I bought Lyf flame 1 and the sim was working properly but suddenly network is suddenly lost..please solve the issue and no answer is being given on customer help line.solve the issue soon. Network is lost and customer helpline is not responding to the call I have been waiting for more than 45 mins on call but still no response was given and the call was cut automatically.

I bought Lyf flame 1 mobile a month ago with preview offer valid for 3 months (till Nov, 2016). But Suddenly reliance Jio changed my plan to welcome offer before preview offer expiration date. Preview offer was for unlimited data and voice service but now welcome offer provide only 4GB data after which speed reduces to around 10kbps. At the time of mobile purchase I was promised that the preview offer will be valid for 90 days. But now, it changed into the welcome offer which offends the policy. After 14 days My Gio Sim is not Activate. Gio Sim- [protected], . Please Activate this nomber. सीम Activate नही हो रहे है . How this Dedicate To Indians? और कितने दिन लगे गे रिलायन्स स्टोर के स्टाफ confirm नही कहते. Coustmar Care वाले भी फोन रिसीव नही करते. रिलायन्स जिओ इसपर क्या कारवाई करेगी क्या ? नही तो दादागिरी नही डाटागीरी चले गी एसा सपना क्यु दिखा रही है ?

Yesterday i went to get gio sim at tarn taran but thay said that you have to regidter your name and only 50 sim can be distribute in a day. I registerd my name where the security guard RAJVIR Singh was writing the name on the paper. Yesterday i genrate my jio code [protected]. When today i went to collect my sim there was not my name in the list . And that guard rajvir was not present today. They cut my name to give sim someone else. They also miss behave and did not provide me information shen i ask for office inchgarge. Kindly take action so a common man will not feel cheated like me

Dear Sir
As per online instruction to get Jio sim we need to submit one address proof and one identity proof. I have my mobile bill with delhi address as address proof and student ID card for identity proof. These documents are sufficient as per online instructions but below mentioned shop is demanding delhi address adhar card to issue sim which is not essential as per reliance Jio rules.

This is inform you that the purpose i have purchased this jio phone for is not up to the mark. whensoever i call to other network there is always a busy route, what all this. I was in emergency condition and I tried 20 times to call my home which has vodafone sim. but unfortunately i failed to have any call. I am totally harassed. according to jio services other networks are blocking my calls.

I have a number of Reliance jio[protected] I swaped my SIM at 21.08.2016 from the local store Muktsar till now SIM is not activated I have contacted them no of times every time they said you have to wait to they harrased me so much their behaviour so bad kindly give resolution of this else I have to visit the consumer court cause this is the last option

Dear Sir,
I have applied for Jio Sim from one of the retail mobile store at madurai and I received a sim and submitted the application along with kyc documents one months before. Within 5 days.. my application was rejected due to the code is already redeemed. I have confirmed to them I haven't given the code to anyone. But I regret to inform you that, their response was very disappointing and said I can not able to take back my application and they cannot do anything on this. I have also mail the issue to [protected]@jio.com 10 days before and remind them through mail 3 times. Apart from automatic reply mail.. i have not received any mail from jio.
I request you to intervene in this issue to find out who has redeemed my coupen. I am sure, your latest system can easily find out that information.
I also request you to solve this issue at your earliest convenience.

I got a sim no [protected] on 29.08.2016 from reliance dealer at orai jalaun & got a message on 09.09.2016 that your order no N00000079UB9 but it is very shameful that my sim is not activate on 13th September 2016 I have complaint by email to Jio.investor.[protected]@ril.com & also [protected]@ril.com on several time but do not get any satisfactory answer please resolve my complaint

Sir..there are some distributors who are not distributing sim card to customers by saying that sim card is out of stock.. bt they are giving sim if we buy a phone set from them... i complaint them with main office also bt they did nt gave a satisfactory reply... sr plz help me out... some of the distributors are BORTHAKUR AGENCY AND JAIN COMPUTERS... I went to the main office also bt there reply was that sim card will be given with LYF handsets...

I got a jio sim on 26 aug 2016 but the sim is havn't activated yet. one week ago I got a message that my order number is NO000006G82D. But the sim is not activated. Please activate the sim as early as u can. The serial no printed on sim is[protected]. The image of the reliance brand in my mind is too good so please don't make this image vicious. Please activate the sim.

Sir i brought a jio sim and its been more than 10 days since i have been having it but still its not activated though i received a message from the company that your jio number is ready for activation but when i insert my jio sim on my samsung galaxy s6 edge phone no networks appear it only says emergency calls only. Worst voice call experience I have gained in recent days after I brought the jio sim.. the network is always busy..data pack is good .but definitely not up to the mark to compete with Airtel 4g.. in some cases Aircel 3g can throw a challenge to jio 4g...and in the case of voice calling..the sound is not clear .. there's so much noise and the main problem is you cannot connect the call at one try ..you have to try at least 10 times to get the call connected..this is so annoying... I bought a LYF handset (28 july 2016) and got a jio sim card ([protected]) with jio preview offer for 3 month after one month the jio preview offer convert to welcome offer i am not be able to use internet. i want back my jio preview offer for 3 month..
i contact jio customer care but they never response my call...
What should i do and where i complain...

My name is Jayaram, i have got the barcode required to get the Jio SIM, but the Reliance Digital Express outlets are not providing the SIM.
They are making falses promises for giving the SIM but are blocking the SIM's meant for the Consumers and selling the SIM's illegally for Money in the backdrop, as the demand is high now for Jio SIM.
Will the Reliance authorities look into this fraud?
Please stop this and advise your authorised outlets in Visakhapatnam to distribute the SIM's ligellay to the consumers as per the prosedures.
