HI, On 26/01/2017 got a call from [protected] at 10:08 am saying that he has called from RBI Head Office, asking the details of my father's debit card to renew it. Though the expiry date is not of this year. According to him our honorable PM have decided have ordered to renew all old cards. When I refused to give any details and cut the call, he called me again and started using slangs....
