    This email is regarding to complaint of jio network in the popular location of jaipur. The location name is jobner (Pin-303328).

    Why jio network is necessary in jobner?

    1. Third ranked popular agriculture university (Skn jobner).
    2. More than 10, 000 local and non-local users.
    3. Tourist hub because of religious temple.

    On this location we don't have jio tower (Network), please help us as soon as possible.

      I paid Rs 99 against order HPT 2517414 for jio freedom plan .This Txd no is [protected] on the dated 08.03.2017 at 20.55 hrs .please do cancle this transiction and payment Rs 99 return on my account as quick as possible . jio costomer care said thay not recieved this type of payment .

      I use your jio freedom service and i want to continue it for one more year .so your scheme we paid 99 Rs by paytm order no HPT 2517414 By Txd code [protected] on the dated 08.03.2017 .
      But we no received any confomation .

        I reboot. My mobile afterwards my mobile not getting signals I tried to reboot so many times but not use, later I switched off mobile and checked that sim is properly fixed are not, I removed it out and placed sim again in slot as usual, so please help me to get signals back.

            I had bought JIOFY online from JIO.COM & got it home delivered . It cost me Rs. 19999. when I took it to the JIO retail shop to buy SIM they said this JIOFY won't work as there was some problem with some barcode/code whatever. I had to buy another one for rs. 1999 from the same shop, now when I wrote to JIO.COM to take the defunct set & refund me the money they have written me back saying goods once sold cannot be refunded, we have closed the case. I have wasted rs, 1999 & the JIOFY set is with lying useless with me. Money power of these Ambani frauds - they cannot go scot-free. I am based out of kolkata

              I am writing this after extreme misbehaviour was met to me by Jio executive Mr. Abhishek (+[protected] from Okhla Phase 1 Jio centre. I had given an application on 10th march at this centre to Mr. Abhishek for converting my Jio number from postpaid to prepaid as the same had been given to me as a postpaid no. without my knowledge. Luckily I had called up the Jio customer service for converting to Jio prime otherwise I never would have known about this and would have strated recieveing bill from April 2017 once Jio became paid. The same was not processed so I raised a complaint yesterday on 15th March.

              As a result today on 16th March 2017 I got a call from the executive Mr. Abhishek in a threatening tone telling me that how dare I make a complaint. He said that the application has not been processed because I have not signed the documents properly. When I said that I signed wherever I was told his response was that don't complain if you don't even know how to submit documents. Also when I asked that why I was not informed of the same he said we have lot of work and are not sitting idle. I have also tried to contact the centre manager Mr. Kapil Sharma about the same but he either does not answer or disconnects my call.

              Well after this experience I just have say to Jio that it was my mistake that I ever took your connection. I never want myself or any of my friend or family members to be a Jio customer again. Even if Airtel charge a bit more atleast they have a good network and more importantly treat the customer with respect.

                Hello,
                I did register with JIO Prime membership scheme from My JIO app at 9th march.
                Time was around 9:00 pm
                I had completed my payment process from debit card.
                I was waiting for acknowledgement msg or email to me for prime membership confirmation. but after 2 days, I dint get any response. then I had contacted to their consumer case person to solve my issue. they told me that will solve my problem within 48 hours.. after that day, again I contacted to their customer care person while my problem dint get solved. they told me same.. that happend 3 times. I called next day to register complaint and refund me . they told me that complaint has been registered and we will proceed asap to solve. till today date they dont solve my problem. they provided me my complaint number - SR0000075MAI
                I am tired to contacting them. help me to solve it. If you need any further details, let me know.

                It is not resolved. Someone is change status to resolve. but its not.
                I am still calling them and they constantly saying me that It will be okay. It will be fix asap. but nothing is happening.

                    I have ported from bsnl and got ported on 02/03/2017 but it shows no service - jio4g changed more than 6 (4g handsets) and 3 jio sim cards, jio digital office they too checked with their own handsets issue not resolved, appellate authority mail sent problem not solved, corporate and jio headquarters they say its an peculiar problem. They are working on that but still no proper solution for the issue thats my primary number and got that number from tata docomo silver number for paid service i have given more than 3 complaints to appellate authorities no response.

                      Hi, i wanted to port my number from airtel to jio. When i visited the jio care office, they authenticated my adhaar and finger print successfully. However, when they saw it is from other state, they declined to accept the document. I fail to understand the narrow mindedness of company. On same terms, they should restrict their business to their own state. How can they not accept adhaar as a document when we are indian and it is the most authentic document in india for identity.

                      Even after posting official complain, there is no initiative (either positive or negative) from the company which shows their commitment towards customers. I am withdrawing my complain as I feel myself lucky not be part of the Jio Customer.

                          Jio के ported connections में हैं कई तकनीकी खामियां
                          (Jio technical team ने भी किए हाथ खड़े)

                          दूसरे नैटवर्क से jio में पोर्ट हुए connections को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। ऐसे connections की apn settings री-स्टोर नहीं हो पा रही हैं । जालंधर के दयोल नगर वासी गुलशन अरोड़ा ने बताया कि उन्होंने अपना नम्बर ([protected]) तीन हफ्ते पहले ही idea से jio में पोर्ट करवाया था लेकिन जब वे 5-मार्च/2017 को जम्मू (कटरा) से वापस आए तो उनके नम्बर की apn settings उड़ चुकी थीं । इनकमिंग और आऊट गोईंग काल और sms की हर सुविधा बंद हो गई थी । jio की technical team की पूरी कोशिश के बाद भी अब तक apn settings को री-स्टोर नहीं किया जा सका है। गुलशन अरोड़ा के सभी बैंक लेन-देन और उनका काम इसी परेशानी के कारण प्रभावित हो रहा है। आखिरकार पिछले दो हफ्ते से परेशान होने के कारण उन्होंने जब अपने नम्बर को फिर से idea में पोर्ट करवाने की गुजारिश की तो jio customer care का कहना है कि ट्राई के नियमों के मुताबिक 90 दिनों की सेवा पूरी किये बिना आप अपना नम्बर पोर्ट नहीं करवा सकते । jio service से परेशान होकर अब उन्होंने इसकी शिकायत उप्भोक्ता फोरम में करने का फैसला लिया है ।

                          मजबूरी में अब JIO4GVOICE के द्वारा ही काल और मैसेज करने पड़ रहे हैं । ये सेवा भी वहीं काम करती है जहां इंटरनेट काम कर रहा हो ।

                            I applied for a jio sim in ghaziabad on 7th much for which i provided my DL in which my permanent Address of lucknow is mentioned. Store person said there would be no problem in this regards. But the next day a call came to provide another address proof as the address is not clear which was not true, i have no other address proof other than that at ghaziabad (other documents are kept in lucknow). I gave them an enlarged scanned copy of DL which they said will work. I went out of station but the sim was not still activate. I returned today 14th and went to the Store to find the reason and the reason is that my form has been again rejected because my photograph is not matching. My photograph is 12 years old in the DL now i am BALD. My all documents have photograph with hair as i suffered hair fall, i am bald now. I said to the guy at the store that this is the most vague and pathetic reason to reject the application, he told me that the system has rejected my form not a person.
                            I am highly dissapointed with reliance regards this matter, i want you to please look into this issue and resolve my complaint asap and also provide me with some compensation from reliance.

                              I am trying to do MNP to jio from last 4-5 days, to jio store at surendranagar in mega mall, they were saying that due to error not possible, so come next day. Today I visited 5th time, they still saying that due to FRC error come next day. Local recharge store are providing MNP to jio at same time with extra charge. Why you are providing such a store to irritate people.

                                I am living in vamaj, we are facing problem with jio network. I bought 3 jio sim card for my whole family for better service. I did not expect this from jio.
                                Not only my family but may be lots of people are facing same problem from my village. Not even single tower.
                                I dont know what i should do with jio sim.
                                You will lose your customer. I hope you will do something for this problem.

                                  Jio Fiber Service rolled out in several buildings in South Mumbai is highly unreliable.The red light of router kept blinking and there was no connectivity since the morning of 9th March, 2017. I lodged a complaint on 9th March in the morning at 08:27 hours on their toll free number [protected]. I received reply with Service Request ID SR0000075G0F and message that I would receive response by 11th March 2017 08:27 hours. No one from Jio team contacted me on my registered mobile number till today even after 48 hours response time given. Today when I inquired about the status of my complaint on the same toll free number, I was informed it was showing as pending and that four reminders were sent to Jio team. So today I lodged a request to take away the router as I want to discontinue the services of Jio Fiber Service. Service Request ID provided to me is SR0000077K2K with response time upto 13 march 2017 18:39 hours. After lodging the second complaint at18:39 hours today, the light of the router turned green at around 20:00 hours (8 p.m.) after blinking for nearly three days. I feel Jio Fiber Connectivity is highly unreliable and cannot be depended upon.

                                  I received call from Jio customer care today at 01:10 p.m. to know if connectivity issue has been resolved. I told the person that issue was resolved after I lodged my second complaint and I will observe for few days.
                                  The red light on the Jio router keeps blinking. There is no connectivity for past 3 days. The customer care number [protected] does not exist.
                                  Nobody to address the problem. Shame on Reliance for such a service. We are repenting for trying out their service

                                  When I faced this problem the second time, I again called 18008969999 and had the option to choose one out of three languages. Then I was asked to enter my registered mobile number. The customer care executive then guided me to go to www.jio.com and recharge as 100GB data was throttled meaning over. I did as I was guided. Recharge is free. Then I had to restart the router for which I rebooted my computer. I could get the green light and since then connectivity is fine. Please try.

                                  Dude, the red light means no signal/cable break . but according to railwire, JIO is a shame.
                                  Railwire will manage the problem within hours, seem like jio doesn't care.

                                  My Jio giga fiber router installed on 23rd Feb 2019 and today 27th Feb Connection is not yet activated.
                                  Raised 3 requests to resolve the issue. But no one is able to find the solution for my problem.
                                  No idea when it can be resolved.
                                  I had taken jio fibernet connection service id[protected] mobile [protected] on 22nd feb inspite of repeted email complaints and phone complaints not activated till date either activate immedietly or refund rs 45oo deposit and take back your router

                                    Reliance Jio company has planned to set up a mobile tower tower in recedentilal area.
                                    In the distace of 300 meters there are many families, 2 primary school etc.
                                    I have there are many harmful effects as like cancer.
                                    The area is attached to my house.
                                    So I request to all please stop the company installing the tower on the area.

                                      Hi I'm using jio 4g name only 4g but speed 2g . Signal is full coverage but internet speed is very slow it is 250kpbs to 350kpbs only . What can I do .jio tariff ok . But speed worst I dislike.

                                        Hello Team,

                                        I am one of the Reliance Jio Subscriber from last October 2016. My Mobile No is.[protected]. I am using the sim in my RedmI Note 3. One Week before I had done Jio Prime Recharge Rs.99 which is the initial subscription recharge for Enroll as a Jio prime customer. After that I couldn’t make a voice call from Jio Number. When i make a call it automatically get disconnected and came to home screen. But in same mobile i have other service provider Sim that's works fine. I had tried many steps like Restarting Phone, Turn off the phone & Removed and inserted the sim in my mobile to resolve the problem. But Mobile high speed Data are going without any issue. So Kindly help me to know the what is problem with sim to make a voice call without any issues.
