The Reliance Jio Infocomm company are fooling and lying to their customer.As i am the one of its customer the company gives me a message for one time fee of rs 99 for prime membership to continue its unlimited plan and now saying to recharge per month with its plan to continue.I want a full justice for making its customer fool and lying to them.

    Today on 30th march 2017 i recharged jio prime membership rs 99 nd rs 303 for plan on my jio no. [protected] from your website but payment failed and money is deducted from my account and plan is not activated. Please resolve this and immediately credit my account for rs 402 which you have deducted otherwise i will go to consumer court within 1 week.

        Amount: Rs400 (deposit for postpaid)
        Plan opted: 303

        After recharging with 99 for prime, I recharged with Rs.400 (Security Deposit) for Plan 303 for but this time I did not get any confirmation and neither is it showing up in my payment option in the MyJio App. I didn't receive any sms confirmation either. There was no confirmation via mail. I have activated my mail id - basu.[protected]@gmail.com and have opted for e-bill.
        Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        i have recharged my no. [protected] with 400 rupees but the pack has been activated yet .will i get 400 rupees refund in my account .my jio no. is not working ...([protected]@gmail.com)

          I have contact customer care executive for Buy Jio prime customer. he say if you buy 99 in postpaid and then change prepaid no need to pay another 99. so that i have buy 99 in postpaid. after that i have submit request to postpaid to prepaid migration in jio center. they asking another 99 you must pay then only we will do. regarding this issue i contact customer care executive through 198 and 199 more than 20 times some time they say no need to pay and some time they say need to pay and some time they say amount has been refund. regarding this i raise complaint but still no one call back to me. Jio customer care also dont have exact knowledge regarding this and support also very poor. still i cant able to migration to prepaid. and jio center give another no to register complaint that is 1988. but i am waiting around 30 minutes no one response my call. this kind of approach only getting from Jio. they are treated there customer as very worst.

              Hi I did a bulk recharge which was 149*7=1043 on 21/03/2017, 14.22.53.I got payment confirmation from them which is attached below.I also got confirmation from bank and jio money but jio did not credit my benefit complained more than 20 times since 21/03/2015.I sent them mail and sent message in social media with all necessary proofs but they don't solve my problem.They have been harassing me since 21 .Its already been more than 20 days so i am planning to lodge a consumer case against them.Al necessary proofs are attached below.

                Dear sir
                I am PradeepRathore Recharged my Jio no [protected] on 29/03/2017 for Jio Rs. 303 plan and applied Rs. 50 voucher also, so final amount was Rs. 253 through my Jiomoney wallet App via Net banking.
                but the transaction got failed and money was debited in my account and I was not subscribed to Jio Rs. 303 plan.
                I have called your customer care several times, your customer care are pathetic.
                The problem is from Jio server not bank server.
                I am attaching payment proofs below

                    Sir, I AM A PRIME MEMBER .today i started my phone to use internet on my laptop. i browsed some English article. within 5-6 min a message came that you have exhausted your 90% of data (i had set the limit). even on my jio app it was showing only 100 mb left.
                    when i called customer care he said on system it is showing you have used your data . he also told me about the timing. how can it be possible that i started browsing at 6.55 am and at 7.01 am i have exhausted 900 mb .

                      at present i m jio reliance customer...i want to switch to Airtel...when i called to jio customer care for confirmation of 90 days completed​ or not in jio...jio customer care say that 90 days completed ...so as per their information...i go to airtel store and submitted form for porting...and after 2 hrs i got msg that your porting request is cancle due to incompletion of 90 days...
                      so...jio customer care provide me wrong information about my mobile number [protected].

                              Sir i have a jio post paid connection, i applied for pre paid connection 25th march2017 at reliance digital ulubari guwahati assam. I paid rs99 for life time member in my post paid connection, but again they requsted me to pay rs99 for life time member for pre paid connection so i have paid that also.
                              I am sorry to inform you till date my connection is not migrated.
                              Thearefore i requsest you do needful at an earliest.

                                  Jio money is very pathetic app ever in my life . Actually on 26 march 2017 i was add money but deducted from my account but not add in wallet after that i was message and call and also doing comlaint mail
                                  So much time waste but till date not respond by any media or not refund my amount . So please this is very bad experience . I personally suggest plz dont dowanlode this app and be careful in the feature from relince services

                                    On date 28/03/2017, I had recharge our jio no [protected] with rs 303 with our another jio money id [protected] and apply for refund of two coupon of Rs 50 and after deduction of 50*2 =100 we finally recharge with Rs 203 but recharge amount is not credited in [protected]. So please refund of amount 203 in my jio money wallet of id [protected] or in my bank account .
