I have booked jio phone and paid 500 rs from sbi debit card but transaction failed. So, i thought it's a server error. But after some time i get the mail of deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Help me regarding this issue.

      On 24th august in between 5:45 to 6:00 pm i booked jio phone via myjio app, during registration i entered my primary airtel number [protected], made the payment with my debit card which is of central bank of india. Amount has been debited from my account but i neither received any transaction id nor any voucher sms. When i called customer care, they were asking me for transaction id which i didn't received.

      So it's my humble request to inform the company about this so they will give me the details on this matter or else refund my money.

          Sir,
          I have booked two jio phones on 24 aug one from the net at 6:28 pm and another from my mobile through jio app at 6:31 pm and paid the amounts through my jio money wallet.

          First one which i have booked on net got processed and got confirmation message on my cell. Its transaction id:[protected] i. E rs.500

          Second one which i have booked on my cell through jio app got server error message a. After payment of rs. 500 through jio money wallet which transaction id :[protected]

          This is my number, i have registered a jio phone. I have attached screen shot of payment of rs 500/-. Please convey if i have registered jio phone or not... For second one.

            Yesterday (On 24.8.2017) i booked a jiophone through mob no.[protected] giving my pin code as 560029. As advised, i also paid rs. 500 through my sbi (Sbm) debit card. Immediately i received a message that the 'booking is successful' and the amount has also been debited from my bank account vide txn. No. Ku[protected]. But i did not receive any message from jiophone regarding the transaction id, confirmation of the booking etc. Therefore, please verify the details given above and furnish me the transaction id no. To enable me to get a jiophone.

                While booking jio handset i had done transaction of Rs.500 but it was not successful. After 2 min I got message form Axis Bank that money has been debited. Mobile has not booked yet, not any confirmation message has been received. They why money has been debited. Please provie me right information regarding issue.

                  I tried to book jio phone, entered the number [protected] and pin code 190001. Choosed net banking, payment was complete, got the message from the bank that money has been deducted (Screenshot attached) but the transaction failed and got no message from jio team that the payment is done or the order is successfully completed. Now i either want the order of the jio phone or i want my refund back.

Jisame mere sbi account se net banking dwara transaction ref. No. Igabwwnvc5 date 24/08/2017 at 20:43 par 500 rs successfully debited huye the lekin abhi tak mobil no.[protected] par koi bhi jio phone booking sambandhit massege praapt nahin hua hai. Yadi mobil no.[protected] par jio phone book nahin hua hai to kripya suchit karte huye debite kiye huye 500 rs wapas lautane ki kripa karen.

                                This is to complaint that, while booking the jio mobile phone through www.jio.com money was deducted but phone was not booked. There was a message that, ' your transaction failed' but what about the money rs.1000 /- deducted from my sbi account. Kindly ask jio to refund the same.

                                      Successfully i go to the payment page and also rs. 500 money is deducted from my account but after that i'm waiting for confirmation message, but i didn't received any confirmation message from you.
                                      Now i want to know that i successfully register jio phone or not if not then please refund money in my bank account otherwise i'm taking strict action against you, so please give me solution within 12 hours.
