Dear sir
i received my sim through EKYC on 5th september 2016. after two days net started working. my jio mob no is [protected]. whenever i tried to call any number, it immed/iately connected to tele verification. They simply replied that, i will activated in 48 hrs. i patiently waited upto 17/09/2016.
I tried and it again connected with tele verification. i told my voice call activation problem. i asked to resolve the issue. I told them to register my complaint. They said that, they are not suppose to take complaint and he promised me to wait for 15 minutes. I received a call from Jio after 30 minutes, i explained my agony to that person and asked to register. They also given the complain registration no. SR000001G75B dtd:18/09/2016.
she told me that, sim will get activated in 48 hours.
After two days (20/09/2016), again i tried the call landed with tele verification. they told me that, your complaint was closed, since your sim got activated. then, i asked them, how can you close the complaint WITHOUT VERIFYING WITH THE CUSTOMER. She asked apologise and told me that, she has reopened the complaint. even after the four days the position remains the same. there is no voice call action'
Even today, i try any number, it will land up with tele verification and says
your complaint was closed. you please contact customer care service.
I tried many times, it just music is going on for several minutes and nobody there to respond.
THIS IS THE POOR STATUS OF JIO.
Hope, atfer seeing this message, they will sort out my problem. i am giving my alternate contact no.[protected].
Awaiting immediate action in this regard. Otherwise, i have no other way to break and throw away the JIO SIM.
