Reliance JIO no - [protected] - As its welcome offer is that LYF mobile user get 4g high speed data unlimited to user till 31st december - Jio change its limit to 4GB data and after that data speed going down to 156kbps. How company change the offer. company fraud the customer. I will request to open the limit of 4g High speed data

Before 2-3 days I went to 'Rhythm Store' at Aghoriya Bazaar, Muzaffarpur (PIN-842002) where Jio sim are being sold. I asked one of the man at the store for sim and he said that I have to pay ₹200 for the sim. But according to the 'Reliance JIO' co. the sim will be sold for free. So, I request to Reliance Jio co. to stop black marketing of sim.
Sir i don't get bar code . I had download all jio aap but didn't show code . I have motorola 3rd generation. Why i didn't get code

    Hi I got last 35 days Wind flame mobile with Sim card but sim is not working properly upto till date. I called to another number always showing please check the number and not support JIO customer care number showing please check the number also the internet service is very poor. I have already send mail to JIO but not response me last 10 day I tried customer number another number but not pick my call.

        I bought a new mobile only for jio i did not have 4g set then i bought neq one .
        i got code and give 200 rupees to shopkeeper for get the sim . i got my sim at same time but he told me it will activate after 15 days
        after completing that days i went to jio office they gave me token no. and te me for wait after waiting 3 to 4 hours when it was my no. they told me your is rejected due to sign and after it shopkeeper gave me my id, form and told me for visit center again i went there they told me for sign i did it 3 to 4 times then they told me this id will not process because to much signature i had to go to shop got stem again aland after it they was telling me for rejection
        i spent morethen 200rupees petrol and time
        it was my last step what i did i throw my sim and still my mobile is not in use so i am going to sell it
        i got loss from jio and mobile
        it is tooo thirdclass thing
        i will never suggest to anyone ti buy this sim

But Suddenly reliance Jio changed my plan to welcome offer before preview offer expiration date. Preview offer was for unlimited data and voice service but now welcome offer provide only 4GB data after which speed reduces to around 10kbps. At the time of mobile purchase I was promised that the preview offer will be valid for 90 days. But now, it changed into the welcome offer which offends the policy.                     Yesterday i went to get gio sim at tarn taran but thay said that you have to regidter your name and only 50 sim can be distribute in a day. I registerd my name where the security guard RAJVIR Singh was writing the name on the paper. Yesterday i genrate my jio code [protected]. When today i went to collect my sim there was not my name in the list . And that guard rajvir was not present today. They cut my name to give sim someone else. They also miss behave and did not provide me information shen i ask for office inchgarge. Kindly take action so a common man will not feel cheated like me

                      As per online instruction to get Jio sim we need to submit one address proof and one identity proof. I have my mobile bill with delhi address as address proof and student ID card for identity proof. These documents are sufficient as per online instructions but below mentioned shop is demanding delhi address adhar card to issue sim which is not essential as per reliance Jio rules.

                            This is inform you that the purpose i have purchased this jio phone for is not up to the mark. whensoever i call to other network there is always a busy route, what all this. I was in emergency condition and I tried 20 times to call my home which has vodafone sim. but unfortunately i failed to have any call. I am totally harassed. according to jio services other networks are blocking my calls.

                                I have applied for Jio Sim from one of the retail mobile store at madurai and I received a sim and submitted the application along with kyc documents one months before. Within 5 days.. my application was rejected due to the code is already redeemed. I have confirmed to them I haven't given the code to anyone. But I regret to inform you that, their response was very disappointing and said I can not able to take back my application and they cannot do anything on this. I have also mail the issue to [protected]@jio.com 10 days before and remind them through mail 3 times. Apart from automatic reply mail.. i have not received any mail from jio.
                                I request you to intervene in this issue to find out who has redeemed my coupen. I am sure, your latest system can easily find out that information.

                                When call in any number all says that all lines to this route are busy please try after some time .plz do some thing the I call to Jio coustmercare they are not responding call and it happens always not a problem of single day, it's not my problem it's problem of every Jio user so plz do some thing for us
                                I face to much problem in calling from Jio to other company I tried 25 to 30 times and once call is connected. I Face call failed as well as All lines are busy in this route and I tried customer care that is also not responding about half an hour.
                                Reliance digital xpress wala apne hi logo ko token de rahe hai jio sim k liye nagpur me uper se helpline pe cal nhi lete jio wala..koi management naam ki chiz hi nahi ..uper se blackmarketing bhi ho rahi hai nagpur ...kya yeh hai digital india...???

                                    I got a sim no [protected] on 29.08.2016 from reliance dealer at orai jalaun & got a message on 09.09.2016 that your order no N00000079UB9 but it is very shameful that my sim is not activate on 13th September 2016 I have complaint by email to Jio.investor.[protected]@ril.com & also [protected]@ril.com on several time but do not get any satisfactory answer please resolve my complaint

                                    Those who got the sim are very lucky. In my city even though sims are in stock they are not providing jio sim card from both the retailers and jio centers. Can anybody send me some numbers or email which are legitimate to answers the call and take some action against this kind of activity. Plz help guys.

                                      Sir..there are some distributors who are not distributing sim card to customers by saying that sim card is out of stock.. bt they are giving sim if we buy a phone set from them... i complaint them with main office also bt they did nt gave a satisfactory reply... sr plz help me out... some of the distributors are BORTHAKUR AGENCY AND JAIN COMPUTERS... I went to the main office also bt there reply was that sim card will be given with LYF handsets...
