Digital express, near Yashvant stadium, dhantoli, Nagpur...Is asking to pay rs 51 for jio SIM...But I think the SIM is free...till 31 march...Plz investigate this..the salesman thinks that he's too smart...And was behaving like we should be grateful that he's giving us the SIM...Plz investigate...Plz take action on such people...As it will reduce ur reputation...Also because it is not a private store...It is ur sponsored store

Hello ..i am from gurdaspur punjab pin 143521..I visited so many times to jio store for porting my VODAFONE no to jio ..they refused to do this..they says its not possible..so u tell me is it true..can we not port to jio or ur store executive is fooling us

Please reply fast otherwise i will mail TRAI and i will complaint all the officers that hav powers related to mobile communication...i am so embarrassed ..bad service in gurdaspur punjab 143521..all ur store staff behaving like they are IAS OFFICERS

I m facing this problem from a week now.. they haven't taken any action against it ..
my outgoing calls n SMS service isn't working .. I have become helpless n I cannot use my phone for calling or msging when I need it urgently .. please look into the matter n do d needful asap.. my jio number is [protected]..

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have followed online process laid by JIO to avail JIO SIM Card on 10th Oct’16 & also updated my UID no. & generated unique coupon code .When initially I go to the JIO sim retailers for getting new sim they gave me 100 reasons for non-availability of SIM. After some time I realized that the unique coupon code generated by me get redeemed (USED) without my knowledge.
Hence I immediately emailed JIO CARE & ask for the reason (jio Ref: 2663705 & 2663706) but they avoid giving any reason & update on how my Coupon Code get redeemed to which my unique identity is attached without my knowledge? Also they are denying to reactivate my original coupon code. Till date I have sent them almost 11 emails but every time they are giving me wage solutions & avoid giving details.
It seems to be very serious as they are using my unique identity, further a sim is issued on my coupon code to unknown. Kindly look in to the issue at earliest please.

One month back urged jio to solve coverage issue in metropolitan city(HYD). Every alternate day they use to call me to know and advices soon it'll resolve. Today they called me and said it won't resolve within 90days. They're responding rude on customers and giving respects to #amitabh when he faced few hour blockage in msgs. I've sent weekly usage and also msg by them that the issue is resolved when I'm unable to get coverage

I have purchased LYF Earth mobile worth Rs. 19131/- from Reliance DX mini, Shop No. 3, Grace Plaza, Andheri Kurla Road, Chakala, Andheri (E), Mumbai-400099 on 10/06/2016 vide invoice no. C#60220236. This phone suddenly cracked from backside and since than stopped charging. I contacted all the reliance Jio outlets but they are not ready to accept the same. The product is under one year warranty.

Hamara yeha jio ka bilkul bhe network nahi hai, jio ka sim hum sirf apna Collage ma he use kr pata hai kyoki collage meerut jila mai hai. So... I request you please provide the network. My contect also is [protected]

In My village/town no network coverage of jio. Plz make a solution.

Network coverage is very low and bad of jio & reliance because in this area no tower installed
And one tower installed but it rang not covered this area.

There is cell phone tower will be installed( work on progress) just 2 feet beside of my house. I want that please issue stay order at the earliest as it is very near to my house and middle in the village and also I my mother suffering from heart disease .

It will be creates health hazards any many unknown diseases to our neighborhood due to radiation and EMF health effect causing variety of potential health problems like: Headaches, Memory loss, Cardiovascular stress, Low sperm count, Birth defects, Cancer etc. etc.also in absence of electricity a heavy noise will be produce by heavy genarator..

I bought new phone LYF water 7s but problem is that ... Call is dropped 29/01/2017 to this time . 3 time I gave complement but not responding .

Today i received a call from [protected] to reopen lost credit card/ atm card and caller was asking for card number, cvv code and pin code . This was a cheating call. When i checked this number by true caller, this number was registered in the name of rakesh sharma, from bihar. Information posted for action against caller and aware innocent citizens.

Their are many people using jio sim but their is network issue, net not properly work speed of net is limited to under 128bits to 20 kbps, calls where not made many time, net not work in room, it is a big issue for user's. Their is tower of jio but tower is not working .
I hope you think about that for our problem.

I am not getting data in my lenova mobile.when i asked bsnl service provider they informed that if jiosim is used earlier it is blocking the other providers services in the slot.

i am getting continuous missed calls from the number [protected] on my Reliance Jio number [protected] and Vodafone number [protected] since last 2-3 days every night and this incident continues till 2 hours daily and on call back i dont get any response from the caller.

Hello team,

I was using Jio sim on my one plus one mobile for few weeks. Later I wanted to switch to my permanent mobile number and put other sim card in to the slot. Since then the port is not working for other sim cards. hence my mobile has become unusable. Completely disappointed with this and feels like lost my 22, 000 rupees because of Jio Sim card.

Help me to get my phone sim slot in working condition again. Or else reimburse the amount of my phone and keep my mobile with you guys.
