Dear Sir / Madam,
Good Evening.
Myself Biplab, an user of Jio Prepaid service.
My Jio no. is: [protected]
I am using Motorola Moto G3 handset (Volte).

I am using this connection since last 2 months.
From few days I am getting a very pathetic network in a particular location in outdoor and indoor coverage and also I am getting a very poor 4G speed (in a particular location).
I am getting 0 to 1 signal bar, sometimes it's showing "No Network"/"Emergency Call Only" when I am in indoor coverage and in outdoor coverage some times it's showing 1 (maximum) to 3 signal bar and also some times it showing "No Service"/ "Emergency Call Only".
Not only me, some of friends are also getting same experience like me.
Cust. Care Representatives are saying that my handset does not support 850 band that's why I am likely getting this issue.

I have put down a screen shot where it clearly mentioned that my handset support more than 850 band and also some complaints no. which I got since few days.
Kindly see the attachment.

I have complained many times to resolve my problem & every time I am getting a new complaint no. inspite of that my complain has not been resolved.
Cust. care told me that it will take max to max 48 hours to resolve.
After 48 hours when I called up to the cust. care that my complain has not been resolved, on that time they raised a complain and again they were assured that it will take 48 hours to resolve my complaint. But alas ! I am still facing the same experience.

I am totally fade up with this service.
I would like to give you the exact location in where I am facing this problem.

    I bought a new jio sim. And it is activated. When I talk to the jio customer care they tell me your connection is activated but last 6 days my sim network is not available. Then I talk again to the jio custsmer care he tell me that Change your sim card so I change my sim card but now also network is not available. They telling me every last 4 days that your sim will be activate in 2 hours but not activate.
    They thought coustamer is foolish.

      The shopkeeper is telling that it is server problem. How much more time it will take.

        Complaint- On dated 17.12.2016, I started using Reliance Jio sim for the first time. Within 1 hour it got verified. Immediately voice services on my number got started. But my data services didn't get activated. I waited for 2 days and then I called to Jio customer care and told them bout my problem. They registered my complaint and told me that my data services will be started within 24 hours. Since then I have been calling to Jio customer after every 24 hours and they are responding in same manner. They always tell me it will get activated in 24 hours. After 24 hours they again tell same thing.
        It is so frustrating to wait for 24 hours and again face same problem. Response from the company is negative.

          I have applied for New jio connection on 6th DEC 2016 - 1 Jio Number & 1 Jio Wifi at Bangalore. I have submitted all the required document and received the device for Hotspot & SIM cards . I have give Driving licence issued at my native (MP) as ID & Address proof & Company ID, while taking application the executive told that SIM's will be activated within 3-4 days. However, my both SIM's are not yet ready for tele-verification even after 18 days, I have just got few SMS stating that :

          1. SMS dated - 08/12/2016- Your Order Number for new JIO Sim is - NO00001CVTK1
          2. SMS dated 10/12/2016- Your Order Number for new JIO Sim is - NO00001DO9KZ

          later i got another SMS dated 10/12/2016 saying - There may be some delay in activating your connection (JIO number ########), we will inform you via SMS once it is ready for tele-verification.

          I have even raised a complaint on JIO's website on 20/12/2013 but did not got any response yet

              I live at Tajpur pahari, Budh vihar, badarpur in New Delhi -44. The Network strength is quite good in my area. even so call & net are not working fine. sometyms it runs & many tyms it stops working. dnt know y. Please look into this matter at the earliest . the problem is occurring from last one month. Pls check with your technical team & resolve the issue. we have to suffering a lot due to this.

                Hi,

                i have been using your network now since 2 months. But i[censored] have such a bad network i dont think i will ever try become ur paid customer.
                1) No network in JNPT area vodafone rocks over there. I hate vodafne becaus of negative tactics that it had used but the fact is fact.

                2) Network not even stable in trains

                3) Now even in area like Lower parel urmi estate building the network is like useless

                  4g Net speed is very slow in Jio network. Other competitors like Airtel and Idea providing better speed in my area Sholinganallur Chennai.

                  When compare to Airtel 4G and Idea 4g, Jio is giving free data up to March 2017 but without net speed and call clarity. So finally "no use" of this Jio.

                  I got this sim on September 2016 and i got some speed upto mid of October 2016 after that frequent signal drop. Each and every time we need to switch off the mobile and switch on to get the Jio Signal.

                  Jio4GVoice also not working which means its not connecting. Every time its showing offline only.

                  About customer service - I think No one is working in the customer service center. If you call them you can hear some songs for 30 mins then you will disconnect the call.

                    Bar code or coupon code generated using samsung a8 mobile has been misused. So i could not get a jio sim.
                    Coupon code is [protected].

                    This has happened without my knowledge and i don't know who has taken the connection using the above coupon code.

                    I don't understand, how it is possible without my knowledge. Its a pure case of cheating.

                    I get Jio sim on 10th December 2016 but since it is not activated. My order number is NO00001DSF0N. I have already raised complaint in customer care but all the SLA given by customer care executive (48 hours) are breached and they are not able to provide proper information even they are not responding properly.

                      I just purchased new jiofi device and sim. Now when i open jio4gvoice app it asking me to register via sim inside jiofi. That means app recognises the sim inside jiofi. After this step it tries to register and then goes back automatically in 4 to 5 seconds. Please refer to the screenshot and videos.

                      I contacted jiocare on twitter also. they are more active there. They needed too many details. i provided them all details. They also contacted me on my alternate number. the problem got resolved within 24 hours. I didnt received any update here on consumercomplains.in but the problem got resolved. Thank you jiocare.

                        With the introduction of reliance jio i thought drought of good data plan is over, but sadly jio is showing same side as other bad internet connection already available in market. At least my experience is worst with jio.
                        My jio phone no is [protected] and i am facing 'no signal' problem only during night time at my home which otherwise works perfectly. I have written as well as talked to technical help desk many times regarding this problem but till now it remained unresolved. Talking to help desk is frustrating as they blame my handset, which is perfectly working in another area, for this disruption in signal. Where in reality it is their server which is blocking my signal during night time. I hope jio find a solution soon.

                          It is very ridiculous that due to lax and inattentive attitude of the reliance jio operator in jammu (Complaints raised by me on 198 no of jio), i was forced to lodge complaint here. The complaint was lodged with reliance jio three months back on no 198 but neither was the complaint readdressed nor was i intimated about the complaint. The complaint is as under:-
                          The day reliance jio started boasting in the country that reliance jio has the application jio 4g voice where 4g phones will be able to make call, i tried the same on my redmi note 4g lte supported. The 4g net is working well on my mobile but when jio 4g voice was installed on the mobile, i was getting the response jio 4g voice is not supported in your region.
                          I called 198 no thrice but to my surprise, at outset it was very difficult to make them understand what problem is and after making them understand i was able to make them understand to refer the complaint to technical team. Next time when the customer call was called to know the status of complaint, the response was, our technical team is looking into the issue. My jio no is [protected] and internet is working fine on redmi note 4g lte. The same problem is being faced by all the redmi note 4g lte in jammu. Please readdress the issue at earliest because we have no alternative operator for jio 4g in jammu otherwise i would have shifted operator

                              As a step to use cashless transactions, i downloaded jiomoney app. But experience was horrible. This co is making fool of you by charging more than 4% charges for transfer of your own money to the bank. Not only this on failed transaction also charges are levied. They never response to your queries. Their call centre not working. Govt should ban such cos which are looting customers eating their hard earned money.

                                Hello,

                                I had an issue ( not able to login the account/validation issue in date of birth)in my jio money account for which i approached customer service of jio money and they created one service request noting my complain details.

                                After few days I got a message that that issue is resolved. Soon i checked the jio money account but the issue again. I tried to connect with JIO customer service people But every time they are telling that it will solved withen 48 hours.

                                Neither I got a call from them nor my issue has been addressed.

                                I am not able to use my jio money wallet and 600 RS of jio money amount has been blocked.

                                I thought this forum is the right platform to convey my grievance for the necessary action against the right authority.

                                      I have loaded cash 20K to Jio money on 2nd DEC 2016. And the rules as of 2nd Dec 2016 says, there is no charges for bank transfer, and tried many time to transfer to bank its always failed until 10th dec.
                                      Now they say 2000 limit per month and 5 % service charges.

                                        I have been receiving very poor network signal at my work place. The signal strength is so poor that i am not even been able to make a call. Feels as if there is no network at all. Please fix this issue ASAP so that people around me and myself are not troubled of this problem.
