Reliance — Number portability | |||
My name is kamal verma and i had applied for number portability from idea to reliance on 29-april-2016 (Acknowledgement receipt number is[protected]. The number is [protected] But the number is not started yet. I have followed up many a times with reliance people (Reliance it park chandigarh - [protected], reliance sales point sector 15 panchkula - [protected] and 3rd party address verification person mr. Arvind - [protected]) but of no use. Sometimes, i am told that the address verification is negative whereas i have many a times told that the address re-verification has been successfully completed on 07-may-2016 by mr. Arvind (Contact number - [protected]) I have suffered a lot for this delay and negligence from reliance team and i don't understand why this is happening to me.
