I prebooked jio phone at 7:25pm on 24/08/17 from myjio app with my airtel mobile number. I paid ₹500 with my paytm account. ₹500 got deducted from my paytm account in the name of billdeskutil but myjio app didn't show me any booking id or confirmation of my order. I didn't even receive sms for successful order placement from jio. The only proof i have is the transaction id of paytm.

I have booked jio phone and paid 500 Rs from HSBC Credit card but Connection to server failed error appeared after payment screen. So, I thought it's a server error. But after some time I get the mail of deduction of 500 rupees from my credit card account. But I haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from Jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Help me regarding this issue.

I have, today, on 24.08.2017, booked two mobile phone sets, from my m. No. [protected] and paid rs. 1000/- and from my m. No.[protected] booked one mobil and paid rs/500/-
Aii rs.1500/- has been debited from my bank account.
My e-mail id is - [protected]@gmail.com and above two mobile numbers of jio.

Pl let me know if my order is booked, inform me the ituation what so ever and obliged.

I have booked jio phone and paid 500 rs from sbi debit card but transaction failed. So, i thought it's a server error. But after some time i get the mail of deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Help me regarding this issue.

I have tried to book the jio phone on aug 24, 2017 and the payment through net banking (Sbi) was successfully deducted rs.500/- from my bank account...

There was a notification from jio that
Your transaction failed
Your transaction id is fv000000wubi

On my net banking a/c it's showing that on 24-aug-2017, rs.500/- transfer to inb reliance jio infocom bill_rejioi payments with ref. No. Jsbi[protected]igabwwbfh5br...

I was booking jio phone from my jio app and after doing payment from paytm the app does not give any information about my order as well as no notification has been given by jio that your order is confirmed or not. If my order was not placed they should refund my payment or they should complete the order. This all happens today i. E., 24/08/2017 at 7:45 pm....

I am vishal saxena my booking number is [protected] and my delivery code is 313001 and my issue is my transaction was successful while booking RELIANCE JIO PHONE and the payment was debited through debit card payment, and there is null showing in place of transaction id and now in my bookings i dont have any details of phone booked or any type of voucher numbers and i dont have any message either on my mobile from RELIANCE...

I have tried to book the jio phone and the payment through net banking (Sbi) was successfully deducted rs.500 from my bank account...
There was a notification from jio that the payment failed.

Pl review the matter and arrange to revert the payment to my federal bank account.

To day iam booking two mobiles through jio web site. My mobile numbers [protected] and [protected]. The required amount of rs. 1000/- was also paid to inb reliance jio infocom bill_rejioi payments through net banking and the same amount deducted in my account vide reference number lsbi[protected]igabwwsbp7. But conformed message and coupon number was not received from the jio mobiles....

No confirmation message was recieved on my phone from jio.

Please solve the essue and help me what to do next

Today i booked a jiophone and made payment by debit card. The payment was a success and 500rs. Was debited. My transaction id is - fv000000dx7c
No confirmation message was recieved on my phone and also there is no jiophone voucher added to my jio account

I had ordered Jio Phone using my JiOApp.and at last showed failed transaction with transaction Id -FV000001LYQB and also money has been deducted through my Net banking with this message "Thank you for using State Bank Internet Banking. Your Transaction Ref No IGABWWJHB4 for Rs.500.0 on 24-Aug-17 20:04" So what i have to do now?...

Payment deducted from Paytm but transaction failed.
Transaction ID : FV00001ME88
Date : 24th August, Time : 8.00 Pm.

The transaction was for booking jiophone with prebooking amount of 500 rupees.
The payment was deducted from the paytm wallet account but the transaction failed message appeared with reference ID, screen shot of which is attached below, but no communication message from reliance jio came...

I ported my airtel network to reliance jio as i heared from my neighbours that jio is speed in browsing and good signal quality than airtel in our location. I paid rs.408 for 3 months period. It provide good signal quality and speed in browsing for 1 month. Now it getting problematic to me from last 3 weeks. When i register a complaint through customer care, they simply told that change your phone settings.
But when i went to city...

Today we are book new phone rs 500 only payment cut in my account but my new phone order not done...pls.solve the same..for new phone order...so how can we are book new offer phone pls suggest to me . Or credit in my account 500 as soon as possible.....
