothing is done till date. Neither money refunded nor balance credited. Dr Nimesh

            On 5th your jio representative were not co-operate with me. (Mr rajan & karamjot ji)
            I have requested that i have used only 1gb data of my post paid plan but they didn't agree with me. Itried to convinced them but they are not ready to listen anything. After my three request the company didn't give me facility of my 399 additional plan. So i request you to revert my plan / payment to my account as in emergency your company & your representative did not co-operate with me as well as the facility even after the payment of rs399/. Your jio app data today updated & it shows 1024mb data used on 05-10-17

                  My jio daily balance quota of 1gb of 399rs pack was all used up unevenly and it is the 2nd day of it. I just installed or updated two to three apps from playstore which don't even cost more than 50 mb has taken whole a gb of my data. I don't know how and even i had looked for all background data using apps but all of them was not working at that time and even no downloading and uploading is going on.in simple language, either my all data was theft or there is some fraud going on

                    Sir jio is not giving my 5gb of ad-on data i have earned in their kbc play along. They are simply looting us making us fool and just giving false and fake hope. They are not looking at the complaint and not taking any further action to resolve the speed issue again in this case too giving false hope that a new site is being set up since last 10 months they are simply looting us please teach them some leasons please i hope you would not let them to waste my money

                      Money deducted from sbi bank account as shown above but didn't receive message to specified number for order confirmation and no details received in my jio account as well.

                      Contacted customer care of reliance jio but they are not able to resolve issue and suggested to solve issue on my own by contacting source of payment. How can there be problem with source of payment when i can see deduction from my account.

                        My mobile no.[protected]. I want to convey my problem regarding recharge of a topup plan of 100 rs which i have done on 5 oct 2017 at around 8am morning.
                        Is there any terms and condition mentioned in it which states that this plan is for isd calls there is seperate coloum of isd plans which shows diffrent plan. Are you fooling customers? This is not the way to give lame excuses to custo. Ers. Even i have recharged by consulting you customer care advisor he also told me any conditions like this which you are giving to me. So please i request you to please refund my money back. Dont you ubderstand how hard we earned money. Refund my money back in 24hrs.
                        During the period of clearing port request for my no. I have consulted about the plans of jio and also about this plan of 100 rs full talktime. Even you customer care advicer also given same information of balance for normal std and local calls. He did nt told me the condition of international calling due to which i have recharged.

                                Respected team.

                                Am using jio when it got launched after doing recharge the service provided by them is worst i have raised so many complaints but no use its a humble request to you please shut down this network.
                                If i call to support they are saying our network team is working on that issue wait for 90 days i have waited for 200 days but till now there is no response from them they are just wasting our time and money for free service they provided good service but after doing reacharge very poor service and internet speed is in kbps.
                                There is lot of issues with calling instead of ring we are getting busy tone and lot of cross connection for this issue no resolution provided by them please its a humble request from me take action against them for giving fake promises to the customers to be honest airtel is 1000 time better than jio atleast they are providing good service to their customers.

                                  I didn't take any mobile connection of reliance jio until now. But monthly i am getting a bill on my e-mail id for jio mobile connection taken on my name. I am afraid if somebody took a connection on my name or the company is playing fraud. The mobile number is [protected]. Even though the bill stating the amount zero, i think if somebody taken the mobile connection on my name can misuse it.

                                    I am using my reliance jio mobile number (70138*) and recharged with rs. 399 on 22nd july 2017 which has validity till oct 2017 but from yesterday evening my outgoing calls has been barred.

                                    Point 1: for your kind information my jio number is being only used for my personal communication with my family. So on what basis you have considered and what are the parameters which proves that my jio number is misused/ fraudulent use/ unauthorized telemarketing and commercial use.

                                    Point2: rs 399 plan validly is not expired yet and the plan itself says free voice calling/unlimited calling which means there is no bar/limitation on call duration. So why you have not mentioned this tnc applicable for voice call limitation when we do recharge.

                                    Poin3: customer care (Priyank, karruzaman, navin kumar etc. Etc.) asked me to recharge with 149 to continue the service as there is no other option to turn on my outgoing calls. So to turn on my outgoing calls i recharged, but what about the existing 399 plan? And why rs 149 recharge needed if my validity is not expired? What about next month once 149 validity expires?

                                    Pont4: i also visited joi care center at secunderabad (Clock tower) and met ms. Madhuri (Marketing head) but there was no positive response, in spite of solving the problem or escalating the issue she said only way to turn on outgoing is recharge with 149.

                                    Point5: i went through your tnc and it says
                                     voice is truly free – no charge towards voice or the data used to make 4g voice calls.
                                     this plan is intended only for personal use of included services. (* my number is in personal use only*)
                                     rjil reserves the right to discontinue the free voice benefits offered as part of this plan in case of misuse/ fraudulent use/ unauthorized telemarketing and commercial use (*prove that my number has been misuseed/fraudelent use/unothorized telemarketing and commercial use*)

                                    Pont6: nowhere in your tnc is written that there is certain parameter/limitation for voice calls. If there are some limitations then inform the customer upfront why it’s hidden from customers? And you are offering and marketing by promising that unlimited calls?

                                    It’s a polite request to solve my problem or communicate properly what you actually offers.

                                    Outgoing calling has been barred on your number as we noticed that it is being misused to make abnormally high number of outgoing calls. This is a violation of the terms and conditions under which the services are being provided. You can continue to use data and incoming voice services.
                                    Your outgoing will be restored automatically once you recharge your jio number when the validity of the current plan expires or you can recharge with jddd 149 plan and activate it from self-care to use voice services.

                                    @jio care team (Khilesh) : on what basis you are highlighting that there is a violation of policy and misuse of jio number. Before writing and direct blaming as fraudulent which is not correct and you don't know ethics how to deal with customer.

                                    Now i need proper evidence to justify your below statements. If you are unable to prove then i will go with court of law and prosecute required actions.

                                    With reference to subject cited above and below trail mail i want justification that why and what reason my out going call has been barred. Officially i followed the protocol and send mail to customer care but there is no proper solution.


                                    As per jio terms & condition i am not eligible for any of the point which define that i am using jio service unethically and beyond the policy. As i am a individual/personal user from last 8 months i am using jio service as prime customer and dialing specific family number which cdr can be tracked from my bill statement. But to bring in your notice that suddenly with out any proper update or without any valid reason call barred and stating message as screenshot attached.

                                    I will not tolerate or accept such type of service where i am not guilty and have proper evidence with ethical document to produce for legal proceeding.

                                    I presume that my case is completely different from tnc and i request you to take a necessary action further with proper investigation and help me out to activate my outgoing call.

                                    To help you out, i have attached the required document and screenshot. hence i need a amicable reply with proper justice to the under signed.

These are clearly mentioned in caf and our website. One of these t&c to use the service is "this plan is intended only for personal use of included services.                                     Seems you are not getting my point which i am continuously putting across.

                                    Instead of sending me proper evidences and parameters (Factors/criteria) set for barring the voice services, i don't understand why you are repeating the same information from very first mail. I very much understand what your policy says.

                                    Could you please answer my questions

                                    Does any of the jio policy and its offers defines what is misuse?
                                    What are the limitations and parameters which says that mobile number is in misuse?
                                    Does calling our family members for long duration for longer period means misuse?

These are clearly mentioned in caf and our website. One of these t&c to use the service is "this plan is intended only for personal use of included services. Rjil reserves the right to discontinue the free voice benefits offered as part of this plan in case of misuse/ fraudulent use/ unauthorized telemarketing and commercial use."
                                    Further, there are several factors which decide the limits and criteria for misuse of the free calling service. The misuse is identified if it’s over a period of time and not on a single day. You receive the notification on misuse only when the usage is abnormally high. We evaluate these limits and criteria from time to time.
                                    Your outgoing will be restored automatically once you recharge your jio number when the validity of the current plan expires. You need to curtail your outgoing voice usage to prevent barring in future.
                                    To start using outgoing voice immediately, you can recharge with jddd 149 plan and activate it from self-careto use voice services.in addition to this, you also need to curtail your outgoing voice usage with immediate effect.

                                    Why are you repeating and copy pasting the same thing again and again - this is really frustrating.

                                    If your team is unable to address my query then rather wasting my and your time its better loop some higher authority to look in to this or lets have call or meet face to face.

                                    Instead of sending me proper evidences and parameters (Factors/criteria) set for barring the voice services, i don't understand why you are repeating the same information from very first mail. I very much understand what your policy says.

                                    Does any of the jio policy and its offers defines what is misuse?

                                    Does calling our family members for long duration for longer period means misuse?

                                    Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    For my number outgoing calls n incoming calls are not available
                                    Exactly same thing happened to me from 2018 March 17, my plan expiration is till 2018 May 5th. I just called several times to customer care and appellate call centre of Jio. Just IVR kind of response from them. Repeatedly telling that the system detects automatically that I violate the tnc of them by explaining the following message in different names and voices.

                                    "Outgoing voice service on your Jio number 88255***** has been discontinued due to misuse by making abnormally high number of outgoing calls. This is a violation to the terms & conditions under which the services are being provided. Please recharge to continue using voice services."

                                    I just fed up. Just thought of recharging again. Came across your post. Myself too I asked them to prove that I misused the number as per their tnc. But they told me even if we make more calls to our family members, it'll be considered a misuse. One of jios customer support executive said that TRAI directly disconnected my service. One said that even I make a call to my office it'll be considered commercial use and I should make calls only to my family, that too it's truly unlimited voice plans but if I make frequent calls to same number my services would be barred by an automatic fail safe system. So I have to buy new numbers to my family everyday.

                                    We have nobody in this case. They'll lure is this way. I asked them not to tell it is unlimited voice unless it has a capping like SMS and data plan. I don't think we'll get justice. Anyway I'm gonna recharge. I do not want to waste time. Good luck
                                    that your Jio number ********** is being misused to make abnormally high number of outgoing calls. This is a violation of the terms and conditions under which the services are being provided. Please take immediate action to discontinue such misuse, failing which your free voice services on this number will be curtailed/discontinued without any further notice.

                                    And were the hell TnC are written? There is only 1 thing mentioned about voice call which says its free and unlimited so can u even send me this msg to stop my service if you dont mentioned it before u have no right to do it. And the funniest thing is when i asked that customer representative he have no clear answer and he is talking in a very rude manner and say just residue ur phone calls how the hell is he to tell me what should i do when it is clearly written " UNLIMITED FREE CALLS "

                                      I have recharged rs. 399 on my jio number [protected] on 02/10/2017,
                                      I have call lot of time in customer care, still plan not activated in my number.
                                      I didn't received any call from your executive it seems no one is interested to solve this issue, they had given me request id (Sr00000djp7i), what will i do
                                      Of this id? Where would i go to resolve this issue?

                                        Dear sir, i have requested jio sim online through www.jio. com, sales person came on the given appointment time. I have paid him cash for the jio prime + 399. Total i have paid him rs 500. He gave the sim, it will get activate in 4 hours. But it doesn't get activated. When i call the customer service they said that, he didn't update the plan. From that day onwards i am keep calling up the phone he doesn't pick up the phone. Please help me... Mahendra
