I tried placing an order for 2 jio phones via jio.com phone ordering page on 24/08/2017. When i proceeded to pay the amount of ₹1000, i was given an option to pay via paytm along with all other options. I selected the paytm option and entered my citibank card details to make the payment. While i was trying to pay money through sbi debit card 459xx0234 for a purchase of jio phone worth rs500.0 on pos reliancejio at reliancejio mumbai at 7:33:19pm on 24th august, they deducted 500rs from my account but jio phone has not been booked and no confirmation message.

I registered for jio mobile trough jio app with mobile no:[protected] & also pay 500rs via sbi debit card txn # jt [protected] but there is any sms from jio, is it registered? I live in kopar-khairane, navi-mumbai - 400709. Yesterday on 24 aug 2017 at 7pm, i had booked jio phone rs 500 from my laptop on jio website: (https://www.jio.com/JioWebApp/index.html?root=myVoucher)

And i had paid rs 500 via sbi debit card online....

I paid Rs/500 for Jio Phone booking through My Jio app on 24/08/17 but transaction failed but money was not returned to my account.
My transaction id was FV000001MOJQ
I have call jio customer care but no one picked up the phone....

I did a transaction of rs 500 while pre booking the jio smartrphone.
Money got deducted from my account and i even got a transaction id for that but i did not get any confirmation mail of any sort on the mobile number which i used to register. How can i possibly be assured of the product.

I have booked jio phone from www.jio.com website on 25th Aug, 2017 and paid amount of Rs.500 from Hdfc Net Banking transaction. But I haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from Jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Help me regarding this issue.

Yesterday (24th august 2017) i booked a jio phone from the site, and made transaction through my sbi credit card, as the money got deducted from my account but i didn't got any confirmation message from jio about phone booking. Please help. I am also trying to contact customer care but they are not receiving phone. Please help. The mobile number by which i registered is [protected]. And the pin code is 831003. On 24th august i tried booking 2 jio handsets through my jio mobile app, it asked for phone number and pin code and then it redirected to payment page asking for 500 rupees, i am redirected to payment page and money got deducted from my sbi net banking but the status on app showed transaction is failed and then i get no instructions from jio what to do next. This has happened twice.

Today evening i try to book jio mobile 1500rs. I register my mob no.[protected] pin code -401107. Next step i go to payment page i pay 500 rs. My debit card after few seconds msg show your transaction failed. Rs.500 debit my account. But i can't confirmation message to my mobile.
I want my money next 24 hours.

As its seams jio phone pre booking but still after booking no status about the booking amt is deducted this show how company making fool

Be aware guys i have just posted the complain regarding jio phone and i have given my number at the end.

I am started getting fraud call from this number

True call name display: ebazar ninja backend

They will ask your credit/defit card number and everything. Thay will tell that u will get refund of money quickly. This is a fraud its not genuine...

I booked jio phone on 24.08.2017 by paying advance rs.500 in jio.com website but did not received any message regarding the confirmation of my booking from jio except the amount deduction message from bank. After paying 2 times 500 rs payment, i did not get conformation.. I request you to kindly send me conformation sms on my mobile [protected] and [protected].. The payment is done yesterday roughaly at 8.00pm and little later other one. On the mobile no [protected]... Both the time money is deductead from net banking...
