Dear Jio team,
This to inform you that the we are your jio prime member from the date of 25.03.2017 and my JIO Number is [protected]
Today i am going to recharge option with paytm site as per paytm record my recharge is successful but recharge status is from Jio Waiting for operator confirmation.
Further, I request you to please confirm my recharge of RS.303/-
Hence; go through the below recharge details.

i vinod singh recharged my jio no [protected] on 7/3/17 for jio prime through jio mony via my debit card.
but the transaction got failed and money was debited in my account.and i was not subscribed to jio prime.
i have called your customer care several times.your customer care are pathetic .they keep on asking to contact bank and told me to get transaction id.
i had contacted bank they have said that there is no such transaction id for such transaction.

i mahendra singh pal recharged my jio no [protected] on 6/3/17 for jio prime through jio website via my debit card.
but the transaction got failed and money was debited in my account.and i was not subscribed to jio prime.
i have called your customer care several times.your customer care are pathetic .they keep on asking to contact bank and told me to get transaction id.
i had contacted bank they have said that there is no such transaction id for such transaction.
the problem is from jio server not bank server.
