          Sir/madam,
Please send instructions to banks to link aadhar if surname appears at the end of first name in bank account and surname appears in the beginning of first name in aadhar card. Rejection of linking aadhar with bank account on this mismatch is causing much inconvenience to elderly and sickly persons who find difficult going to the bank or aadhar office to get mismatch set right.
          With kindest regards,

Since many days when i was travelling in share auto in hyderbad lb nagar, i was observing that auto drivers in lb nagar hyderabad are not accepting the 10rs coins and spreading fake rumors about 10rs coins are banned by public. The auto drivers are giving the 10rs coins which are left with them to the passengers but they are not accepting them from the passengers. So the passengers are thinking that coins are still in ban. When i was returning back to home i have only one 10rs coin in my pocket which was given by an auto driver in the morning and when i have given that coin to the auto driver in the evening he rejected the coin and said i don't take 10rs coins. I have questioned him why are you not taking the 10rs coin and i got this coin from one of your auto driver colleague only. He said i don't care about it i just don't take the 10rs coin. I said if people like you don't accept the coin and spread the fake rumors like this then obviously normal people will think that coins are still in ban. And also i cited the rbi rule, then he harshly replied me that i don't care about any government, nobody is not willing to take 10rs coin so i don't take your coin. Instead he sarcastically asked me to exchange all his 10rs coins with notes if i'm very much concern about the 10rs coins and at the end he used harsh word against me he said you can give the complaint to anybody but i don't take 10rs coins.

So please take some serious action on this guys and resolve the issue. Many people are facing this issue regularly with auto drivers.

                Dear Abhishek,
Thank you for sharing this incidence.
Yes, there are many scammers out there to access your debit/credit card by gathering the details from consumer.
You did the good job by cross questioning them as there is no such person in RBI or from bank who will make call, asking for Debit/Credit card details/OTP or any bank related detail.

Mark that number as Spam in Truecaller.

My father had deposited old currency on 23rd march 2017, 5 months now and it has not be credited to his account. He being an aged person traveled all the way from kerala to chennai, waited from 10 am to 8.30 pm to get this done. This is highly ridiculous that one has to wait this long to get their own money.

We live in canada. We traveled all the way to india in april to deposit the sbn. Its more than 6 months now and rbi has not credited our money. How much more they want to enjoy on our white money???
When we call them no one answers their email bounces back.
Have also sent emails to rhe cgm mr vijaya kumar of department of currency management rbi but no reply from them too.
Doe this mean they have no intention to credit our hard earned white money??
Can you credit our white money to us?

Very pathetic functioning of rbi organisation. The proceeds against a sum submitted in demonetized notes six months ago, duly complying with all the procedures outlined by them for nris, is yet to be credited to our bank account. While they don't attend to phone calls at all, emails sent to them remain unanswered till today. What a colluous attitude by rbi chennai staffs. I find no words to explain the attitude of these highly iresponsible humans... What is the way out, we can get back our legitimately entitled money. Can some one enlighten us?

Most of banks in west bengal does not receiving pennies (Coins) from customer. Sbi branches are doing this mostly. So, people are now harassing every where with their pennies. Do you have any order to banks for non receiving of pennies from consumer? If yes then why,? You should not pay pennines to the consumer also. And if not, then what to do with those banks?

The Branch Manager of Indian bank called me and resolve all the disputes and ready to replace my torn note of Rs.2000 by very friendly nature. And they also accept that a torn note should be replace by banks. So now I want to return back my complaint against Indian bank and I have not any issue now with Indian bank branch.

                                        Dear rbi,
I'm from hyderabad. Pincode 500055. Shopkeepers here are not accepting the 10 rs coins. Saying that they are not valid, and banks are also not accepting the deposit of these coins. It seems that banks are telling them to wait.
This is causing a lot of trouble. For small denomination purchases also we are using 100 rs notes as the coins are not accepted.
Kindly take action against the shops that are not accepting the coins even after rbi released a communication that the 10rs coins are valid. Also provide guidelines to banks to accept these coins. Please share us any other medium of communication where we can share photos or videos of ppl not accepting 10 rs coins.
