Dear sir my name is Bonthu Annapurna I have account in syndicate bank # [protected]. On 25th December 2016 at 10:51 hrs I try to add money to my Paytm account through my Syndicate bank debit card. But the money deduct from my bank account and I did not receive any amount to my Paytm account worth 5000/- Rs. I make complaint but still I have not received my money. Please help. I contact to paytm team who told me that they did not receive the money. I went to bank 5 to 6 times, but my problem not solve. It was Ibrahimbag branch, Hydershakote, Hyderabad 500091. Please help me sir.

Go to your bank and ask about the detail of transaction and reference number and so on, also where he sent the amount from your account.
then you share the transaction detail to [protected]@paytm.com they will check and added money to your Paytm wallet.

      I am working woman from Surat (Gujarat) area and here it is said that 5 Rs. note and 10 Rs. coin is no more a valid currency. Today morning I hired Auto to go to my office and Auto person denied to take 5 Rs. note by saying that this currency is no more valid. the same thing happen when I gave the 10 Rs. Coin to the shopkeeper for my food and they didn't accepted the coin by saying that the coin is no more valid and we will not accept the same.

      But as now I didn't see any such circular/news for 5 Rs. note and 10 Rs. coin ban from RBI or any Authorized government body for the same.

      Could you please help us in this matter by issuing clarification regarding the same.

          i withdraw 2000 rs from atm but i dont recive money and afterwords i got msg that your aomunt has withdraw . I have given complaint to hdfc bank daund dist pune state maharashtra compliant id 120894 . The withdrawn date was 29/11/2016 . I go to hdfc bank they take my compliant and told me that in 7 days your amount will be refund to my acount but 2 months have been pass but amount has been not transfer to my acount .                 We Mrs. Usha Krishnan & K.P. Krishnan are constrained to approach you with a complaint for redressal. The details are here under. We have made the deposit for 3 years with the above company which was matured on 17/08/2015. However we have not yet received the payment of principal & interest despite our best efforts to contact persons at various levels. Off late we are not getting any response to our written & telephonic communications & no body even tells us as to when the payment will be made. On the contrary the officials receiving the telephones are totally in different to our grievance & they don't even attend our phone immediately. They are not even telling us to whom we can contact to get our payment. As we the senior citizens are in extreme difficulties we have been trying our best to contact the persons for early payment. We have established contact with one Mr. RAMNATH SAHA (telephone number[protected] who has been giving us some apparently false information about recommending our case for payment. When we contacted him today he was totally evasive & did not even to bother to tell us to whom we can contact to ascertain the present status. One Mrs Suman Latha who is supposed to be having some authority in this regard did not even respond to our calls many times. One Mr. Ramesh (telephone number[protected] to whom we have contacted has abruptly disconnect the phone saying that we may get the payment in April 2017. He did not even bother to listen our complaint. In view of the above we shall be highly obliged if you can take up the matter with the company & get the payment at an early date. Your kind action in this regard will be highly appreciated as it will mitigate the difficulties we are now facing at the fag end of our life. We trust you will do the needful in the matter.

                        Kindly find the attachment mail from Amazon.

                        I had ordered a ("AURION HANDGRIP1040 Adjustable Hand Grip, Multicolor') ORDER #[protected]
                        by mistakenly on 5th November 2018 and I cancelled the order on the same date but still now I have not received my Amount of Rs - 205.70.
                        If I call to the Amazon customer care every one is saying that the same thing that your amount has been refunded, but I when inquired to the Bank they are telling that we have not received any such kindly of amount from Amazon, if you have been received the amount means it will reflect in your account when it's not reflecting means Amazon people are not refunded still your amount so kindly file a complaint on Amazon.

                        I don't why Amazon people are misguiding customer.
                        Am requesting you kindly intimate Amazon people to refund my amount as soon as possible.

                              Sir, i dr anupam shah was suffering from oral cancer and unfortunately my surgery was planned before 8 nov.and was executed @one of the prestigious hospital HCG cancer hospital on 14 nov.16.i m on complete bed rest and on tube feeding till date.now doctor has given me permission to go out.till date i m @home to prevent infection.in between i m also got two serious complication. Now i m confortable to go out.i had 2140000 ..two lac fourteen thousand in my loker.in old currency, so please advice me what to do for that currency.
                              I m senior citizenaged 73 yrs and no son.my entire treatment which cost me about 6 lac has been done by my son in law.even on my behalf this commuication is also done by him.
                              I had all supporting documents of my illness
                              So please guide me this will help you to lessen my burden.

                                Dear sir,
                                This is Archan Devi Costumer of Madhya Bihar gamin bank A/c No. [protected]. There was withdraw limit from ATM was Rs 2000/= at the Month of December. I have withdraw 2000/= from Atm but Amount has Debited Rs. 40000/- from my account How it possible.
                                Then I have visited Bank. Bank has not given proper response. He has told me cal to costumer care of bank
                                Then I had talk with costumer care and make a complain regarding wrong debit amount. Costumer care has given Complain number B[protected] & he told me Call after 5 working days. Then I have called after 5 days he told me call after 4 days & he has not given proper response
                                After 5 days I have called then he told me you will not get amount back then I have convenience him then he launch another complain which number is B[protected]
                                After make complain of 15 days still I did not get money back & costumer care & bank Manager are not helping
                                Please help me otherwise i will go to RBI

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  I am a client of state bank of india ooty (Indunagar branch) for the past 4 years and hold a savings account in your ooty indunagar hpf branch. I had requested just to print my passbook to know my transaction details.

                                  I am sad to say that despite making requests regarding printing my pass book to know my transaction details in an emergency the staff is very rude to me and not accepting my request. There is no rush, there is no any technical problem though they were like there is a technical problem and full rush. Why they are not responding to us, why they are rude to us. Please do consider my request and take immediate action.

                                  I request you to look into my case and help me to resolve this problem and they are even not responding in a kind way always rude and we are not their servants. Contact the branch now itself and take some action on the staffs too at the earliest and oblige.

                                    I am the customer of STAT BANK OF INDIA CHANDIGARH A/c [protected] last 15 years and they are not accepting the Rs 10 coin they giving the excuses, the Branch Maneger and Cash Officer, cashier

                                    I had complaind online in SBI Complaint center but they are not responding Ticket no=[protected] 15 January 2017

                                      HI, On 26/01/2017 got a call from [protected] at 10:08 am saying that he has called from RBI Head Office, asking the details of my father's debit card to renew it. Though the expiry date is not of this year. According to him our honorable PM have decided have ordered to renew all old cards. When I refused to give any details and cut the call, he called me again and started using slangs.
