I brought reliance jio sim about 15 days ago and used it. but from last 2 days its internet connection automatically stops as well as its all mobile services. i am unable to call even to customer care number. my connection is on the name on satyam choudhary. and i am using lyf phone.
On the signal bar volte is not appearing now as it appeared before, may be this the problem, i don't know.
I am from chunabhatti, bhopal and receive 3/4th siganl as before.

      Dear sir thanks for providing us free net and calling services.but when trying to call any no., your Jio doesn't connecting.also if by chance get connected after 20 to 30 times try the end user can't distinguish the conversation..in short this is a type of cheating by promoting free services..the service is not reliable when emergency calling..my request is to immideatly improve the quality otherwise no one can rely on Jio..pravin pokle...
      Very poor speed. Unstable and erratic. Most of the times voice call doesn't work. Forget about quality.

      Would like to remind the tall talk and promises made.

          I got a reliance jio sim on 05/09/2016, saharpur dahanbad, jharkhand.I submitted my mother'svoter id card as an identity proof. He said that it will take 3-4 days to activate the sim. But now I have been waiting for more than 15 days and still i don't see any sign of activation.I haven't even got even message from them. I have also tried to reach the customer care many times but that is of no use. I went to the store many times but they don't have any clue where my form is, They simply say It must be in data pending. I tried to call the customer but it not connected.

            Sir, we are trying from nearly 20 days to get a jio sim card but the digital dx says that he will give sim card only to his relatives and you can do whatever you want to do. we tried to complaint it in your jio office but manager says he dont have time to handle this do whatever you want to do and not ready even to talk.
            We are in a group nearly of 30 students who are spending nearly 5-6 hours a day and even not able to take a sim card. the stores is being corrupt and they are just creating a bluff and making waste of our time. if you cant do anything then we will launch a complaint at consumer forum.

              I am from odisha. i brought a jio sim with lyf hand set on 9th july. initially the service of jio was as expected good. but after 15 days its speed decreases below its minimum limit of 2megabit/sec. i have lunched a complain on 22th july 2016. after that many followups are taken but no solutions found from the customer care team. a lady customer care representative also start talking in slam language to cover her technical inabilities for the same. its about 2 months till the complain is not resolved. every time they have different arguments. but now the customer care number is not connecting i. e. always in waiting state.

                *I have got the confirmation about receiving my application form with the order number as NO000004M8YQ on 26th of Aug.

                *Launch a complaint on Jio Customer Care[protected] on 9th of Sept. Complain Number SR000001EYQE and the assure me to confirm about my complain within 48 hours but not yet get any confirmation about that.

                *on 10th sept i have visit Jio Local Guwahati office asking about my sim status, they said it will activated within 3 to 4 days but nothing is happened yet.

                OVER ALL RELIANCE KEEP THE SERVICE STANDARD...

                  This is to inform you that I Shahnawaz Anwar had purchased Jio-FI router and number is [protected] on 1st September 2016 but till now my number hasn't activated.
                  I am always trying to call the lady executive named Neha but they never received my call after selling device.
                  And I am also informed all the issue to the store Manager named Narayan Mahato and Ankan but they also not responding my phone.
                  After that I had lodged a complaint no SR000001JJBN and SR000001K22F but till now not respond any employee nor activate my Number.
                  So kindly check the problem.

                    Went 9 to 10 times to get the jio sim, but the store owner is so bad in behaviour that every time he giving excuses like sim is not available, server is down, come aftet some time. He keep telling the people that we don't have sim card and to get the sim come at 9 am. When we approach there the store is closed. And after opening the store he told all cards are sold out.Please take a strong against him...

                              I got a reliance jio sim on 25 august and then i got a message on 5 sep that congratulation for choosing jio but today its 19.09.2016 my jio sim [protected] is not activated its been a month but my no is not activated. Its too disappointing on a consumer part. I alws check my sim but its not activated. It does not select any network. Please look into this matter and activate my sim as early as you can.
                              I have got jio sim and i have availed the free 3 months offer and i have used it for a month and the experience was good
                              As compare to 3g but from today morning 8 am my met is too slow even slower then 2g please help me im fed up with this im thinking of breaking the sim please help me
                              Please note that i have get1 no sim from authorize dealer after submitting valid documents, after 12-15 days over but my sim has not activate yet, my name is Samrat Chatterjee & Jio Mobile number is [protected]

                              When i chase dealer for status he is not give me proper status, please help in this regard

                                Hey i havnt used 4gb data bt download speed is even slower than 2g...nt even 30 kbps...wt use is jio u hav to fix this up...ur nt providing 4g speed...ur claims are proving wrong...wt r u for u are not providing download speed at all...youtube videos are not even playing in hd without buffering...sometimes 240p video also buffer a lot...and hell it sometimes even doesn't play them at all...your own apps doesn't play fast...jio tv also buffers a lot...streaming videos in high setting takes a lot of buffering time...and sometimes lower setting also buffers...so please fix this up fast...jio 4g is just name or what??????...provide 4g speed which you claim for...

                                  Sir u r jio office employee behaviour isn't good in etawah office i was 2times visited in office and asked about sims they don't give any information and behaviour was vey bad we are asked about sim they are saying asked from security guard but the guard isn't available i asked him again they said I don't tell you anything about sim go get the information of sim by yourself i m saying why you are not give information this isn't office...the talk was very annoying please take any action about this and also inform me on my phone no([protected])what you are do about my complaint

                                    Here Reliance Jio sim is getting at Rs.400 and 500 in shop.
                                    But Mr.Ambani said that Reliance Jio sim will get free for all Indian 4 G user.
                                    Here Reliance digital store manager sell all the sim in hand of shopkeeper to corrupt money.
                                    I request you to ...please solve this case and give as much as punishment to that corrupted manger.
                                    JIO is the new change of this era. Here Reliance company started to give benefits to the Digital users. But corrupted manager is big issues of obstacles.

                                      My jio number is [protected] and order number is NO000007RTL0 received on 12th September 2016 but still jio number is not activated.
                                      But when I am visiting reliance digital express mini PRINCE ANWAR SHAH ROAD, KOLKATA from where I get the reliance jio sim card on 29th of August 2016 and ask them for current status of my jio number they refuse to provide me any information regarding this.

                                        Purchased one M2 modem with SIM on 15th July, Tele verification from my alternate number ( data only service ) is not fully completed. But since last two days it is saying your tele verification is over but while using the modem it is saying your data limit is over and for data only use do the tele verification by contacting [protected] . My Jio Sim Number is [protected].
