I applied for a jio sim in ghaziabad on 7th much for which i provided my DL in which my permanent Address of lucknow is mentioned. Store person said there would be no problem in this regards. But the next day a call came to provide another address proof as the address is not clear which was not true, i have no other address proof other than that at ghaziabad (other documents are kept in lucknow). I gave them an enlarged scanned copy of DL which they said will work. I went out of station but the sim was not still activate. I returned today 14th and went to the Store to find the reason and the reason is that my form has been again rejected because my photograph is not matching. My photograph is 12 years old in the DL now i am BALD. My all documents have photograph with hair as i suffered hair fall, i am bald now. I said to the guy at the store that this is the most vague and pathetic reason to reject the application, he told me that the system has rejected my form not a person.
I am highly dissapointed with reliance regards this matter, i want you to please look into this issue and resolve my complaint asap and also provide me with some compensation from reliance.

    I am trying to do MNP to jio from last 4-5 days, to jio store at surendranagar in mega mall, they were saying that due to error not possible, so come next day. Today I visited 5th time, they still saying that due to FRC error come next day. Local recharge store are providing MNP to jio at same time with extra charge. Why you are providing such a store to irritate people.

      I am living in vamaj, we are facing problem with jio network. I bought 3 jio sim card for my whole family for better service. I did not expect this from jio.
      Not only my family but may be lots of people are facing same problem from my village. Not even single tower.
      I dont know what i should do with jio sim.
      You will lose your customer. I hope you will do something for this problem.

        Jio Fiber Service rolled out in several buildings in South Mumbai is highly unreliable.The red light of router kept blinking and there was no connectivity since the morning of 9th March, 2017. I lodged a complaint on 9th March in the morning at 08:27 hours on their toll free number [protected]. I received reply with Service Request ID SR0000075G0F and message that I would receive response by 11th March 2017 08:27 hours. No one from Jio team contacted me on my registered mobile number till today even after 48 hours response time given. Today when I inquired about the status of my complaint on the same toll free number, I was informed it was showing as pending and that four reminders were sent to Jio team. So today I lodged a request to take away the router as I want to discontinue the services of Jio Fiber Service. Service Request ID provided to me is SR0000077K2K with response time upto 13 march 2017 18:39 hours. After lodging the second complaint at18:39 hours today, the light of the router turned green at around 20:00 hours (8 p.m.) after blinking for nearly three days. I feel Jio Fiber Connectivity is highly unreliable and cannot be depended upon.

        I received call from Jio customer care today at 01:10 p.m. to know if connectivity issue has been resolved. I told the person that issue was resolved after I lodged my second complaint and I will observe for few days.
        The red light on the Jio router keeps blinking. There is no connectivity for past 3 days. The customer care number [protected] does not exist.
        Nobody to address the problem. Shame on Reliance for such a service. We are repenting for trying out their service

        When I faced this problem the second time, I again called 18008969999 and had the option to choose one out of three languages. Then I was asked to enter my registered mobile number. The customer care executive then guided me to go to www.jio.com and recharge as 100GB data was throttled meaning over. I did as I was guided. Recharge is free. Then I had to restart the router for which I rebooted my computer. I could get the green light and since then connectivity is fine. Please try.

        Dude, the red light means no signal/cable break . but according to railwire, JIO is a shame.
        Railwire will manage the problem within hours, seem like jio doesn't care.

        My Jio giga fiber router installed on 23rd Feb 2019 and today 27th Feb Connection is not yet activated.
        Raised 3 requests to resolve the issue. But no one is able to find the solution for my problem.
        No idea when it can be resolved.
        I had taken jio fibernet connection service id[protected] mobile [protected] on 22nd feb inspite of repeted email complaints and phone complaints not activated till date either activate immedietly or refund rs 45oo deposit and take back your router

          Reliance Jio company has planned to set up a mobile tower tower in recedentilal area.
          In the distace of 300 meters there are many families, 2 primary school etc.
          I have there are many harmful effects as like cancer.
          The area is attached to my house.
          So I request to all please stop the company installing the tower on the area.

            Hi I'm using jio 4g name only 4g but speed 2g . Signal is full coverage but internet speed is very slow it is 250kpbs to 350kpbs only . What can I do .jio tariff ok . But speed worst I dislike.

              Hello Team,

              I am one of the Reliance Jio Subscriber from last October 2016. My Mobile No is.[protected]. I am using the sim in my RedmI Note 3. One Week before I had done Jio Prime Recharge Rs.99 which is the initial subscription recharge for Enroll as a Jio prime customer. After that I couldn’t make a voice call from Jio Number. When i make a call it automatically get disconnected and came to home screen. But in same mobile i have other service provider Sim that's works fine. I had tried many steps like Restarting Phone, Turn off the phone & Removed and inserted the sim in my mobile to resolve the problem. But Mobile high speed Data are going without any issue. So Kindly help me to know the what is problem with sim to make a voice call without any issues.

              No response from TEAM. Still having same issue as above. Also i thought to recharge Rs.999 plan. But now i am back out from decision if they do after my recharge means i lost my money. Let see...

                  I am from kerala and i am staying in mumbai in same area for around 6 Years.
                  I am staying at Kamani, mumbai. And i tried many time in many shop for getting a Jio sim for me and my wife, all the stores are simply rejectiong south indians Adhaar card . They are saying we are only giving JIo sim for only on local Adhaar card. But i know two of my friends from Delhi and UP they get on their own Adhaar card from their own native place .But I am from kerala and i am using Postpaid connection of Idea for more than 5 Years again i am simply rejected for Getting Jio sim then Plz guide me to be a JIO prime member

                      I have a jiomoney account on my no. [protected] and i have used jiomoney for sometime but after that for some reason i had to reset my phone and when i installed jiomoney again i was not able to sign in to my account i tried to reset my password but it was not working and for almost one month i am calling customer care but no solution is provided and every time same reply is given to me that i will get a call back from a senior which never happened. In starting i was told to email my id proof to customer care with request to reset my birth date which i did more then 3 times but no response was given. after that i wrote an email to all the jiomoney customer support email ids i found on their site but still not a single email or reply from the company, I am really disappointed with jiomoney and its poor customer care where some employees are sitting and enjoying there time as the company is paying them to lie to the callers and to pass time as there is no senior available no help is given no call back is done worst customer care completely lien and fraud system it sounds, so after all this i dont want to use this pathetic service and i want to delete my jiomoney account and transfer my balance to my bank account but that is also not possible as they are not letting me sign in it sounds like they are cheating people like this as the balance in the account can not be trasnfered or used by me if they wont let me sign in, so guys be aware of this fraudulent system and stay away from jiomoney if you dont want to loose your hard earned money and this is no rival of jiomoney or fake account am a simple businessman and anyone can contact me to know my truth on my email id [protected]@yahoo.com or mobile no. [protected].

                        Hi, I use a JioFi 3 (JMR520).

                        I'm able to access the card when I connect using a data cable, but when I'm accessing it through the WiFi interface (192.168.15.1), I get a "No SD card!" message.

                        I have even activated the SD Card Usage Mode to WiFi Usage Mode. Still, I'm getting the same message.

                        But I can access all the card data when I connect through a USB cable!

                        How can I use my card on WiFi? Am I supposed to do something before I can use it?

                          Using [protected] from 9 years got switched to jio .But poor network.im not recieving incoming calls nor outgoing.ifrom day 1 and facing lot of network issuee want to switch to other network Plz help ..I might lose my job.not even a single client is able to reach me.i called up customer care many times but not received any help.simply they are placing me on hold for 25 mins and disconnecting my calls .SR was raised but it was closed stating that they need 30 days of time .So I cannot wait as my job position is very critical Plz ask the team to provide port id so that I can switch to other networks Plz help

                                I hereby Inform you that myself Sajjad Ul Imran from Nalbari, Assam.
                                Want to state you that as told from JIO Care Helpline I went to my nearby Jio Centre for MNP of my Reliance PostPaid sim to JIO 4G sim. But as i went to inside of the office the receive person who was there he was busy at his mobile phone seeing youtube video. After some time a boy came from inside & asked me is there anything to do. Then I spoke to that boy he told me that they can't do MNP for any sim. but i seen there They received another Copy of MNP of an other person but for me they told they cannot do. also they told for a distributor to go there & i went to the distributor they refused to accept it as they dont have POS. it was spent min. 2.5 hours. for a MNP. also i lost my service. it was a misleading speech by JIO Office to help customer as they need.

                                    I have three JIO SIM Cards i.e [protected], [protected], XXXXXXXXXX, when i got above sim cards i don't know those are postpaid cards. I haven't used those cards much bcoz for call connectivity issue and low internet speed, any how i approached to a JIO Digital store at Jagdish Market to deactivate my cards and keep one card activated i.e [protected] and convert same to prepaid for future use.

                                    When i approached to JIO digital store at Jagdish Market, customer service agent was busy on call and i request to disconnect my two number and keep one activated and convert the same to prepaid, he ask me to goto Himayath Nagar, Hyderabad Branch office, i visited there at around 5:00PM and ask watchman about my query he responded like he is favoring me and acting very rudely and he ask me to wait till my turn, i found only one customer executive in the whole office and he is busy with one customer in his cabin, i waited there upto 30min and when i return to my turn executive ask me to goto Narayanguda JIO Store.

                                    I visited there explain my query, he ask me get ID Proof and one photo copy to convert postpaid connection to prepaid connection and for disconnection i have to call to customer care and should logged a disconnection service request. Anyhow i bring a photo copy of my ID and Photo and again he ask me SIM Card number for verification, as the sim card is using at my premises i said i will get the SIM Number from over call but he refused and asking to show sim card.

                                    > Here the point is i am the owner of card and i am submitting my ID (Aadhar Card) i.e the same ID on which i obtained SIM through one step activation, he can match my ID and i can share SIM card number if i have sim card. Inspite of all this he rejected my request and ask to obtain SIM Card.

                                    > I have traveled around 15KM (i.e from Chandrayangutta to Jagdish Market to HimayathNagar to Narayanguda) and visited all the store to get rid of PostPaid billing issues. even though my query didn't get solved after visiting 3 JIO Store. Same day i have ported my VODAFONE number from Postpaid to Prepaid Plan by just submitting my ID and photo copy and they issued a new SIM card and the same i have done with my IDEA Sim on the same day, they did't ask to obtain old SIM Card. They just verified my ID and logged my request.

                                    > And for Disconnection of SIM Card i called to customer service number but the call didn't connected to agent untill 30min of waiting twice.

                                    > If customer queries didn't get solved on JIO store then what is the use of them, are they just for showoff!

                                    Kindly manage your systems in a systematic manner and help your valuable subscribers.

                                      I have ported my mobile number ([protected]) to JIO with Aadhar on 6th February. On 22nd February 2017 around 4:23pm I called customer care and asked them to cancel my alternative jio number (say B) which I took directly. But the executives have wrongly deactivated [protected] number instead of B. I got a mail on 28th February 2017 saying my number [protected] has been disconnected from Jio. I immediately raised a request for reactivation with reference number SR000006Y3QF And no response from Jio team irrespective of calls and emails I send.
                                      Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I recharge for primemember ship 99 rs by my debit card sbbj in my jio apps [protected] but my no is not get jio primemember ship, date 1/3/2017. I Loss my 198 rupess in my ac [protected]
                                      Issue has been finally resolved by Bangalore Malleswaram team headed by Sandeep on April 15 2017

                                        Hi,
                                        I got a Jio SIM about a month ago and all of a sudden their services stopped. No calls, no internet services. Now when I called Jio Helpline they said it's a problem with the network in my area but then their are other family members who are able to use the Jio service at my home, same location. What is more pathetic is Jio customer service tells me that the resolution will be provided by 6th June which is 3 months away and they are not ready to return my Rs 99 which I spent on subscription of Jio Prime Membership. This absolutely ridiculous, they didn't even give me an email or contact to escalate the contact as well.
