This is to inform one and all about RCOM's tactics at harassing people, even if they are not RCOM customers. One of their consumer's with subscription number [protected] has furnished wrong contact details with the company and instead of sending him ebills for payments, the RCOM collections guys call and send messages for bill payments, although I'm not a customer of theirs. I have informed the agents and their customer care umpteen number of times and the customer care is audacious enough to not take a request when I called them to rectify this. Once again, I AM NOT A CONSUMER OF RCOM's products or services and I am not the owner of the device or service related to the number furnished above. I request the right authorities at RCOM to look into this matter at the earliest or face legal consequences.

    I got irritated because of all these calls, minimum 10 to 15 time they call me everyday & inspite of deactiving DND service they don't restrained to call me.when i tried to contact customer care its never available so i'm helpless & don't know how to get rid of it, please help me. i have uploaded photo which showing that whithin 1to 2 hour they called me 6-7 times

      Sir, Here I want to inform you that there is no any battery backup or inverter at the DLC site from where the broadband & landline phone lines are distribute to my area. So, when the power cut off in my area the phone & broadband connection gets off for long time. I am facing this problem from last 10 days & I have make several complains to reliance customer care & also e-mailed them about this problem.. They have only one answer "It will resolve in 24 hours" but they are not doing for battery backup problem. Please do something.

        It started 5 6 months back. Suddenly they started charging me Rs 3 for unknown reason. I called them and then they discontinued it, but now since two month, it is again started, I talked to the customer care executive and he assured me that it wont happen again. Two days after, it started happening again

          Time and again i have requested you (sharma.[protected]@relianceada.com, vishal.[protected]@relianceada.com) to solve my network problem. From yesterday i am not getting the signal at the following location.

          1. Rampur Ghat, Paonta Sahib-173025 Distt-Sirmour (HP)
          2. Surya Colony Paonta Sahib-173025 Distt-Sirmour (HP)

          It is showing "no service" at my IPHONE.

          Please note from APril'2014 i am not able to use the IPHONE package properly, what the use to take pre plan for 2 yrs. I have follow up Mr. Vikas & Mr. Vishal from last three years


          You are therefore requesting to resolve the problem.

          Please look into this matter and resolve the issue.

            Dear sir/madam, my self Anita minz, I have CDMA reliance no [protected].( kolkata circle) I'm recharge Rs.55 at 03/07/2014, it was finish 04/07/2014 while I'm not talk more time so i am try to contact customer care to why my mobile money balance much deducted, but it was very very tough task to connect customer care ultimately I'm fail to connect it. after that I was visited near reliance web world and ask him my mobile money balance so much deducted so what is fault in this number? they did not tale any thing but they suggest i[censored] will recharge special tariff then call rate down so i'm recharge special tariff Rs.28 at 04/07/2014 after that no any changes happen. when i'm local call it will deduct 1Rs. per minute, it is too expensive for me, it is unfair with me. so please check my mobile no. and find what is fault. please check it and solve as soon as possible. thanking you!               Dear Sir/Madam, I have a Reliance PCO number [protected] from last 3 Years. Currently incoming is working fine but Now I am facing outgoing problem on the same number. When I make a out going call from same number, getting a IVR voice "because of location change, not able to make a outgoing call". I am facing this problem last 6-7 months and registered a complain many times in Reliance customer care also. Last complain numbers are: [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] On yesterday, I had registered another complain ;[protected] as well as same query send on their customer care also, but they have never replied properly of the mails. As per reliance customer care executive, for this problem I have to visit Reliance dealer in Kanpur but the dealer's number they has provided me don't have dealership of reliance.                   Since a week ago I purchased this sim frm tht day onwards I m facing network prblm I called svreal times bt it is of no use still I m facing network prblm for tht im unable to acess gprs. When I purchased yhis new sim I got msg tht compny gave u 1GB data free for 2 months nd now cce told me ki itns only for 1 month it is absolutely cheating. Reliance is sich a big compny how could they do with yhe vustomers. plz help nd plz solve network issue. thankyou

                    I activated Rs 37 gprs pack on 05/07/2014 which offered Free Facebook, Twiiter and Whatsapp for 30days.Upon the activation of the pack I realised my Main balance was being deducted and was reduced to Re.0.05.When i contacted the customer care an executive by the name Abhay Singh I was informed that since my Handset doesnt support disabling background data usage everytime i enable packet data balance from my main account will be deducted and being a customer it was my duty to know the terms and conditions before activating such plans.When i informed the customer care executive that no such conditions have been spelled out in the official site of the company from where i activated the said pack Abhay Singh informed me that such informations are not available on such website and such information is provided only upon specific enquiries being made by the customer.When i asked for a refund of my main balance so deducted as well as the net pack amount of Rs 37 he flatly refused such reversal and said its not possible for the executive to do so.When I wanted to lodge an official complaint against this issue he Informed me that complaints on this matter cannot be taken.Thus denying me the chance to lodge a complaint and have a docket number.He also curtly informed me that since i wanted the docket number for approaching a Consumer Forum I should have the knowledge that such docket numbers are not required.Such sort of attitude is totally unasked for.------- Anuj Singh ([protected]), Kolkata

                          Dear all, I am a eight years old customer of reliance wire line phone service. Past Eight years my monthly bill used to Rs. 500.00 to 700.00 per month. Suddenly in the month Feb-14 and Mar-14, I received the bill of Rs. 2500.00 plus. I made a complaint and asked them to provide detailed bill. Reliance have not given any reply, their mail is informing the customer as " Our representative will contact you or reliance will reply soon" Actually nothing will happen from Reliance. However, I cleared all my dues instead fighting with them. Oh.. Again I received Rs. 2500.00 bill for the month of May-June-14. Again I complaint the same, No use... Neither they provides item wised bill nor inform the customer what is happening? we both myself and my wife never used the phone for more than 25 calls in a month. Dear others, Please be careful Mari

                            This is nirav from pune, my reliance Broadband+ postpaid number is [protected]. On my datacard 5gb day 5gb data plan is activated, as per this plan I am getting 5gb data usage for day & 5gb for night at monthly charge of Rs. 500. My last month bill was generated on 25th of May for Rs. 1400, when I have checked the bill I found that reliance has charged me extra rupees for extra data usage so I have checked my data usage details from myservice webiste. Also I have a software installed on my laptop to track data usage, when I compared this two data usage records I have found that relaince has wrongly counted data usage for last few days of billing cycle, according to them I have used extra 1gb data usage. Normally I used to ricieve a text message from reliance if my data usage exceeds than allocated data usage but this time I have not get any such alert message from reliance if they have send such message then I could have stop using it further. From date after bill generated I have make many complains to reliance customer care (Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com) regarding to this but they did not respond on time so after that I have make complain to reliance appellate authority Maharashtra(Rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com) & finally got some response from them. 1. Reliance appellate authority has told me that data usage shown on myservice website is approximate but as a user we don't have any other way to check data usage, I have asked them to provide me CDR(call detail records) but after 10 days still I have not recived it from them. 2. On telephonic discussion with Reliance appellate authority, they admitted that there is some issue from there side that they could not send me alert message regarding to exceeds data usage but still they are not ready to wave the bill. From last few days I am constantly following Reliance customer care & Reliance appellate authority Maharashtra for resolving this issue but it seems they are not in mood to listen anything. This is the worst service I have ever experience even appellate authority are not doint anything.

                            On my request to customer care after 15 days I got the CDR details for my last billing cycle(25th May to 24th June) I checked that & found that its almost similar to what i have from myservice website.

                            1. As per CDR details on 19th June 1.3GB data downloaded in just 80 mins, on 20th June 1.5 GB data has been downloaded in just 90mins and on 22nd of June 1GB data downloaded in just 115mins, that's totally wrong I never get that much good speed in my device and its also looks impractical in 2G wireless device.
                            2. As I have mentioned in my earlier mail that I have not received any kind of alert message from reliance regarding to exceed data usage.

                                My Reliance Mobile ([protected], Hyderabad ) was down the service from the past 3 days. no outgoings-no incoming-no messages-no signal-failed to register-busy now-thanks to the worst services by reliance company. i was not able to call customer care as well. Even my friends who are having Reliance are experiencing the same Problem.

                                    I have a balance of rs 904/- on 1/7/14 night at 11.30pm very next day morning i found that my balance was nil then i talked to customer care of this company and lodged a complaint. They took a complain and told me that your balance would be reverted after verification of reason of deduction of amount .Today i got a message that your complain is resolve then again i talked to customer care name mr rakesh he told me that out of rs. 904/- my balance company revert me appx rs. 635/- and rest of amount is forfieted then i ask that why rest of amount is forfieted i want to talk to your sr. Executive person then he transfer the fone line and after few minutes line is auto disconnected. I try again to c care of this company and then talk with mr mir islam he repeat samething all conversation as recording then i warn him that i go to cunsumer forum and file a fraudulent case against your company then he file a complain against this problem again and told me that sir we are trying to revert your full refund so sir this is my humble request that i want to strict action against this company and take some necessary and hard action against this company (Reliance gsm).And return my full amount.

                                      I have an prepaid connection no. [protected] since last 2 years (Sim no.[protected] from indore m.P.On dated 03/07/14 my connection is deactivated.When i was call to customer care by my another no he said i don’t have any reason in my system, i ask him why my connection is deactivated he has no answer?
                                      From your side my prepaid connection is deactivated or suspended, kindly check my connection status & my request to you please do needful & activate my no.As early as possible.

                                        Sir I'm a reliance gsm user. I activated reliance 3g pack of rupees 156, in which they mentioned that 1 gb 3g data will be given. But from last few days, when my data remaining was 400+ mb, i was experiencing very poor internet speed (even less than a 2g pack). When i checked my data balance today, i saw 350 mb remaining in my 3g data, 490 mb remaining in my 2g data and 0 mb remaining in fair usage data. Then i googled for fair usage policy. It simply states that a user will be provided certain amount of data as high speed internet and after that, normal speed will be given. They did not tell me about the criteria of data. After all this mental trauma, i again subscribed for a 3g pack of rupees 73, in which my operator promised me for 1 gb 3g data. But even after installing a new 3g pack, i'm getting a very pathetic speed, same as before. And when i checked my data balance, it was now 1347 mb in 3g data, 490 mb in 2g data and 0 mb in fair usage data. I don't know what do my operator MEAN by fair usage policy. But i think they have to pay me that speed back or else this application will not just stick to a complaint forum, it'll then go to the consumer court. In addition, it is my utter duty to inform you that i tried endless times to connect to their customer care executive and to share my problems with them, but after waiting on hold mode for about 30-40 minutes, their IVRS automatically disconnects my call. So there is no customer support in this company. Also they've deduced some non-sense VAS service charges without my request. I have all those messages in which they've deduced 10+3+3+10+10=36 rupees from my mobile account. I want that money back. Sincerely Shivaji Mahendra [protected] P.S. (To company officials): You should've taken up this company to new heights. But your cheap behaviour will ruin this company one day. Anyways, it's not my duty to teach you business ethics, still if you fail to process my complaint, you will lose one customer and then others too, step by step.
