No response from RBI

I have 5000 rupees in old currency of my grand parents. They could not inform us before 31 december. Now i am not able to exchange these anywhere.this is injustice with us. The government is depriving us of our hard earned money. please tell me what i shall do to prevent this loss of genuine and hard earned money.

Kindly find the attachment mail from Amazon.

I had ordered a ("AURION HANDGRIP1040 Adjustable Hand Grip, Multicolor') ORDER #[protected]
by mistakenly on 5th November 2018 and I cancelled the order on the same date but still now I have not received my Amount of Rs - 205.70.
If I call to the Amazon customer care every one is saying that the same thing that your amount has been refunded, but I when inquired to the Bank they are telling that we have not received any such kindly of amount from Amazon, if you have been received the amount means it will reflect in your account when it's not reflecting means Amazon people are not refunded still your amount so kindly file a complaint on Amazon.

I don't why Amazon people are misguiding customer.
Am requesting you kindly intimate Amazon people to refund my amount as soon as possible.

I place a order on amazon on 24 oct 2020 but amazon delivery courier service cancelled my order without any reason and I yet not get refund my payment
