    I booked a jio phone from jio.com yesterday. After confirming the payment amount from sbi online banking it redirected to jio and shows the transaction failed. But the money is deducted from my bank account. I called customer care but no use. They aren't updated about jio phone yet.

    My sbi transaction id is : jsbi[protected]
    And found some randome id's in the url : igabwwbgi7

      Yesterday i have booked two jio phones cost of 1000rs through my jio app. I got message of amount debited from my bank canara but didnt get confirmation message of jio mobiles not even transaction failure message. What to do help me in this. I keep on calling jio customer care they making to wait 24 hrs whenever i call them. I called[protected] number which is given by jio care to manage mobile phones i called to that number there is no vochers in that. Please help me to get back my money or else book mobile phones

        I have booked jio phone and paid 500 rs from hdfc netbanking but transaction failed. So, i thought it's a server error. But after some time i get the mail of deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from jio. I didn't received any call from jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Help me regarding this issue.

          I booked one jio mobiles yesterday i. E 24th august, 2017 evening by paying an mount of rs.500/ through net banking. The amount is debited to my account but i did not receive pre-booking confirmation from reliance jio infocom till now. Inspite of my repeated requests over phone, i could not get correct information from the customer care executive. While calling to jio care they are telling me to call[protected]. But they is no option to submit a complain in that.

            I tried placing an order for 2 jio phones via jio.com phone ordering page on 24/08/2017. When i proceeded to pay the amount of ₹1000, i was given an option to pay via paytm along with all other options. I selected the paytm option and entered my citibank card details to make the payment. After few seconds of entering ipin for transaction ₹1000 were deduced from my citibank account. But when the transaction was processed and i was brought back to jio transaction page, i was presented with a message stating that "your transaction id is fv000001uk1i" and it said that the transaction failed below this message. There was only one method for me to order phone and that was by entering my mobile number and placing order. After the transaction failed i haven't received any message from jio and also the money is still not refunded. Please help me get my money back from this fraud.

                While i was trying to pay money through sbi debit card 459xx0234 for a purchase of jio phone worth rs500.0 on pos reliancejio at reliancejio mumbai at 7:33:19pm on 24th august, they deducted 500rs from my account but jio phone has not been booked and no confirmation message.

                  I registered for jio mobile trough jio app with mobile no:[protected] & also pay 500rs via sbi debit card txn # jt [protected] but there is any sms from jio, is it registered? Plz clarify, my mail id : [protected]@gmail.com. Weather my registration considered give me any dialuage from jio to my mobile number [protected] or mailing to my email.                         I did a transaction of rs 500 while pre booking the jio smartrphone.
                        Money got deducted from my account and i even got a transaction id for that but i did not get any confirmation mail of any sort on the mobile number which i used to register. How can i possibly be assured of the product.

                                Yesterday (24th august 2017) i booked a jio phone from the site, and made transaction through my sbi credit card, as the money got deducted from my account but i didn't got any confirmation message from jio about phone booking.                                 No connection in model town area of rohtak... 4g works like 2g and other area are ok but model town area has a poor signal strength
                                No speed nothing.. kindly look into it or else everyone over here will go to airtel or voda it this problem is not solved asap..

                                  On 24th august i tried booking 2 jio handsets through my jio mobile app, it asked for phone number and pin code and then it redirected to payment page asking for 500 rupees, i am redirected to payment page and money got deducted from my sbi net banking but the status on app showed transaction is failed and then i get no instructions from jio what to do next. This has happened twice.

                                  Please help me, i want either phone or my money back.

                                        Be aware guys i have just posted the complain regarding jio phone and i have given my number at the end.

                                        I am started getting fraud call from this number

                                        Fraud call number: [protected]
                                        True call name display: ebazar ninja backend

                                        They will ask your credit/defit card number and everything. Thay will tell that u will get refund of money quickly. This is a fraud its not genuine call from jio
                                        So alert and don't post your number
