I want to know whether a 4G SIM card of reliance Jio and correspondingly mobile number is issued in my name Shankar Jha with aadhar number[protected] or not, if, yes then what is the mobile number? Because, I have been refused by the agent of reliance jio even after getting my aadhar details and finger print. I have some doubt, therefore, I want to know whether any 4G SIM of reliance Jio is issued in my name or not? If yes, then, what is the number so that I will be able to trace my SIM card. The aadhar is attached for your kind consideration.

सर मैंने 15 दिन पहले जियो सिम के साथ lyf flame का फोन ख़रीदा है, पर अभी तक सिम चालू नहीं हुआ, डॉक्यूमेंट के साथ फोटो भी जमा कर दिया हु, दुकानदार कहता सब डॉक्यूमेंट जमा हो गया है फिर भी सिम चालू क्यों नहीं हो रहा है.

सर मैंने 18 दिन पहले relince lyf का फोन लिया हु जियो सिम के साथ 5000 रु. में पर सिम अभी तक चालू नहीं हुआ है,
दुकानदार के पास जाता हूं तो कल हो जायेगा बोल के 15 दिनों से टाल रहा है,
जबकि दुकानदार को सिम के लिए आई डी प्रूफ और फोटो भी दे चूका हूँ,
सर मेरी मदद कीजिये,
नहीं तो मेरा फोन चल नहीं पायेगा,

    Hello sir m using the jio money wallet nd company have blocked my account without any prior notice without any reason in which i have my 903 rs amount, and after calling to them they are telling me to send me bank statement through which i made top up to my wallet, nd even after sending them all necessary info. They are not giving any response even they are making fool to me nd took my 903 rs, i have been calling them all days nd they speak our team will call u soon after 24 hrs but no one is calling to me till now, its about more than 20 days issue bt company is not even responding me back with info. So plz take appropriate action toward this lyer

        Hi,
        I generated a Barcode to get Relience jio Sim, but When I go to store to collect the sim card, the store person told me that the Barcode has already been used and he can not issue the sim card. I don't know what to do now ? Should I buy a new phone to get a Sim ?? I never took a sim card using that barcode, Seems like someone else has been used that barcode number. What kind of service is provided by Reliance Jio ? This is a big loop hole in Reliance Jio System ?
        Since the Barcode was generated with my Aadhar Id, and the sim is alotted to someone else, it can be misused. People's Personal information is not secured with Reliance Jio.
        Please provide me a Sim card against my generated barcode. And deactivate the already given simcard ASAP, Otherwise I will have to file a police complaint.

        I also have the similar problem. I had generated the barcode in my mobile. Then I went to mobile store in TamilNadu(I'm from Andhra Pradesh and I work at TamilNadu) to get jio sim, but to my surprise the mobile shop owner told me that he cannot give jio sim to me since I'm a native of Andhra Pradesh. After some days I went to my hometown which is at Andhra Pradesh. By that time, the barcode had shown redeemed. The shop owner of the mobile store at Andhra Pradesh told me that he cannot provide the jio sim unless I show him a barcode (which is not redeemed). It is complete waste of time for me. Reliance should look into this issue and solve it before it becomes worse.
        The internet speed had become very slow, drastic decrease. Even there are frequent call drops, one day I tried about 70 times and still the call didn't connect.

          The reliance jio was activated yesterday but despite showing signal strength if 2 out of 5, it is not connecting and unable to make calls.

          I reported customer care which told me that it must be with particular website or you must have consumed 4 gb.

          So awful was the reply as the speed on jio sim is showing as zero and no website is opening.

          Very bad experience.

          No network by Mukesh's ambani ompany at GURGAN WHICH boastS OFF ON ITS CONNECTIVITY..
          4G WORSE THAN 2G

          Zero network,
          No calling
          No call receiving.
          Just one plastic 4 g card..
          Reliance jio has failed.
          Shame shame
          Hi sir Mera Village mein network issue hai so please provide us good network, your company already announced that they will give good network.

            I have bought a jio card for 7 days. Sir i wants to inform you that i am using it for 5 days. I am able use internet but sir when i tries to make a call it is not occuring. Sir i am not able to make a call even to a company helpline and company complaint table. Sir when i tries to call no ring is going and call automaticaly cuts down without going ring.
            Sir please solve my this problem. I am expecting your good feedback and solution of my problem.

              I have jiofi router with jio no.[protected]. according to product details and advertise by reliance jio any user of jiofi router can make a call and show details of data usage by jio4gvoic and my jio application respectively by using any 3g/2g mobile. after a laps of more than one month I unable to make service as provided by product details. I contact several time service provider on their no.[protected] but only assurance has been given to me' I also provided sevice id SR000002TROY and SR000002YKQH but no suitable advice given by them my service still pertains. ple give necessary action and informed me accordingly.

                Sir I have taken Samsung J2 mobile installed jio apps and generate bar code but not got jio sim . After that my phone is showing ur redeemed and below is your sim will activated soon .so please help me what I can do.
                I have generated a barcode from my htc mobile as reads as [protected] with validity upto 31 dec 2016 when i reached today to your store it was already redeemed by some of your employees as no body except me was knowing regarding this so quit unpleased with your act.

                  Jim such a fraud made fraudulent promises: I have bought joining 2 dongle wireless it takes ever to connect... Keeps on buffering once we click on any app or video.                     I approached to above mention dealer for jio sim and show him the coupan i generate he take the photo of that coupan and told me that the coupan is invalid but next day i got massage the coupan is redeemed and and shortly the sim issued that coupan will activated but i did not get any sim against that coupan
                    I request you please cancel the sim issued against that coupan with information to me

                        I have applied for reliance jio sim in maharashtra state since one and half month but it is still not activated.
                        When i asked my local sim dealer he said that the reference number i had given did not pick up the phone but as per my knowledge there was no verification call from jio customer care. same issue have been observed with my friends too. is it a coincidence? reliance jio is so annoying. if you do not want to activate sim for candidates outside maharashtra then don't give hope by accepting their form.

                        Fyi, my jio number is :[protected] in case jio care try to resolve this issue.

My home is in Kerala, Kollam dist RPL STAFF QRTS. INSIDE RPL around 6lakh people are living. In that thousands of people are interested in Internet usage. If you could make me network available over there. It will be a great achievement for Jio as well as people over here. because no other network is providing...

                          Hi,

                          I am receiving messages and Call from Reliance JIO about to activate the Reliance JIO no. [protected]. I have neither placed any application to get this no. nor requested for activation. After started receiving messages/call regarding this around in the middle of the month September 2016, I tried to contact Reliance JIO customer Care. But never able to reach to Customer Care executive to report against this. After not able to contact I started to inform about this via e-mail to Reliance JIo Customer Care starting from 16th September 2016 requesting to de-attach my details from this no. presently associated. But there is no action taken on this by Reliance JIo till date. I have resent the mails several times in past but neither the problem solved nor did receive any acknowledgement/action from Reliance JIO. Every time I sent the mails mostly I used to receive an automated reply stating
                          "Dear Customer,

                          We have been receiving overwhelming response to our Jio welcome Offer. Hence there may be some delay in responding to your query.

                          However if you want to know more about the Jio welcome Offer, please visit our website www.jio.com.

                          We thank you for your patience.

                          Team Jio"

                          Requesting you to place this concern to the appropriate authority so that the issue can be resolved.
                          I don't know how Reliance JIO can use my details to subscribe a Mobile no. [protected], which I have not applied ever. This is a serious breach of personal identity.

                            I bought a reliance jio in rangpo, sikkim at a cost price of rs 200 per sim. when i enquired as why were they charging the amount as the sim card is freely distributed by jio info comm. they answered it's service charge of creating account and distributing sim. i think reliance should check their dealers for misconduct and take necessary actions.
                            Just think of the black money they are earning by cheating innocent customer. i have uploaded the picture of the shop that has charged me the amount. i was not able to argue there as they were localities. reliance please look into this matter.

                                  Greetings.
                                  I have 3 jio number [protected], [protected], [protected].
                                  Numbers has been activated between 18th October 16 to 21october 16. I have used 3 sim hardly sometimes for the activation. and I remove sims.
                                  When I reinsert those sims I cant use those. Network signal is full but no data or voice i cant. message appearing not registered in network

                                  When i called customer care Some representative answered I have exhusted my 4 gb limit so I could not login.
                                  My question is
                                  How should the 4 gb data exhusted at same time?
                                  If my sim active then why I cant use those in reduced speed?

                                  Please reply or help me to use my those sims.

                                    Respected Sir I am interested in geo communication so that I have purchased Samsung J2 mobile and installed geo application and gone to relience shop to purchase geo sim but at that they told me that you generate the bar code .I generated the bar code but at that time they told me that forms are not available so you come next week.                                       Sir, i received a sms to my bsnl number mobile from jim joinet on 06/10/16 at 07-40 pm that my application has been registered and my order number is no00000iebkh. Again on 30/10/16 at 08-48 pm i received a sms, greeting me for using geo sim bearing sim number [protected]. I have not applied for any jeo sim. Someone has fraudulently used my bsnl mobile number to obtain the above mentioned jeo sim. Hence i request that this may kindly be inquired into and necessary action may kindly be taken to cancel the jeo sim number [protected] at once.

                                      I've order jio 4g sim in 3rd October, and till now my jio sim no [protected] is not having signal yet. My phone is 4g and i put it on sim 1 and made preferrer network type to 4g. but still now i cannot get any signal.
                                      I am Niranjana KG from Davanagere, Karnataka. I have ported to jio from Aircel 20 days back thinking that Reliance jio will provide better service but the call service from jio is worst, I am unable to call any number and if it connects it will disconnect very quickly and frequent call drop. Please look into the matter and resolve this issue
