Right from beginning my jio sun is showing me nightmares.. it fluctuates like hell... my speed drops from 4mbps to 4kbps .. jio 4g becomes jio 2g most of the time...I NEVER EXPERIENCED A proper network speed till date .
only good knows when your calls work n when it won't...

I have been registering complaints since i took sim. I'm waiting for December 31st to throW your sim...

I did generate by code in two of my Mi Phones and went to your Reliance Digital store which is at Logix City Centre Mall, Noida to get the Jio SIM and found that my Bardcode for both of my Phones are already redeemed. I was surprised to see that how could this bar code be redeem without sharing it with any one. You store staffs were unable to help me.

Jio sim dealer, lodhipur, shahjahanpur (U. P.) kisi bhi customer ko sim nahi de rahe. Customer date dekar. Ab keh rahe hain ki kai din se sim nahi aa rahe hain, kehte hain aap ko sim 5-nov. 2016 ke baad milega. Jab ki haqiqat ye hai. Pure pure box shops pr sell kare ja rahe hain. Diwali k shub avsar pr 300/- per sim sell kiya ja raha hai....

I called jio customer care they suggest me "go to the distributor and check it out, i went dr again he said dat evn jio custmer care dono abt ds situation... Plz hlp me out vth ds.. I called jio customer care they suggest me "go to the distributor and whitewash the barcode". But the distributor have not enough time for whitewash my barcode. Because they are busy for new connection.

This is a serious matter of security breaching in which coupon generated on one device can be redeemed by some third party user. I downloaded the myjio application and generated a coupon to get a jio sim card for my 4g device but when i reached at the store just few hours after that i found it was already redeemed. How is this possible? What should i do now to get a sim?

Dddear sir i dilip nagindas gandhi downloded code [protected] from myjio application to get 4g sim, on 17th october 2016. I went to the store all fones near cow circle, akota, vadodara-390020. The persion attanded me tried my adhar card finger printd 25 to 30 times, he told that is not matching with adhar card (. Lateron i tried with other store it matched immediately) he told me to come with other family member. So i went with my wife sharmisthaben...

I have downloaded the jio app and bar code was generated by the retailer out side of the hari om mobile shop, shop no 4/5, main kasturba marg, borivali east, mumbai. The retailer had verified the bar code and take my finger print through bio metric device. After doing all things, the retailer told me that your aadhar card belongs to uttar pradesh, therefore you will not get jio sim.

With reference to the above i have submitted my adhar card for the e - verification along with the bar code but the dealer has told me this bar code has already used but this code has generated yesterday and submitted in your reliance store i. E. Reliance express mini, naihati toady and they has not given any sim after verification all...

When i went to collect jio sim card at reliance digital at viviana mall, thane, they scanned my finger and took my aadhar card number. But when they asked for the code that was generated on my phone it showed 'redeemed' so they refused to give me sim card. I have not redeemed the code seems like someone else is using the code generated for my phone. Please provide a solution for the said concern.
