Dear sir,

I have tried booking jio phone from my mobile number [protected]. I have paid rs 500 from my a/c through net banking. They have deducted the amount from my a/c and than they are showing transaction failed. I have not got refund for the same and also have not got any acknowledgement from their end. Kindly help me out. Transaction i'd: fv000001lwvf.

    I have booked jio phone and paid 500 rs from sbi net banking but transaction failed. So, i thought it's a server error. But after some time i get the mail of deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account with transaction reference number igabwwdfx2. But i haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Help me regarding this issue.

      I have booked jio phone on 25.8.17 at 9.30 am (App), rs 500 has been debited from my account & my transaction i. D. Is fv000002un06. I have already contacted you & got your reply saying that the confirmation will be received within 24 hrs but 24 hrs. Has thus spent but i did not received any confirmation yet.
      The payment has been through axis bank debit card.

        I have pre-booked two jio mobie through online net banking mode.
        I faced big problem amount rs 1000 deducted from my account but no any vochure, confirmation sms, coupon received from our side. There is no record found in jio store, jio call center.
        I have visited nearby jio store and showed my transaction i'd but not proper answer received from their end.
        I have called to jio customer call center many times but again same response received from their end.

          On[protected] i used paytm wallet for the transaction of jio phone booking at www.Jio.com. but the problem is that i haven't received any messages from the seller (Jio) till now, at the same time an amount of rs.500 was deducted from my wallet and there is no order voucher /id and message from the seller. So, i kindly request you to give a solution in this problem otherwise please help me to get back my money back. Here i am attaching my paytm transaction details and the screen shot of the web page of www.jio.com at the time of my payment, :

            I had recharged 399 on 24th august. The first recharge went unsuccessful and it showed "server error, could not complete your request. Please try again later". Money got deducted from account. I tried once again.

            My jio number is [protected].

            I had entered only one number why other four number recharged.

            I have also payed 3999/. Please refund[protected]=3199) or rs. 3199.

            This is your fault and fault in web application.

              I tried to book 2 nos. Jio phones on 24th august 2017. After several tries, i've made payment by sbi internet banking. Transaction was successful from bank side, but failed on your side. Kindly return my money. I am deeply disappointed with jio infocomm. Please help me in this matter.

                  I m having my wifi router of reliance jio.
                  I m not able to power on device.
                  The problem occurs as follows:

                  I pressed by few minutes on power button but there was no change on any indication in router.

                  Again tried the same with power supply but failed in the same.

                  Now i m not able to start jio router device.

                  Kindly provide me with solution.

                    I have tried to book jio phone on 24/8/2017 around 8pm through my phone number-[protected] by using my canara bank debit card and the payment has been made and i have got message from my bank that money for jio phone 500rs has been deducted from my bank account and later it showed that the phone has not been booked

                      I was trying to pre book my jio phone on thursday. The amout of rs 500 got debited from my account but i got transaction failed status. And the transaction id is fv000000y63c. No conformation message or email or sms was sent by jio. Plz resolve this issue as soon as possible so i can order the phone again. The phone number for which i tried to book is [protected]

                          I was make payment to jio company for purchasing phone of rs. 1500. Firstly i have paid paid from my bank account though website of jio company. But no message received from company for coupan coded or made payment. Jio customer care told me that you have not made any payment. But from my bank account money was deducted. Fraud company... They cheated so many people by this. Taking money and telling no payment received. Fraud company.. Never buy phone from this company. I have loosed my money. Bad experience with jio. Please give my money bank. It earned from head work. You taken my money by cheating me.

I had ordered jio phone by this no.[protected] first the payment is successful but confirmation not received then i had tried after them both messages received of confirmation by jio and paytm but the above first payment is successful but confirmation of jio phone is not successful.. So please see to it. I being a loyal customer believe in you that you will solve my problem plzz refund my money [protected] from this i have first booked one phone in which payment is successful via paytm but jio phone not successful. Then i had tried another time from this no. Only then it is confirmed so plzz send me the refund of my first transaction.

                                I booked JIO PHONE on 24.08.2017 around 08.02 pm.on this Number [protected] (vodafone) and my transaction status showed SUCCEESSFUL and. My bank amount of rupees 500..got deducted... I did not get any sms or any confirmation. I am trying to transfer or cancel my booking through my jio app by clicking on manage booking option.. But my. Voucher shows. Empty. Plz resolve my issues.

                                  Kindly provde help on this regard wether my booking is confirmed or not.

                                      I tried to book jio phone for my number [protected] and i used state bank of india internet banking for the transaction.. But after sometime my account was debited by rs. 500 but phone not booked saying that my transaction was failed/time expired.. I request you to please resolve the problem and refund the amount.. More than this i can't write any more.. But you are always saying to write more and more saying that my complaint may not be answered since it is less.. How can i write more.. So you solve the issue even it is less.. I have given the content for you to solve.. Less luggage more comfort.. So less writing more comfortable
