I Purchased Jio sim from bhatia shop, Bambawadi, Surat @ the time of purchasing sim They Told me the sim activated within 4 days and its my 26th day and till jio sim not activated. not yet they sold This sim @ Cost but on sim packet written "not for Sale". now a days they are told to customers that his sim also not to be activated what can they do. from the law what can i do?? Plz suggest!! now a days they also sold this sim @ Cost.

Network 4g is very low place Fatehpur .. I m using reliance which I purchased a month ago . 4g speed is very slow I m not able to do my official work .and when I use you tube etc it starts buffering it's very unusual .when reliance gives add they shows its more then enough ...but all this things are fake ...reliance is making fool it's network is worst then 3g or any other network

My name manjunath, sir i got jio sim before 15 days back in reliance digital showroom in bannergatta road hulimavu gate bangalore76.after i given kyc document and bar code everything they have given sim for me that is [protected] and bar code is [protected], but its already over 15 days butt still im not get any sms any call from jio care and i have visited that showroom where i brought sim but they r not ready to give any information about my sim activation they have trieted like pool of me.so i would like to request you please i want to know why my sim still not activated and im not ready to lost my kyc document in that side, please if i want to know the status what should i do sir beacuse im trying to call all that toll free nuber and sent email also but there is no information, so please do some needfull for me.

Sir I visit reliance jio store many times I am tired but jio Sim is not given to me and staff member said Sim is out of stock and server down.so please help me to provide jio sim.Please solve my problem as soon as possible I am already customer of reliance use reliance number then firstly give the Sim to reliance customers.please take action fastly.

I have went reliance office banda up three times but sim is not provided and office worker make bahana that sim not available, time has passed and etc. I am bank employee so i have no so more time that i still full day.
i have requseted to office worker to him that provided me a jio sim . i have adhar card and pass port size photo but your employee are not providing sim.
please direct them to do so.

They told me to purchase a mifi device to get the reliance Jio services... Fine .. I purchased one device on 4/09/2016... Then I purchased the sim from the same reliance digital store on 05/08/2016 .. They told me that within 48 working hours your sim will be started ... I got the verification call after 1 day ... The verification was done but still ... Forget about 48 or 72 hours... It's been 12 days and my Jio sim has not started yet ... And when I call them about the same their answer was even shocking ... Sir, it's not our concern talk to Jio ... Was it better to be with the Airtel ? Should I trust Airtel again for the best service in India ?

I have purchased sim contact no. [protected] on 25.08.2016 but till now even message of televerification also iss pending, no response from customer care . It is really disgusting that I'm waiting for activisation of a damn sim since last 22 days . If this is your level of services then thanx to my vodafone no. [protected] and airtel no. [protected] . Both the companies have actividad my sim on same day and you ... Oh my god ...22 days ...even waiting

I can't believe i trusted you guys, I paid 5, 000 Rs to buy Lyf Flame Mobile with 3 Months unlimited 4G Internet Data.
But what i Get ??
i am getting only 15-20 KBps speed. WTH ??
even 5 MB songs gets 6-7 Minutes to download ??
even my 3G connection is giving me 600+ KB/s speed ??
And you know i am getting full speed in "Youtube". Yes 2-3 MBps easily in Youtube only..

I have got bar chart for reliance 4G jio sim vide coupon code no.- [protected], but the local authority (mobile shop) told me that 4G Sim is not in stock, and also told that sim my be available after 10 to 12 days. I do not no what is the actual situation regarding availability of sim. Please take necessary action if they miss guide.

Your company is not able to provide sim cards to consumer's what's this only 10 sim cards are given per day and then all of the sudden we come to know stock is empty you need costumers or not.
And mini store workers are also mis behave with the consumer's. All I mean to say that agar logo ko sim dena hi nai tha th nautanki karne ki kya jarurat thi .

I have purchased a JioFi connection with JioFi router device on 05 Sept 2016 by paying Rs 1999. On 06 Sept 2016 the Jio wifi connection got activated and on 08 Sept 2016 my connection is not working.
After connecting JioFi wifi connection to any device, it is showing the only message balance exhaust. Despite the reliance welcome offer, I tried to make online payment so that my connection will be activated. Every time the payment window showing that no payment is required as the welcome offer is valid till 31 Dec 2016.
I tried to call Reliance customer care at least 50 times, but not a single time I was connected to call center.
I have written complaint mail on their customer care email address thrice, to my surprise this system is big joke than call center. Every time I got reply only that their is technical error, but nothing written in it who and when the issue will be resolved.
I have totally lost faith on their big advertisements. I don't know are they going to activate the services?
