1.i have a tarif at my network of std calling to b 35paisa..but since 5 days they r charging 75 paisa. 2. i have a tarif of ful tt in 74 rs...since 2 months they r not giving it. 3. 4 days before i got an offer to recharge the number in 150 rs ill get 157..but i only got 130..

    Yesterday(21 march 2015), I recevied a message on my mobile no [protected] which shows that a caller tune has renewed at RS 30 without showing any reason.when i complained against this problem to customer care .they tell me that amount will not be refunded.it is in regular practice

      I registered for the wireline connection Thunder 1099 on. Your sales person came and filled all the documents and took an amount of 1800 Rs. which were the charges for the connection + the installation charges on 10th Feb 2015. He said that the connection will installed next week. I waited for a week and nothing happened. I then started calling him after 2-3 days and he used to say that he is coming but never did. Till now I have not received a connection. That is exactly 42 days later. This guy's phone number is - [protected] I want a refund as if your service is so pathetic even at installation times, you might not even bother when I get any technical problem.

        Reliance Communications is continously cheating me with wrong deduction of their callertune service which I HAVE NEVER SUBSCRIBER FOR. From last 4 months, it's been a headache to call customer service again and again to get refund. I have requested N number of times to deactivate my default reliance caller tune jingle also. But, whenever I recharge my account, these deduct my caller tune rental. Customer service has already noted my complaints but still there seems to be no resolution to this. Continously, my balance is getting deducted every random or consecutive months saying that caller tune service is activated. I run of of balance to make calls(which is a basic requirement of buying a cellular service) REMOVE CALLER TUNE SERVICE FOREVER FROM MY ACCOUNT. EVEN REMOVE CHEAP RELIANCE CALLER TUNE JINGLE. PLUS, REFUND MY 30 RUPEES FOR THIS MONTH DEDUCTION SINCE I HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED DEACTIVATION CONFIRMATION ON 16-FEB 2015 05:59:11 AM. " Dear Reliance Customer, you have now unsubscribed to the Callertunes service." Also, I want someone to file a case in consumer forum against these cheap methods done by reliance Communications. Its a repetitive issue and against consumers favour.

          My balance of Rs13.5 was wrongly charged for internet uses inspite of having data balance at 19/3/15 at 9:49pm . I called the costomer care and ask for complaint, they accepted my complaint of Service no.[protected] and said that your problem will be solved in 6 hours . I called many times to customer care, they only say "your request is under process" but i never get my request solved. Today is 4 days from my request, and I am still waiting for my request to processed . Please I am still requesting to look fir my problem

            I had got a 90 days internet pack from reliance in 5-Jan-2015, which is either not connecting or disconnecting frequently. I complained to reliance about this. (SR No.[protected]. I got a response from reliance that your problem has been resolved. Interestingly my internet came only for one day and then gave problem as before. I called up reliance helpline, no help from them. Wrote my problems through emails and submitted through their web interface. Four days back I got a response that "We have registered your complaint with service request ID:[protected] on 17/03/15 and it will be resolved within 3 working days from the date of complaint registered." It is sad to see that 3 days have been passed and nothing has been resolved yet. I have suffered for two and half months which is much greater loss than the the money paid for the internet. It is sad to see that big companies like reliance are living by exploiting small and poor customers like us.

              Hi my name is Divyanshu Jena.I recharged my no [protected] with ₹147 unlimited 2g net pack with 30 days validity on 20/03/15 but after recharging it showed validity upto 21/03/15 i.e. one day only.I have called customer care many a times but nothing has been resolved since.Every time I tell my whole problem they would transfer the call to their senior and then nobody shows from other side.I just want what I paid for or else I will have no choice but to port to some other Service Provider.

                Hi, I have got a mail from the advocate on behalf of reliance communications regarding the bill payment of outstanding amount of Rs1996. Reliance wants me to attend the conciliation camp on 25th March. But the thing is that i have already intimated them via mail from my official mail id to disconnect my data card post paid connection, as it was taken for official purpose only. The same data card has already been submitted to the office as they are the sole owner of that data card. Please let me know why i will get harassed if i do not get any acknowledge mail from reliance and after 3-4 months they are harassing me. I have neither received any calls on my mobile to submit the bill amount. My reliance no. is [protected] and account no. is[protected]. Regards, Debottam

                  Dear Team, This is Gaurav Singh. My Mobile No. is [protected]. Yesterday I recharged night pack worth of 69 /. Yesterday I called on mobile no. [protected]. from 11:07 pm to 12:37 am. Duration of call was 90 min. After 90 min my call automatically disconnected. Than I checked my main balance there is no deduction from my balance. Again I called on same mobile no.- [protected]. from 12:38 am. than I disconnected the call after 68 min. and 18 seconds. After that I did not get any amount deduction sms from the co. When morning I checked my main balance than 80 / deducted from the my main balance. Than I called to customer care to solved my query but they told me that because of yugadi festival in Karnataka. The all call will charge from today morning 12:00 am to night 11:59 pm. If it so than there was no deduction for my first call which was disconnected at 12:37am. After that I checked my main balance there no deduction than I again decide to call for that they deduct 80/. So please stop to unnecessary deduction of amount from the customer account. I want to return back my 80/ in my account. if you do like this with your valuable customer than there is no use of stay with this network. These things make the customer full disappointed from the co. service. I have attached the call history of yesterday both calls.                         I terminated my reliance net connect connection about a 10 month ago in May 2014. I had requested for this on 12th May despite of that I paid the for that month cycle, At that time I had cleared the outstanding amount and they had also confirmed that your out standing amount is 0.00 . After that no any bill raised by them (Reliance) but now I am surprised to receive the following extremely very bad mail from Reliance, threatening to take legal action against me for non-payment of the amount Rs. 518. But now when I am asking the detail from reliance communication they are not replying for anything, I used reliance services around 2.5 years and never delayed any payment raised by them, just wondering about the kind of behavior of reliance communication treated by their customers.                           I change my one of my postpaid connection ([protected])to Airtel, Due to request rejection a guy at web world said me to deposit advance amount equal to a bill that will be refunded with security deposit by cheque. But after 5 month it is not refunded, One month ago I wrote to customer care they also said to me it will be refunded in next 3 days, but still waiting for refund.My Mobile alternet number is [protected]

                            I recharged a reliance GSM Delhi no. [protected] of Rs. 491 from my Paytm ID [protected]@gmail.com. As per this recharge beneficery should get 15 GB internet data for a period of 6 months. Recharge success message has been received from Reliance, but no data has been received. We tried to contact Reliance customer care at 198, *333 many times but every time a negetive response has been recived. Now they blocked both [protected] & my no. [protected] to contact customer care. both no. auto- disconnects at option of customer care call. Plz resolve the issue.

                              I want to port out from Reliance and have generate 5 porting codes in last 4 months. Reliance is not allowing me to port and give void reasons against it. I have cleared my all dues on time and its my final decision to port out from the Reliance Postpaid connection. KIndly help me in porting out from reliance.

                                I recharged ₹197 on 17feb, as reliance offer if you recharged 197 you'll get extra data That is if India won you'll get India's total score×4 data. But i haven't received any data. And customer service is not helping me. Worst service I have ever seen. I'm going to complain on consumer court. My no is [protected]

The actual usage is for Rs. 300/-. The incorrect amount in the invoice is Rs. 268/-. Out of which, you have done adjustment for Rs. 200/-(after confirmation of payment I made payment of Rs. 400. Invoice generated on 18-Feb-2015:- The invoice incorporated the late payment charges amounting to Rs. 100 which is totally unjustified. Invoice generated on 18-Mar-2015:- This invoice also incorporated the late payment charges amounting to Rs. 100 which is totally unjustified. From18-Jan-2015 the matter is on dispute, how can they levy late payment charges in the month of Feb and Mar 2015. Further Rs. 200 was reversed on account of wrong bill generated in the month of January 2015. I have once again requested them to reverse the late payment charges levied in the month of February and March2015. Also note that for the maximum period the services were deactivated inthe month of February and March. They can check the usage in the account.

                                    Hello sir, I need help for against ur customer help service, my net not working before recharging and after recharging I call then customer care *333 in GPRS department but they are not helping me and they talk unsatisfied language and some rough words in panjabi nd i recharge again with 51 rs bt my net pack not working so what I do due to this I nt completed my work and I'm very said and I'm not prefer to use reliance service to other for ur customer care services so i[censored] help and try to give my last net recharge balance and improve ur care services as soon as possible.                                       sim blocked since last 4 days without prior notice or sms alert. can't even connect to customer care. this is ridiculous calling from other phone but reliance customer care is very bad simply disconnected the call. trying to call since last 2 days. please do the needful ASAP. or else i have to switch to other service.
