Hello,

I have used Jio money app to transfer my funds from card to bank account. While transfering, it is giving Do not honor error despite attempting several attempts. I need to transfer my funds asap. Now my money is blocked and i cant transfer it.

I need to pay my installments and no money is in my account. No cash in atms and pathetic service by jio. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

On 4th yesterday i have added 2000 through net banking for urgent banking transfer, then tried to transfer in bank many times got error message that was do not honor error.
Then contacted to customer service talked with 5 executive everyone was telling me different things.

Because of this uncertain downtime i could not transfer money for some urgent need which i needed to. As all atm are not working and there was no other possible and easy way to do the same.

Who is responsible for this. Untill now 5th 6:20pm it is not working.

Who is to be blamed for this?

From last tuesday 29.11.16 my jio sim not work. Many times i call customer care, but solution not received. They are totally miss guide me. Some one told me to replace the sim and some one told me for wait another 24 hrs. But 7 days already spent. No help received from digital express mini too from bandel branch. Pls help. My no is [protected]. Still now no complain no given to me.

Since I have got jio sim only one day it worked properly on my redmi note 3 phone. From next day onwards it stopped working, No network anywhere in Mumbai. I have tried all methods to test if it can work, like switching off phone, restarting, removing sim and inserting back, change of sim slot from primary to secondary, tried in other 4G phones, none of these worked.
P.S. Others jio sim works fine in my phone.

Dear sir, my persunel number [protected] port in vodafone to jio I have taken the JIO sim before 1 month port .sim working contision 29.12.2016 sim auto mateicali no sarvice show. me vist in neyer jio store panchel makedwali ajmer i m toking mr. dileep and more .jio employ dileep comment if 24 hours.on sim automatocaliy working wating 24 hr. this is a pan india issuies. me wating. 3 days but my sim not working . i vist reterun 3.12.2016 .and toking to mr. dileep no rasponies paroperliy .i m question put up when starting for sim afther than no response for mr. dileep
this number is very importent if need me . my work is stop this number
jio network is very exellent but service is very poor . and no setisfection for customer but service employee not about service information
please provaid porting code me choise other network becouse my persanal number in any time on pleas reqvest me for service maneger
note.:please you chose for any empolyee they more knowldege

I bought a JioFi device on Sep 4 2016 and within a week of purchase it stopped working. Never got powered on! It use to get overheated and frequently lost 4G signal and need to be restarted ever now and then!

The service center did not repair the device and surprisingly told me there is some damage in USB port. There was hardly any damage it is merely an excuse by those guys not to cover under warranty. In fact I myself noticed it only when they brought it to me after their inspection.

This device is complete piece of [censored], waste of Rs 2000. it appears their devices are made of cheap quality manufacturing! Looks to me it is a scam, I never encountered such a pathetic customer service! They hardly care about their reputation and customer satisfaction!

No network in Jakadevi (khalgaon) tal dist Ratnagiri.415620 this area is not network in Jakadevi I have use a Jio sim pls provide a 4g network so network is not available so public not use Jio in this area pls provide us

My name Kondareddy. I am a student.
I am out state for studies. I need Jio sim for my education. I am from andrapradesh
But I am studying in gujarat state. I don't have gujarat state aadhar card. I have andrapradesh aadhar card. So that I am getting Jio sim from Jio shop.
I asked my times, they didn't take care of it. Actually aadhar card no. Is unique sothat I can get Jiosim as per Jio approved of aadhar.
So that I need Jio sim for studies.

Fake Plans as mentioned in brochure
Poor Network availability
can't connect to any other network.
voice breaking problem
Internet is like 1G speed.

So, I request not to buy/use any GIO SIM even if it is free.
This is just a wastage of your precious time.
They are making fool to us.

Dear sir, I have taken the JIO sim before 20 days. Here internet service is working well but a lot of call problem exists even a single call, i have not been done through jio sim. I also try to contact to the customer care but i failed to contact them due calling problem in your network. So please solve the call problem as soon as possible.

I received a JIO SIM card from JIO company people who visited our office in Nov, 2016. I gave all the relevant docs and was told that the SIM will be activated within 4-5 working days. Since sim was not activated, I called customer care who registered my complaint - complaint number is SR000003OCIK. Now the customer care is saying that the docs are not uploaded and I need to visit the nearest JIO store. Why????? The JIO people had collected my docs and now why do I need to give the docs again. Why cant Reliance ensure that the docs are properly uploaded without causing any delay.Even before launching their service, they are giving pathetic service and showing what they are best at - complete mismanajement and unnecessary harassment and wastage of time of the customer. JIO team - if you dont activate my connection, give me back my docs to my doorstep and compensate me for the time loss. Just third grade pathetic service.

This is the sincere request from one of the greatest jio fan my village name is DOOPADAKATTE near NITTE COLLEGE, Karkala in this area most of them are using Jio sim but there is no network availability we will get full network for all other operator like AIRTEL, IDEA, BSNL, DOCOMO, VODAFONE, ... Ect but JIO being one of the good operator we are not getting the range. I hope you will act quickly on my complaint.

I had paid electricity bill for pspcl bill via jio money wallet via billdesk merchant, the payment gone from my wallet to merchant bt he did not make payment syucess even didnt reverse me back, please have a strict action on both jio wallet as well as billdesk coz i mailed to n-both for several time they didnt give me any response for my payment, the account number for which is did payment is [protected], [protected], [protected].these are the 3 bill which i did pay from this, bt didnt got succesfull reciept. they both are fraud companies dont trust plz make a big charge on them i will support the issue via social media as well as regular media, i will definetly go consumer court if not given my payment.

Also o got email nd verified from billdesk they have refund my payment bt these jio wallet company is very big fraud company they have taken my money nd didnt refund me back still now, also this is the txn id for another more payment of rs 2763 HRJM[protected], which i did 10 days before,
they guys are very big fraud plz dont trust on jio or any other brand for jio like there wallet, its not safe, they even didnt reply with solution, i have wasted about 10000 rs on jio, i shall go to consumer court with my lyer nd approach to media if they will not refund my money back

I really want you to know that i live in outskirts of Bareilly city i.e Bhojipura village ..which is having a renowned Medical college SRMS institute of Medical Sciences; Women Engineering College ; and SRMS Engineering College. .. inspite of so mch population there is no towers of reliance jio network.. we cant use the reliance jio sim offers or benefits .. here network is always nil.. i request you to please check yhis problem have it sorted as soon as possible ...with rapid popularity nd exciting offers of jio invading to market, we changed our network to reliance jio and nw its of no use to keep this sim .. I[censored] dont belive u can ask the people here .. may be the managers responsible fr the setup of tower are nt telling u of this. I again request u to please sprt this problem as soon as possible ..so we can have good networks of reliance jio and enjoy using it and not need to change our networks...THANKING YOU

Some days back two guys (wearing Reliance JIO Red colour T-shirt) set up a canopy/stall in front of HCL technologies, Sector 126 and distribute JIO sim without numbers and take IDs (such as Aadhaar Card) and inform that sim will be activated within 15 days after verification call and you will get the number by sms. I got verification call but never get my sim activated after 4 days I call back on the same number and guy says it will be done and don't call again. After some more days when I called it again the sim sold to someone else. So finally I found that its a fraud. So beware, people take your IDs and activate another sim and sell to other people in 100 or 200 rupees.
So some people doing fraud on the name of JIO
So please only take sim from outlets only.

Please find herewith my order number.NO000013PSNL for processing of MNP for my Mobile No.[protected].in this connection i call Reliance Jio customer care number but I couldn't get positive reply they tell me we are working on this it's get more time but I contact my previous service provider they tell me we couldn't received any documents from Reliance Jio .

Please help me on this matter.

I got my barcode for new jio sim card before 1 and half month. Yesterday when I went to digital express mini the representative guy told me that it has been redeemed and he is not able to help me anyhow. But the case is I never used the barcode for issuing jio sim. And never gave my code to anyone else. So how can is it possible that my code is redeemed. Please help me with my issue.
