Sir i have booked jio phone under the number:[protected] and pincode-753001. Rs.500 was debited from my account. Tranaction id is:-"ku[protected]". After booking, "booking successful"appeared on the screen but product id was nil. I have not got any confirmation message or anything regarding my booking.

Sir please take necesssary action sothat i can get my money. This 500 is very much important because this money comes from my hardwork.

    Hi,
    I am using jio from about a year now. I regularly access epl football matches using jio tv / hotstar. Suddenly from yesterday i am not able to access these channels using jio tv. I called customer service but they are not helpful in getting the issue resolved.
    When asked why i am not able to access live streaming they are saying this is the way it is sir we can not help you in this regard.
    I think if you can not show these channels on jio tv just take it out from menu do not try to fool your customers. Need action against this.

      money deducted for my jio phone booking but transaction failed

      Sir i have booked jio phone on 24th at 7:30. I paid 500 through icici bank netbanking money got deducted but after that transaction failed appear on my screen.. I thought due to server error it may happen. I called jio costomer care still they are not able to resolve my complain. What to do sir help me.

      I had booked the jio phone on 24th aug 2017. Money was deducted twice from my internet banking canara bank. But due to server error it was not processed.
      My mobile no. Is [protected] and pin code is 500004
      Bank id: billdsk-lcnb[protected]-billdsk.
      The same reference of billdsk the amount was debited twice.
      There was no confirmation from jio.

      Please advise how to get back the amount rs.1000/ credited to my bank account.

        I have tried to book jiophone on 24 aug 2017 at 7.15 pm through myjio app but after completion of my transaction booking failed. But i didn't able to get the booking reference details. Till today 27 aug 2017 i have called several times to jiocare all the time they said they don't have any feedback regarding this. Altenativly they gave me another no [protected]. But when i called to this number ivr says to enter my number and it replied saying that there is no booking reference on against my phone number and automatically disconnectsand they didn't forward to any customer representative.

        Now my question is i have my transaction id if i will be getting my money back or not??
        Totally unsatisfied with this kind of helpless services from jio.

          Sir my reliance jio no. Is [protected]. Maine 24 aug ko 399 ka recharge kiya jio.com pr. But maine dusre jio no. [protected] se hotspot dwra net connect kiya hua tha. Balance mera cut gya, otp mere no. Pr aaya aur recharge successful ka message hotspot wale no. I. E [protected] pr aaya. Tr. Id bhi usi no. Pr aaya. Tr. Id hai br0000cjbwc7. Only hotspot connect krne se mera no. Recharge nahi hua. Jabki jio.com se recharge krne pr phle mo. No. Bhrne ko khta hai. Maine apna mo. No.[protected] fill kiya. Phir bhi recharge dusra no. Hua. So please sir refund my balance or recharge my no. [protected] immediately.

              Hi,

              I have purchased reliance jio sim in month end of april 2017, then i have done my first recharge worth rs 309 (Premium member), 84 days validity 1gb daily at 4g speed (Then speed reduce upto 128kbps) unlimited voice across india,

              Now my concern is about they taking money for 4g speed but i feel that i am not getting 4g speed, so i raised a complaint at jio customer care by calling at 198 on 31st may 2017, complain number "sr000009vtcw", they told me to allow us 60 days time to resolve your speed issue, 60 days completed they have not done any work on my complain, and close my complain my concern, they are providing me fake promises,

              On 12th july 2017 i had again called regarding speed issue they launched another complain and told me to allow us 90 days time to resolver your speed issue, as per the update on the service request sr00000azcvq, we are upgrading our network capacity in your location to serve you better. New site is expected to go live in 90 days starting from[protected].

              With reference to the service request number sr00000b67qf, please note that we are upgrading our network to serve you better. To resolve this issue we are in process to install a new site within 90 days starting from 10/08/2017.

              Special note: after raising a complaint at jio, my speed got even worst.

              I keep calling at 198 every alternate day, keep getting touch with them on [protected]@jio.com they keep providing me fake promises about 90 days, my my first recharge got wasted i didn't enjoyed true 4g speed, they are now trying waste my another recharge worth rs 399, 84 days validity.

              Please help to get refund of rs 99 1yr membership + 309 1st recharge + 399 2nd recharge
              Total 807 rs, i didn't want to stay with them.

Second transaction id fv000003gl3j failed, third transaction id fv000003jyzf failed, fourth transaction id fv000003k43l failed. Though the above four transactions are failed an amount of rs 2000 got deducted from my debit card. Kindly refund the amount. My contact no [protected]

                  I tried to do a pre booking for the new jio phone but in the end it showed me the message that my transaction failed but the money got deducted from my account and whenever i call the customer care they say that there's a separate phone no. For issues related to pre booking of new jio phone, and when i call that no. It gives no information about the issue that i am facing.
                  This is my transaction id fv000000xepw.
                  Please do refund money as soon as possible.

                    During the pre booking of jio phone on 24-8-17 around 8'oclock my transaction failed on jio.com neither got any confirmation sms from jio but the rs 500 from my paytm wallet was deducted and i did not received any type of refund.

                        Bought new connection on 25th aug. Morning from natraj store, dahisar (East), shaktinagar. Paid rs. 548/- for 84 days 1 gb plan.

                        Right from day 1, data connection not working (Though displayed as on), no page opening up. Approached natraj shop and jio outlet at dahisar (East) station near madhuram hall. No solution found by both.

                        Pls check and confirm the root cause. My instrument is lenovo k4 note, 4g enabled.

                        Have i been sold the wrong plan?

                        Service centre should call me or natraj shop owner naresh.

                              I have booked jio phone through jio app and paid 500 rs from icici internet banking but transaction got failed. So, i thought it's a server error. But 500 rupees have been deducted from my bank account

                                I booked two jio phones online on 25th august morning 5am.1000 got deducted from my account, however i didnot receive confirmation message. Atleast the amount should have returned back to the account. Called customer care, however there is no option to register complaint nor option of speaking to customer care executive. Please refund the amount atleast.

I opted rs.500 through net banking sbi (Ifsc code sbin0020105). My amount rs.500 deducted by bank and transaction ref. No. Igabwwgco9. But i did not received any conformation message from jio phone registry. I am requesting you take necessary action regarding my problem and conform my jio phone. Thanking you.
