In Your jio centre building near ballard pear near cst mumbai
I visited at 9.50 am
I hv been told that staff will be there by 10
Office timings are from 10 am onwards
But no one is there to attend any complaints or queries. After some time they told staff will come at 10.30 am
Then they told by 11 they will come
By this the reputation and belief for ur company will be down
Plz take a look
Now time is 10.52 am
But till nw no one is there

    No Outgoing calls are getting connected since 15_20 days. When contacted Customer care they said your application for the connection has not received where as I got the sim on production of aadhar card. And nobody has asked any other proof besides aadhar card. And I have upgraded by paying RS. 99 online as well. Despite upgradation my calling facility has not taken place. Always the calls are declined. Plse get this rectified

      I was pay 1106 rs to my benifaciry at 23.12.16 but benifaciry didn't received this amount and as well as I also didn't received my amount in my wallet, I'll lots of follow-up with the customer care team still they are not return my amount

        Hi team

        I got a jio sim showing my pan card and voter id card from Reliance digital store indiranagar bangalore. But i haven't got the jio number mentioned on my kit . Its been 6 days and not yet activated. I went to the store thrice to get a jio sim as first time when i went i was informed about the dociments required . Next time i went they told me that jio sim on documents other than local aadhar card are given only within certain timings. Next time i was lucky go finally get jio sim and its been 6 days and not yet activated. Neither i have got the number. I called the store and they told me to revert back but no updates in 2 days .

        I had previously applied for jio sim.home delivery and that also was not delivered and no updates were provided on that.

        After almost a week i am informed that I need to go to the store 4th time and recharge with 99 rs. This was not informed by the store when i got the sim . Again a sad thing . I am not going to visit the store now.

        I was already using airtel and am very happy with that but still thought to give jio a try but i am sad that its such an experience. I dont have my jio so am providing imsi and iccid and my pan no for you as reference.

          Dear madam/sir, i got a jio connection 1 month back just to have try as it was free. But since that day rueing the decision as the net connection is almost nil here. Cant talk to any one also as it gets snapped immediately after connection. Now as this going to be charged just Wondering if I should change and switch over to other 4g operator with better network locally (airtel for example). Kindly look into the issue and take necessary steps.

            My name is megha Zaveri. Have paid premium on 22nd october for 3rd year renewal. my father was admitted in month of november and december. i dont have any earning member in the family. wanted to do cashless admission but couldn't do as they never give policy soon after i pay premium. I had taken loan from outside for my father who was not woking because of health since last ten years. he passed away in the month of december. i have to repay loan which i had taken for his hospitalization. tried calling jio so many times in last four months. no phonecalls answered, no proper answers on email. is there anyone who can take this matter seriously. i dont know how i aM GOING TO repay the loan.

              SirMy name is P.Seetharami Reddy, nearly one month back came to me and asked for connection of JIO. I am working as Govt. Employee at District Medical & Health Officer, Guntur. Already I was used BSNL No [protected]. As per your agent I agreed to change my BSNL to JIO with the same number i.e.[protected]. Your agent change my BSNL to JIO through PORT and received an amount of Rs.200/- from me and issued 4G connection card. But I am using 3G phone, the agent did not seen the phone and issued 4G connection. I was told through customer care and told that the above matter and your servicer told me one person came to you with in 4 days and setteled the problem. But no person meet me. It is very irregular because I lose BSNL and not connected JIO. Mentally I depressed with your services. It is not calculated with money. Kindly to enquire and reback my money and BSNL connection.

                Hi, My Jio number is [protected] taken in the name of Deependra Sinha. From 4th of march, at around 3 pm, the network on my jio sim went off and since then it has not come back. I tried re-booting my phone as well as taking the sim out and putting it back again. False network is getting displayed and neither calls nor the net is working.
                There isn't any problems on my phone as i have replaced the sim with another one in the same slot and its working fine.

                I have also registered with the Jio Prime only 3 days back. Kindly look into the matter and address the complaint. I took the number from Jharkhand Telecom circle and presently i am in Chandigarh telecom circle.

                My alternative nos are- +91 [protected]/ +91 [protected]

                Please address the issue.

                  Hi sir i like to tell you that on 1st march, 8am while loading the money in my jio wallet my money got deducted but the money didn't get loaded in my wallet of rs 402 and i also has a jio money txn#[protected] as a prove, they told us they will solve the matter within 7 working days but 6 days have already past still the issuse is not solve sir my phone number is [protected], sir i have a request please solve these matter quickly, they have not return my money back in my bank account .

                        i ali asgar recharged my jio no [protected] on 1/3/17 for jio prime through my jio app via my debit card.
                        but the transaction got failed and money was debited in my account.and i was not subscribed to jio prime.
                        i have called your customer care several times.your customer care are pathetic .they keep on asking to contact bank and told me to get transaction id.
                        i had contacted bank they have said that there is no such transaction id for such transaction.
                        the problem is from jio server not bank server.
                        i am attaching payment proofs below

                          Purchased a mobile lyf wind 1 no.[protected]/[protected] from mohini computer, mathura on 17.06.2016 vide cash memo no.498 for rs.7000/=. From mid jan.'2017 the adaptor is not working, contacted the service centre at motikunj, mathura but they said that the adaptor is not available. Whenever we get from co., we will replace. Since than i have contacted them 4-5 times but till dat, no positive reply recd. Neither they are registering my complaint nor replacing the adaptor.

                            Visited reliance JIO store today at 11.30am in Parel, mumbai on 4/3/17.
                            the sales guy asked me to download JIO app on my phone and submit the barcode even before making an application for the same.
                            Even after downloading the app, couldnot receive the barcode on my 4G network.the sales guy says it will come only on WiFI connection..hehehe.He asked me to log in to my home WiFi network and get back to store after getting the barcode.
                            the point is, how can the barcode come only on WiFi and not on 4G, and the store should have been more helpful in getting a new connection rather than acting like a government enterprise.

                                      I got reliance jio sim([protected]) from here. First time it got rejected and i visited and corrected the what they asked me to correct. Again i called customer care and again they said it got rejected. What kind of nonsense is this? Are you paying me salary to visit number of times or is this a joke to call customers number of times.

                                      Activate it as soon as possible. I am not going to visit store anymore

                                        I m not happy from . As I m a retailer I my getting helps my the distributor n activation officers of the jio. I didn't get the payment of November n December . And always they tell to take jiofi it is possible to take Jiofi all time. At first they didn't inform us that after customer will take the they have to use 100 MB then only the reatiler will get the miney. So I request u to solve my problems regarding this .
