I have a Samsung galaxy j7 phone. I purchased a jio sim before 2 week but download speed is not good why. i get only 30-50 kbps speed only. this is 4gLTE. this speed is't good for 4g LTE. I don't think so this is 4g LTE. Please tell me about jio download and upload speed. how much is he? how much downlaod data are you giving us?

    Dear Sir,

    With reference to the above subject, I had managed to get two sim cards of Reliance Jio on 29/08/2016. The Sim numbers are [protected] / [protected]. These Sims were then activated on 11/09/2016. As per the "PREVIEW OFFER", I should get to access free Unlimited 4G Data till December 2016. But after surfing of 2GB, I am getting a massage that " You have exhausted your account balance / Credit Limit - Prepaid User / Recharge & Postpaid Users /Recharge". I had called the customer care no. "198" about 15-20 times, but I didn't got a single response from your end.

    I would like to know, when I will get free 4G data till December 2016????? Is Reliance making fool in name of Free 4G data till December 2016 to all!!!
    Same problem with me... But I don't know whts d problem same message show in my browser. If anybody have solution so pls rqst to you provide ASAP.

      The attitude and behaviour of jio distributor at sadar branch jhansi is very rude and lacking customer orientation in totality. Moreover they are just delaying the date of sim delivery on every visit. What is the check company is having on the diatribution ??

          This is inform to u that actually I've complaint about regarding of my Reliance Jio sim
          [protected], Last two ✌ days ago I've huge problem unable to use data & voice properly why I don't know!??? When I've tried to call any number I've got error prompt in maximum time ⌚ and data was very slow ⛚ below 3g...

          Here with I would like to forward you some shocking facts about the Reliance Communication Customer Care .. And would like to tell you that, it's the worst ever I had such customer service experience and frustrated with your horrendous service..I congratulate you on successfully delivering pathetic and a disgraceful service to a daily basis of GOLD customer however I've tried to called 198 from my Jio Sim but 30mints over still continue IVR but I'm not talk no more representative, why u guys are totally working very delay???So, u thinking so that i'm not a valuable customer for your end!👿👿👿

          Please look into matter immediately and resolved this issued as soon as possible and call 📞 back my number 🔢..

                    My name is Susheel Thakur and iam from Hyderabad. I bought reliance wifi device along with 2 sim cards on 28th Aug 2016 from Reliance Digital stores at Attapur, Hyderabad.

                    I submitted all relevant proof of address like driving licence, PAN Card, electricity bill. Since then not less than 3 times i've been to Reeliance Digital store at Attapur Hyderabad. Telangana state.

                    I request full refund of device cost for Rs 2900/- as i am fed up following up wit your customer service staff who were rude to me and md. Sohail store manager ask me to do what ever i want ...this is no where i expect from reliance. Iam British citizen with OCI and iam going to International consumer rights protection cell and Consumer Court Hyderabad to register a formal complaint unless i get favourable response in next 72hours.

                    I can be contacted on my mobile. I urge discplinary action against your staff and store manager at Attapur, Hyderabad.

                      I purchased LYF Wind 6 with Reliance Jio Sim from Local Mobile Store Indore on 03/09/2016. They submitted my Reliance Jio Form. they give me sim [protected] and tell us sim started in 2-3 days . but i didn't get any confirmation message on my alternate number [protected]. so kindly activate my jio sim. when i call reliance store they not receive any call, and when i call customer care hey also not received.and also [protected]@jio.com not responding

                        This is my 4th complain and I didn't get any productive response.

                        I gave documents for Jio Sim before 10 days and I got the Sim but there is no network in the Sim.

                        I called at Jio Customer Complain Number and they replied that my documents were not submitted,
                        then I share name and contact number of Jio's salesperson who took my documents.
                        Then they said that this facility is not in their system and they can't do anything, simply I had to wait.

                        Very unfriendly service, irresponsibilities, poor process speed. A Trap on the Name of Free.

                          I have purchased one mob set from m/s lavish comm kaithal inv no 1096 dt 10/9/2016 for rs 4600/-. But the sim has not been activated by the dealer till date. When i confirm from local office it was informed that sim code has already been used by some other person. It is very harassing & furstrating like the company of your reputed.                               Before 2-3 days I went to 'Rhythm Store' at Aghoriya Bazaar, Muzaffarpur (PIN-842002) where Jio sim are being sold. I asked one of the man at the store for sim and he said that I have to pay ₹200 for the sim. But according to the 'Reliance JIO' co. the sim will be sold for free.                                     I bought a new mobile only for jio i did not have 4g set then i bought neq one .
                                    i got code and give 200 rupees to shopkeeper for get the sim . i got my sim at same time but he told me it will activate after 15 days
                                    after completing that days i went to jio office they gave me token no. and te me for wait after waiting 3 to 4 hours when it was my no. they told me your is rejected due to sign and after it shopkeeper gave me my id, form and told me for visit center again i went there they told me for sign i did it 3 to 4 times then they told me this id will not process because to much signature i had to go to shop got stem again aland after it they was telling me for rejection
                                    i spent morethen 200rupees petrol and time
                                    it was my last step what i did i throw my sim and still my mobile is not in use so i am going to sell it
                                    i got loss from jio and mobile
                                    it is tooo thirdclass thing
                                    i will never suggest to anyone ti buy this sim
