Dear sirs,

This is my 15th reminder email to your office with regards to my old currency deposited with you as per the demonetization scheme of the government.

Please refer to my receipt no. E 23 dated 02.02.2017, a scan copy of which is also enclosed/attached for your ready reference.

The facts about my being out of the country from november 2016 to january 2017 is also known to you and all evidence towards the same has also been provided to you. Inspite of all this it is unfortunate that i have still not received credit of my money in my account.

Please understand that almost a 7 months have passed since my submission and i notice that other people who i know have submitted their monies well after i had done have already received their money into their accounts.

In case you require any further clarification or information in this regard do contact me on this email.

I hope you will look into the matter without any further delay and conclude my matter as soon as possible.

With reference to your reply/(thanks for same) as below.

Kindly check I have submitted my documents of travel during the period of 4th November 2016 to 11th January 2017 also the currency submitted was with me during travel which I had planned to spend on arrival back home at the AIRPORT.

Also when I am not in country how can it be possible for me to use the facility?

I could not courier the currency as it is not allowed or en cash at any other country, also if this is unpaid this is depriving a true INDIAN whose hard earned money is unpaid.

Request you to recheck the same, and pay me my due amount of Rs.18500/= paid wide receipt no. E-23 dated February 02, 2017.

    Sir i am a student. I have an account in sbi branch and i don't like you policy of deducting balance from any one who have minimum balance criteria. I am a student and my family back ground is very low. My father doesn't afford more balance so i have no enough balance to keep in my account and remaining are deducting just like garibo ka paisa lutana.

      I paid electricity bill using paytm. As per their offer used their promocode lakhpati. As per their norms 48 hrs they need to declare the result if i am winning the offer. So after 48 hrs i quarried if i am winning. They did not reply properly. They just send their rules. I again asked them the rules you send have been followed only then transaction of electricity bill payment was completed by your wallet paytm. Hence now you the people in paytm team should clear winning position on lakhpati offer issue because after 48 hrs of transaction waiting time is over. On your silence my win is proven. But they are still silent.

      So paytm silence is challenging. They must pay me the lakhpati offer.14/09/17 the transaction date has well beyond 48 hrs. Hence this complain.

      Please solve the problem.

      Paytm was complained on lakhpati offer issue. It was supposed to consider me a winner of lakhpati offer on September 2017 electricity bill payment to CSPDCL with its lakhpati offer as promocode. But this company paytm is not replying properly. This is now a case public cheating hence hence complain was given to RBI. Enough time (more than seven ) gone but paytm did not reply.One complain no was also issued by RBI

        Today i got a call from an unknown number ([protected]). He told me he is calling from rbi and my atm card is blocked as i have not updated my kyc in the bank. He asked me for some details relating to my atm card like expiry date, card number etc.
        I disconnected the call as i felt it is a fraudulent call. They called me again but i didn't pick the call.

          Hlo i am harsemonjot kaur. I have a saving account in axis bank. I have made a oversea transaction of 10200 canadian dollar from this account on 18 september 2017. The canadian dollar rate on that day was 52.32 rupee. So the amount of 533, 664 should be deducted from my account but they have deducted a amount of 563, 000 approximately. I have called the customer service and asked the branch manager about this kind of deduction but there is no response from them. They have no explanation for this. I want to take action against this bank.

          Please help me and solve my problem

                My name is amandeep aingh bagga. I have 1 account in sbi bank in patrakar colony branch indore.. I was not maintating minimum balance of rs. 5000 from last 4-5 months so according to sbi charges 100 per month so they can deduct around 400-500 rs, but they deducted 1000 rs and not giving any proper response.. Please help me giving my money back i am poor student.. Please help me.

                  H/sir,
                  For a low salary employees face difficulties to get home loan from banks.in pvt. Sector, employer not given form 16, in other hand below 20000 salary/month no any tax deduct in salary that's why not eligible for file income tax. Banks demand documents for home loan form 16 or it return of last three years.in other hand bank given loan against property mortgage, if employee service in other state bank refuse to provide home loan. Some banks made a limit of 30km of range of address proof.
                  Home loan which bank provide to any customer not over the valuation of flat it's always below. Why banks are hesitate to provide home loan to low salary employees. Or banks always find vijay malya type customers who provide banks representatives extra indirect incentives as commission.
                  Kindly attention rbi please think about low salaried employees for easy home loan with miming documents.

                    Dear sir,
                    I am a regular customer of online banking and using the same from last 15 years. Now since we are promoting digitilization and encouraging people to do online transaction why are we charging them for the same. Our own state run bank "state bank of india" charges for doing any online transfer like neft/rtgs/imps. When we are promoting this and want to make this a habit in every indian then why we should charge money for this. I can issue chq which will be cleared free of charge. My request you is to please look into this and try to get a solution.

                      Hello sir/ma'am

                      A neft of rs 20000/- was done from my account branch tps vaishali nagar, central bank of india, jaipur. From account number [protected] in the name of shree radhey govind enterprises due to wrong/other branch ifsc code amount amount was not credited in the desired account and neft was settled so we received a application from account holder regarding refund of amount. On date 8/9/2017.

                      I went to branch and told them about the incident but they are not giving me proper response after insisting they said we will mail to pnb and from on response pnb we will credit your account but still i am not getting response after 20 days today i went there but they told we didn't get reply from pnb.

                      I also went to pnb bank but they saying central bank will resolve our problem and central bank is saying pnb will do sir now what can i do???

                        Hi - i have been following up with rbi after handing over my old notes. It's 9 months now but the money is still not deposited into my account. Now even the staff is not responding to my queries.. I even visited mumbai from baroda to meet rbi official.. But nothing is resolved.. It is quite surprising that an esteemed organisation like rbi is not able to handle such small legitimate matter. Please credit my amount 29000 inr into my account asap.

                          Hi team,

                          This complaint is to bring you my concern to your notice on icici bank. As the service provided by icici bank regarding the request number sr[protected] was so discriminating and which is about fraud transaction had done on my debit card with the amount of rs.8342/- on 20th of sep 2017 (Complaint raised in icici bank on the same day with dispute forms).

                          Icici investigation team have closed the request before intimating me any status on the request. Post my call they simply saying it’s not the bank responsibility to check from back end and wanted me to raise a compliant from cybercrime team after 6 days of my complaint raised.

                          Please do needful and kindly take adequate action on this complaint to prevent before any other related kind of incidents have faced by other customers.

But from this Number No any response .for this what i can do?

                                    Please take action against these spammers.

                                        There were many fixed deposits of our whole family which we had deposited with the ucc cooperative bank situated in 80 feet road, kanpur but due to some unforeseen contingencies, the bank ran into financial troubles and was declared bankrupt and d owners ran into financial troubles, we have not received our hard earned money till now, though we were promised that now d rbi will look over this matter.
