Sir we applied for number and we mention the correct address while purchasing the paid car number but i am facing some address issue in receiving my rc all proofs and reciepts i have and all the address is feeded by us is correct

I have applied for learning license on 7th october 2021 in RTO 2 BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA.then only i am trying to book slot for the same but everytime it show error message no slot available for next 7 days but while slot ennquiry it shows slot available.but on booking it is showing not available.its been more than a month.i am not able to book slot for the same.I have twitted many times and mailed many times but no response.still i am not able...

I am Aryan, i have applied for 2 wheeler (MCWG) and 4 wheeler (LMV driving license, my application no. is [protected] at Moradabad RTO, Uttar Pradesh.
I have passed for MCWG and LMV driving test on date 2nd November 2021.

Mr Tawde of Andheri West, Mumbai RTO office had been purposefully delaying my conversion of my T permit vehicle into private vehicle ( Vehicle no MH02CR0237 ) inspite of handling of all necessary documents through agent Sundar.
Whenever I personally visit his office for enquiring about the delay he constantly wades me off by avoiding me since 15 MONTHS.
I have been fined as well unnecessary for the delay from the above mentioned...

I have applied for 2 wheeler driving licence and given test on 45 days back. Buy in status it is still showing pending at first level
1) Approval of DL.
2) printing of DL
3) Dispatch.
So kindly speed up the process l, it is already taken more than 45 days and still it showing same status....
