I have purchased my joifi on 27 sept, one month has gone by, still i cannot make calls using jio4gvoice as it shows offline, i have jiofi 2 device, that could be the problem because of old firmware. I request to update it to latest, i keep it power on as much as i can.

I bought a jio sim and it took 1month to get tele-verification message. I lost the sim before verification and i got a duplicate sim from jio calicut main office. They said it will be activated within 2 weeks. And after 2 weeks i have again visited jio store, but they couldn't even locate the status of my application. They have the copy of form submitted, they said they have forwarded the same 2 weeks ago but after 20 days still its not activated...

This is a serious matter of security breaching in which coupon generated on one device can be redeemed by some third party user. I downloaded the myjio application and generated a coupon to get a jio sim card for my 4g device but when i reached at the store just few hours after that i found it was already redeemed. How is this possible? What should i do now to get a sim?

I have taken Reliance 4G Mi-Fi & SIM. It is not working properly since i bought. There is no speed and network in my area. speed my in range of 0.71, 0.91 almost less than 1 mb.
Dongle get into sleep mode and never come up. very low batter back up. need to stop services.

I want to complaint against an officer Hari in thaliparamba branch(kannur).His behavior towards customers is very harsh and rude.I seem to see that one time he was smoking in his duty time.His native place is tamil nadu.He will make down the reliance jio company.He is also insulting the customers.Customers are going back because of him.Other officers were very good except him.Take remedy actions....

My jio sim is redeemed and the bar code that is generated on my phone is given to another customer. How can this be possible when I have given my aadhar card details. I hope there is no mis use of data here as my aadhar verification was already done and then the customer service representative states it is already redeemed by someone else. This is a worrying factor....

The Kolkata lakemall Digital Store is really harassing me... Firstly I was told to find the barcode which later showed that coupon is already redeemed...
