Purchased a mobile lyf wind 1 no.[protected]/[protected] from mohini computer, mathura on 17.06.2016 vide cash memo no.498 for rs.7000/=. From mid jan.'2017 the adaptor is not working, contacted the service centre at motikunj, mathura but they said that the adaptor is not available. Whenever we get from co., we will replace. Since than i have contacted them 4-5 times but till dat, no positive reply recd. Neither they are registering my complaint nor replacing the adaptor.
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
i mahendra singh pal recharged my jio no [protected] on 6/3/17 for jio prime through jio website via my debit card.
but the transaction got failed and money was debited in my account.and i was not subscribed to jio prime.
i have called your customer care several times.your customer care are pathetic .they keep on asking to contact bank and told me to get transaction id.
i had contacted bank they have said that there is no such transaction id for such transaction.
the problem is from jio server not bank server.
