    I m complaining abt speed issue and network issue since from october 2016, til today (28/08/2017) my issue not getting resolved,
    And they jio team is giving reason dat "trai delaying in giving permission" so wen u will solve it!??? I m really fed off

      I am using jio sim from december 2016... Now i have problem with the data usage wrongly show after dhan dhana than i recharge 509 rs (2gb 2 month plan)... Every day if i use 1gb it will show your data balance is over... But jio message send me through you have used 50% only. I am confused because i am not used over 1gb... Any cheating in reliance group of companies? How it will be gone? You must reply with this???

        Dear sir,
        I wanted to draw your attention towards the subrotopark new delhi area (110010).
        In this area your network is not available where as other networks like vodafone and idea have strong connectivity.
        In this situation we are forced to go with other networks as we can not use our jio sim cards which we have but due to unavailability of network it's useless.
        Kindly do the needful so that we can be able to use your network.
        Once approximately one month before i had complained for the same to your customer care executive to fix the issue,
        He had assured to solve it soon but it couldn't be fixed till now.

          I am trying to book a jio phone for myself on the phone no. [protected] but the transaction i made through the net banking
          Rs. 500/ was failed after some time the money was deducted from bank account and no confirmation msg from your company please help me out settling my money problem.

          I was booking jio phone
          I was paid the amount of 500 from my axis bank debit card
          Money has been debited but I don't get any transaction I'd that was showing null
          I got a transaction msg from my bank
          Please refund my money

          My amount got deducted of rs 500 but transaction failed and money dont get returned please return my money
          Today's morning I try to call but call not connect and hear a message you have insufficient balance l have already recharge with ₹399 so kindly solve my problem..So With i connect to others

            I was pre book my jio phone on 24. The amout of Rs 500 got debited from my pytam account but i got transaction id status . And the transaction id is FV00000149OC .No conformation message or email or sms was sent by jio.plz resolve this issue as soon as possible so i can order the phone again. the phone number for which i was booked [protected].

              I don't get transaction id while online pre booking of jio phone on 24/08/2017. Message displaying like this "your transaction id is null". Amount for booking i, e rs. 500 also deducted from my bank account. I am confused that where is my amount gone. My mobile number is [protected].

              So please book my jio phone and send transaction id, because i already paid the aforesaid amount for booking. I enclosed receipt of paid amount with this email.

                I booked jio phone on 24 aug i have pay rs 500 through paytm transaction done sussessful from paytm to billdeskutil and jio also give note that your transaction sussessful and transaction id is fv00000149oc. Tarnsaction id is given but ther was not any message from reliance jio company. Whene i check in manage phone there is no status from my number that i give to book jio phone plz check and book my phone or give my payment back i attached screenshot off that plzz check thanks

                  I am ashish kumar singh and my issue is a transaction was failed while booking reliance jio phone but payment was debited through jio money payment, and transaction id was given on screen,
                  Transaction id: fv000001mo28
                  But message was not came to mobile from reliance jio no refund of money till now. Call centre of jio saying that they don't have any info regarding this.

                  DEAR SIR, I am ashray kumar and my issue is a transaction was success while booking RELIANCE JIO PHONE payment was debited through debit card payment, i didnot note transaction id and now in my bookings i dont have any details of phone booked or any type of voucher numbers and but message was not came to mobile from RELIANCE JIO bank details...
                  My jio Internet is not working from 14 august and I didn't get any response from service centres they only give excuses... And I call many times in jio complain helplines as well... But my Internet is not working

                    This is to regretfully inform that i have been working for jio in kadavanthara, kochi for six months and had my resignation 95 days back. I have not yet received my full and final settlement. I have contacted mr amal navab jio kadavanthara jc, kochi and didnt get any respose from there. Kindly requesting to take immediate action on this circumstance.

                    While asking to customer care they are telling the sim is active but I can't able to make calls from last 10 days.

                      On august 24 while booking jio phone around 7:20 pm my money got deducted from sbi account but the reliance jio page didn't showed any transaction number or voucher number i m regularly calling customer care and also sent end numbers of mails to reliance jio but unable to get any voucher number or any confirmation regarding jio phone booking. Its almost 84 hours passed but i m still not getting any data from reliance.

                          I have ordered jiophone and my transaction is also successfully completed but i have ordered jiophone from another number ([protected]) not from jio number and when i am opening my view order details through jio website it shows invalid number after entering number in order number and i also i have not given any order number through sms
                          Plzzzzzzzzz... Solve my problem as soon as possible because my transaction is also successfull of 500 rs but order details are now showing in jio website and i am child belonging from poor family

                            Sir i have booked jio phone under the number:[protected] and pincode-753001. Rs.500 was debited from my account. Tranaction id is:-"ku[protected]". After booking, "booking successful"appeared on the screen but product id was nil. I have not got any confirmation message or anything regarding my booking.

                            Sir please take necesssary action sothat i can get my money. This 500 is very much important because this money comes from my hardwork.

                              I am using jio from about a year now. I regularly access epl football matches using jio tv / hotstar. Suddenly from yesterday i am not able to access these channels using jio tv. I called customer service but they are not helpful in getting the issue resolved.
                              When asked why i am not able to access live streaming they are saying this is the way it is sir we can not help you in this regard.
                              I think if you can not show these channels on jio tv just take it out from menu do not try to fool your customers. Need action against this.

                                money deducted for my jio phone booking but transaction failed

                                Sir i have booked jio phone on 24th at 7:30. I paid 500 through icici bank netbanking money got deducted but after that transaction failed appear on my screen.. I thought due to server error it may happen. I called jio costomer care still they are not able to resolve my complain. What to do sir help me.

                                I had booked the jio phone on 24th aug 2017. Money was deducted twice from my internet banking canara bank. But due to server error it was not processed.

                                The same reference of billdsk the amount was debited twice.
                                There was no confirmation from jio.

                                Please advise how to get back the amount rs.1000/ credited to my bank account.

                                  I have tried to book jiophone on 24 aug 2017 at 7.15 pm through myjio app but after completion of my transaction booking failed. But i didn't able to get the booking reference details. Till today 27 aug 2017 i have called several times to jiocare all the time they said they don't have any feedback regarding this. Altenativly they gave me another no [protected]. But when i called to this number ivr says to enter my number and it replied saying that there is no booking reference on against my phone number and automatically disconnectsand they didn't forward to any customer representative.

                                  Now my question is i have my transaction id if i will be getting my money back or not??
                                  Totally unsatisfied with this kind of helpless services from jio.

                                    Sir my reliance jio no. Is [protected]. Maine 24 aug ko 399 ka recharge kiya jio.com pr. But maine dusre jio no. [protected] se hotspot dwra net connect kiya hua tha. Balance mera cut gya, otp mere no. Pr aaya aur recharge successful ka message hotspot wale no. I. E [protected] pr aaya. Tr. Id bhi usi no. Pr aaya. Tr. Id hai br0000cjbwc7. Only hotspot connect krne se mera no. Recharge nahi hua. Jabki jio.com se recharge krne pr phle mo. No. Bhrne ko khta hai. Maine apna mo. No.[protected] fill kiya. Phir bhi recharge dusra no. Hua. So please sir refund my balance or recharge my no. [protected] immediately.
