    It's about 1 and half week on 18th march i recharged my jio no.[protected] for Jio prime using jiomony wallet. And i got message transaction is unsuccessful and ater that i call jio care they tolled me that your complaint is submited. After 2-3 days my request is been closed. Then i call jiomony care they tolled me that sir your rs 99 will be refund to you within next two working day and then again it's about 3 days that no one responded to my request. My request ID: SR[protected].
    And now my jiomony wallet is locked.
    Their is no answer till now and i am totally displeased form Reliance Jio service care. So please help me..
    Please respond to my request as soon as possible

      But its not been done due to operator confirmation.
      Please confirm it immediately else i will have to cancel the transaction.

      I usually do recharge with the help of paytm but only this time it got failed. I do not want to cancel the transaction

          I had applied for a Jio connection on 18th January, 2017. After almost a month, the engineers came to my house and it was discovered that due to a peculiar physical obstruction, I could not get Jio connection. I thus applied for a refund and recieved a 'cancelled' confirmation on 28th February. Since then, I have tried many times to get my check back. The local Jio person is now ignoring my phone calls. Their names are Anil Dubey and Umesh. I live in Malabar Hill.

          I want my refund. I intend to take legal action against Jio. Even though the amount is small, I will spend money to see the matter to the end. I am angry at being treated this way by Jio

            I ashok lalasangi paid an amount of rupees 99 on 28 March 2017 and the money has been debited from my account I paid my bill through bill desk then called customer service and they said me to contact bank and give complete details of transactions finally my money has been deducted and not subscribed for jio prime.very much sad about the system.please do resolve this issue. Thank you

              Got this jio number with expectations but after a day or two o[censored]sage it showed it's true colours and several service requests to resolve the issue they showed there inability to resolve the issue stating a new cell site is required to resolve it which will take long and after that services getting worse with every passing day neither the data nor the calls are connecting properly it's 4g even worse than gprs

                  I wish to complain about my LYF WIND6LS5009 GOLD that I purchased on 14/05/2016 in Mall of Mysore
                  I am complaining because the reason I am dissatisfied).
                  Let me share the problem which I encountered
                  When I first learned of this problem, I contacted the JIO service center in Kalidasa road, VV Mohalla, Mysore for getting my LYF WIND6 LS5009 phone for service when I gave my phone which was very much in working condition, only issue which I had in the music application and what’s app was not opening. I gave the phone to my service center and the person in charge is Swamy = Jio Service center Kalidasa road, VV Mohalla, Mysore - Service technical who took the phone for fix the problem. he said will do the flash and it will be working fine after that he screwed up or spoilt the phone and started informing me that the phone is water logged and cannot be rectified. Now the phone is not working. I would like to give a written complain explaining the position. Kindly address the issue or escalate the matter and get it resolved.
                  I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within _1 day I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt. I may be contacted at the above address and phone number.

                    Hello my name is sudiptam das purkayastha..
                    i am from guwahati assam and my contact no is [protected]..

                    i had purchased a jio wifi device on 24th march 2017 from a reliance digital store..i had provided them this no [protected] as my alternate no.. as promised by the reliance digital store officials they said they would activate my jio fi device sim card within 48 hours.. but it has been more than 72 hours now but nobody from the store has even sent my documents that i had provided them while purchasing the device to jio main centre..

                    i have called in jio customer care toll free no on numerous occasions but each time they are telling me that they havent received any documents from the reliance digital store from where i purchased the device with my refernce phone no [protected].. which clearly indicates that the store officials havent sent my documents..

                    i had purchased the jiofi device keeping in view of the jio prime offer which will expire on 31st of march.. if my device sim card doesnt gets activated before 31st march then all my money will go waste..i cant avail the offer after 31st march.. so only 4 days left and i am left with no option but to complain..

                    the store officials are very rude they dont attend any phone calls neither do they talk properly to customers.. i have visited the store two times but each time they say that come tomorrow..

                    i am facing so much harrassment they dont help neither do they send my documents to jio care..

                    i am sending you the details of the reliance digital store from where i purchased my jiofi device..

                            I have the old reliance no. ([protected]) and i had been use this no.in bsnl till last month. Recently i changed this no. To the rjio 4g mobile operator by portability facility. Now i could not receive the urgent sms messages like otp, bank transaction and other impotrant messages. Now these messages i receive to the mobile after two hours. So i could not use the net banking service and other online services. I am more feeling for this problem.                               Jio Money wallet has got my more than 5000 INR in the account. I have been trying since yesterday to recharge my Videocon D2H ID # 25527970 through Jio Money App. Upon each attempt it says "Error while processing the requets". I gave it few minutes, few hours as well as over a day but it is giving me same error. We have verified that there is no network connectivity issue as well and all details are correct as well.

                              Worst part is that when I am contacting on Jio helpline no[protected]Published by Jio) is on continuous hold music for over 30 mins :-( and nobody is bothered to answer. As I am typing this the hold music is still playing and the wait has caused a physical discomfort to me including headache.

                              I am repenting on putting my money and confidence in Jio money. I'll appreciate if someone can help. I'll try one last time before I switch my account to some other service provider who is more customer oriented and has a sense of doing fair business.

                                I have recharged with Rs/-303 on my Jio No. [protected] through Reliance Jio Money wallet on 18/03/17 but transaction failed but money not returned in jio money wallet till now.
                                I have tried to contact on jio money toll free number [protected] many times but no one received the call.
                                I have also complaint on [protected]@jiomoney.com three times but no one replied and money is also not returned.

                                Still money is not refunded and my secret account details like card no., CVV number and OTP was asked by jio contact person. Which create a doubt that what he want to do with OTP so I have not told him my OTP.

                                  Jio sim no [protected] i have recently subscribed for prime membership in pincode area 423401 near railway station 2 km away from city centre. I am not able to run jiofi as speed shoes, .01 to .05 mpbs please advise can i trust jio and subscribe for next data plan.

                                      Reliance Jio is unable to buffer 144p online youtube videos.

                                      The 4g speed is so terrifying that one can get easily bored while surfing internet via a Jio sim card.

                                      Hope as a Reliance Jio consumer it is my right to claim against such 4g service.

                                      I expect for a quick resolve of this problem by company people for which i shall be gratefull.

                                        Its been nearly 6months im using jio its quality of offering 4g data has decreased than it was before. Day by day the internet speed is slower and downloading issue is also there. Hope jio will provide true 4g network as per its promise. The volte function is not also upto expectation. In some rural areas the signal strength is poor. Data send receive icon is also absent. Which result poor internet online video buffering.
