Dear sir/madam,
Today i booked a jiophone and made payment by net banking. The payment was a success and 500rs. Was debited.
No confirmation message was recieved on my phone and what to do.. Please suggest me.. Has jio phone booked or not.. How can i know.. I am frustrated.. Please sir suggest.

I have booked jio phone to my mobile no.[protected] on[protected] around 7 pm and paid 500 rs from union debit card but transaction stopped. So, i thought it's a server error. But after some time i get the message of deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from jio. Please let me know that jio phone book or not. If not then kindly refund my money....

I booked a jio phone in 24 august around 7 pm, all process done clearly but in finally a message is shown that * transaction failed, when i checked bank account rs 500/- deducted and transferred to jio telecom. How's this possible? Please kindly let me know it has booked or not; if not need to refund my money and i will book another one.

I had ordered jio phone by this no.[protected] first the payment is successful but confirmation not received then i had tried after them both messages received of confirmation by jio and paytm but the above first payment is successful but confirmation of jio phone is not successful.. I'm trying to book jio phone but after completing the payment gateway process i've entered otp as well and suddenly website stop responding, and also ₹500 deducted from my account, will you guys please confirm whether i've booked phone or not, if not then when i'll get my money back. Or else you guys can rebook, i've the sms confirmation of debited amount.

Both times payment was done and debited from my kotak account of Rs1000. But transaction was failed shown, booking was not done. Kindly do the needful to revert back my money so that i can pay to my jio mobile...

Pre Booking of JIO phone may be the loot by Reliance Jio infocomm.
As I was in a process to book the phone, at last it was transaction page where I have completed all the credentials and finally it showed transaction failed but the money has been deducted by my bank.

Yesterday, i was booking jio phone, balance of 500rs debited from union bank debit card but did not get any confirmation msg.

Screen was showing transaction failure an id was fv000001mafd.

A. Now what shoul i do?
B. Do i need to book again?

On- 24/8/2017 i booked jio phone mobile from jio.com jio official website. then i payment through upi QR code scen payment is complite & Rs. 500 is debited from my A/c but i have not recived any booking id & no any confirmation sms.....
