i have purchase sim card jio number [protected] on 23rd august but till date
not active i am asking distributor again and again but not response and my complaint no SR00000198U3 but no response please tell me any problem due to my aadhaar card and my picuture and i have not recived any call for your end so please rectify the problem

I have taken jio sim on 25th august 2016.now it has been about 20 days after sim taken. I didnt get any message regarding sim activation. My sim not activated yet. I cant wait anymore for this irritating thing. The company has said sim will be activated within 3 days. Now it has been about 20 days. Please do something. Many people faces the same problem.

I have a Gionee p5L. I purchased a jio sim before 1 week but download speed is not good why. I get only 30-50 kbps speed only. This is 4gLTE. This speed is't good for 4g LTE. I don't think so this is 4g LTE. Please tell me about jio download and upload speed. How much downlaod data are you giving us?

I am give all document to Jio digital on 07/09/2016, but still date i am not received SIM of Jio. They told that SIM out of stock, If Sim coming then I will Call.
Today 9 days completed. They collect all document from customer, but not give SIM...

With reference to the above subject, I had managed to get two sim cards of Reliance Jio on 29/08/2016. The Sim numbers are [protected] / [protected]. These Sims were then activated on 11/09/2016. As per the "PREVIEW OFFER", I should get to access free Unlimited 4G Data till December 2016. But after surfing of 2GB, I am getting a massage that " You have exhausted your account balance / Credit Limit - Prepaid User / Recharge & Postpaid Users /Recharge". I had called the customer care no. "198" about 15-20 times, but I didn't got a single response from your end.

I would like to know, when I will get free 4G data till December 2016????? Is Reliance making fool in name of Free 4G data till December 2016 to all!!!

Sir my sim([protected]) is activate on an 7 September, after 9 september my bucket data is exhaust which was 2 GB, now I am not able to use internet in this number .
I am goes of retailer where I take Jio connection many time and complain my complaint but he can't solve yet now .

This is inform to u that actually I've complaint about regarding of my Reliance Jio sim
[protected], Last two ✌ days ago I've huge problem unable to use data & voice properly why I don't know!??? When I've tried to call any number I've got error prompt in maximum time ⌚ and data was very slow ⛚ below 3g...

Here with I would like to forward you some shocking facts about the Reliance Communication Customer Care .. And would like to tell you that, it's the worst ever I had such customer service experience and frustrated with your horrendous service..I congratulate you on successfully delivering pathetic and a disgraceful service to a daily basis of GOLD customer however I've tried to called 198 from my Jio Sim but 30mints over still continue IVR but I'm not talk no more representative, why u guys are totally working very delay???So, u thinking so that i'm not a valuable customer for your end!👿👿👿

Please look into matter immediately and resolved this issued as soon as possible and call 📞 back my number 🔢..

I have installed Jio app and found bar code [protected] and submitted with my documents - Aadhar card copy, 2photo at retailer code [protected], Tikamgarh (Madhya Pradesh ) on 31st August 2016 with deposit of 300 Rs. For sim.

He give me sim no [protected], it is not working till date, today when I went on shop, he returned my documents, and abused us.

Then what can I do now? Plz help us to find my sim.

My name is Susheel Thakur and iam from Hyderabad. I bought reliance wifi device along with 2 sim cards on 28th Aug 2016 from Reliance Digital stores at Attapur, Hyderabad.

I submitted all relevant proof of address like driving licence, PAN Card, electricity bill. Since then not less than 3 times i've been to Reeliance Digital store at Attapur Hyderabad. Telangana state.

I request full refund of device cost for Rs 2900/- as i am fed up following up wit your customer service staff who were rude to me and md. Sohail store manager ask me to do what ever i want ...this is no where i expect from reliance. Iam British citizen with OCI and iam going to International consumer rights protection cell and Consumer Court Hyderabad to register a formal complaint unless i get favourable response in next 72hours.

I can be contacted on my mobile. I urge discplinary action against your staff and store manager at Attapur, Hyderabad.

I purchased LYF Wind 6 with Reliance Jio Sim from Local Mobile Store Indore on 03/09/2016. They submitted my Reliance Jio Form. they give me sim [protected] and tell us sim started in 2-3 days . but i didn't get any confirmation message on my alternate number [protected]. so kindly activate my jio sim. when i call reliance store they not receive any call, and when i call customer care hey also not received.and also [protected]@jio.com not responding

I have purchased one mob set from m/s lavish comm kaithal inv no 1096 dt 10/9/2016 for rs 4600/-. But the sim has not been activated by the dealer till date.
