I am pawan dhamale and my issue is a transaction was failed while booking reliance jio phone but payment of rs 1500 was debited through credit card payment, and transaction id was given on screen,
Transaction id: fv000001maau
But message was not came to mobile from reliance jio
No confirmation till now
So kindly solve my problem sir

    I have booked jio phone and paid 500 rs from icici debit card but transaction could not complete as it showed a server error in between. I thought that might be due to heavy load on jio server as its first day of phone booking. But after some time i got a mail and message both of 500 rupees deduction from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message or any email from jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

      I had booked jio phone from my number [protected], my account got debited with rs.500 but i did not got any confirmation message. When i search on myjio app, manage orders it does not show anything.
      Kindly provde help on this regard wether my booking is confirmed or not.
      Also from myjio app there is no help provided nor from customer care.. Kindly resolve the issue.

          I have booked my jio phone from wrong number and already paid for it. So please help me in this that i get refunded or can correct my number. Now the number to which i booked jio phone is not receiving my call. Please do as you can do to solve this problem. I have my register id with me as a proof. Please cancel my that order or transfer it to my other phone number.

But after some time i get the messageof deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from jio. Payment was deducted from my account on pos reliance jio at reliance jio txn#ku[protected],

                I registered a complaint through this registration form to-day around 8 pm regarding non receipt of transaction id number for the books made for jiophone booked through [protected] on 24.8.2017. Immediately i received a call from one mohit agarwal (Mob no. [protected]) calling from customer care and asked about the details of my complaint. Also asked the bank debit transaction id and card number to verify the same from your records. But while the concersation was on, i received two messages debiting rs. 19980 and rs.3900 for certain purchases. Immediately i asked him about this but he gave evasive reply that they are wrong messages and to ignore the same. After informing that rs.500 will be refunded, he disconnected the call. I suspect about this called person. Pl. Take immediate action on this complaint. I am also filing a police complaint with local cyber crime police. Please inform the action taken.

                    I booked reliance jio phone from reliance jio website yesterday and as a part of booking amount was deducted from my account but it's showing transaction failed. I didn't recieved any notification or message or from jio and jio customer service seems to be very rude and unhelpful when it comes to helping their customers especially when the customer doesn't own a jio sim. The customer care representative told me to get a jio no.in order to get any information and their is no alternative for that.in the jio website, it is not mentioned that only jio users can buy the phone.
                    I booked using it by paytm and paytm is saying that this is not their fault.

                    Sir please help me in this issue.

                      Yesterday (On 24.8.2017 at 8:40pm) i booked a jiophone through mob no.[protected] giving my pin code as 496001. As advised, i also paid rs. 500 through net-banking of sbi bank. Immediately i received a message that the 'booking is successful' and the amount has also been debited from my bank account with txn. No. Igabwwner0. But i did not receive any message from jiophone regarding the transaction id, confirmation of the booking etc. Therefore, please verify the details given above and furnish me the transaction id no. To enable me to get a jiophone

                      Yesterday (on 25.8.2017 at 6:40PM) I booked a Jiophone through Mob No.[protected] giving my pin code as 400705. As advised, I also paid Rs. 500 through net-banking of SBI bank. Immediately I received a message that the 'booking is successful' and the amount has also been debited from my bank account. But I did not receive any message from Jiophone regarding the Transaction Id, confirmation of the booking etc. Therefore, please verify the details given above and furnish me the Transaction Id No. to enable me to get a Jiophone

                        To-day i made a complaint through this complaint form about non receipt of transaction id no. For the jiophone booking made on 24.8.2017 through my mob.[protected]. Immediately i received a call from mob. No. [protected]
                        And the person informed his name as mr. Mohit kumar from jio customer care. He asked the details about the transaction time, bank transaction no. And the card number through which the booking is made. When the conversation was on, i received two messages in my mobile that purchases are made for rs.19980 and rs. 3900 through this card. I enquired about this with that person but he informed to ignore the same and disconnected the call. However, he gave the complaint registred no. Sr[protected]. As i am suspecting about this caller, i am filing a complaint with the cyber crime police. This is for your information. Pl. Inform me whether the above person is working with relience jio.

                                  On 24th august in between 5:45 to 6:00 pm i booked jio phone via myjio app, during registration i entered my primary airtel number [protected], made the payment with my debit card which is of central bank of india. Amount has been debited from my account but i neither received any transaction id nor any voucher sms. When i called customer care, they were asking me for transaction id which i didn't received.

                                  So it's my humble request to inform the company about this so they will give me the details on this matter or else refund my money.

                                      I have booked two jio phones on 24 aug one from the net at 6:28 pm and another from my mobile through jio app at 6:31 pm and paid the amounts through my jio money wallet.

                                      First one which i have booked on net got processed and got confirmation message on my cell. Its transaction id:[protected] i. E rs.500

                                      Second one which i have booked on my cell through jio app got server error message a. After payment of rs. 500 through jio money wallet which transaction id :[protected]

                                      This is my number, i have registered a jio phone. I have attached screen shot of payment of rs 500/-. Please convey if i have registered jio phone or not... For second one.
