It has been more than two months since I have applied for the renewal of my learner's license. Still, it shows verification under scrutiny and is stuck there and not proceeding ahead.

Today I travelled almost 60 km to give my dl test. And I am pretty sure I did fantastic I didn't even touched any cone while driving and during viva i was able to answer 3 out of 5 questions but still I was declared fail I still don't know why. Was the reason was that I didn't gave bribe??? I am a middle class boy and having a big financial crisis and I just can't travel 60 km frequently. I need a help and a correct explanation of my failure. Please

My Dad has applied for a Driving License and it's been a year that he has not received it. We have tried to call the call centre no. given in the website numerous times but no one picks up. We had sent e-mails to the given mail IDs. But have got no response. I'm wondering all these no.s and mail IDs are even working? Please note: [protected]@gov.in email doesn't exist but it is still there in the website (customer feedback)

Request you to please look into this matter on priority basis.

Its been 3 months since i have successfully completed my permanent driving test for two wheeler motor vehicle. Till now i haven't received my license through courier and i still counting on it. Hope this complaint will help and soon i'll get my licence.

With reference to my Application No. PB[protected] dated[protected]Approved- 12 November 2020) to Jalandhar RTA (PB08) for new registration of my vehicle (PB08EQ3597), HSRP fitted in December 2020, but RC printing is still pending till today as HSRP status is pending on vendor side ( Attachment). I have visited my RTO, even met section officet and have contacted transportation helpline number[protected] many times, but issue not resolved. RC is not printed till now. I am facing so much harassment due to this.

I have sold my Vehicle to Mr. Murtuza Lokhandwala on 23 June 2015 at 4.10pm.
Until now he did not transfer the vehicle on his name.

I have requested him lots of time to clear the dues and transfer the vehicle on your name but he is delaying it.

Hi,

I currently have an MCWOG and LMV driving license and trying to add MCWG to it. I went through the process of registering for the LL however my application currently shows the status as- LL SLOT BOOK as Exempted (no need to give the test as I had already given it) and "Application is under processing at RTO Level- SCRUTINY - (Verification of Proof Documents)."

I don't see any slots bookings on when I should visit the RTO for docs verification or to collect the LL and very much confused on this, can anyone pls help?

I here by complaining about fraud amd giving wrong information about border tax or special permit during entering in karnataka state . Now i complains you that i had going to belgavi with my turist vehicle on 17 december and i go to pay border tax for entering in karanataka state . I honestly follow the rule but the authorised person had told me to pay 16500 rs in cash . I had ask him how he demand me this huge amount i show him the exactly amount which is showing 800 rs for weekly enterence pass but he demand me the entire road tax for 1 year . And he told me that if i not pay the said amount ie 16500rs he did not allow my vehicle . He harrash me and send back me to majarshtara kolhapur
Dear sir this is very bad manners and work don by them and he had supports of their higher authority so please help me and the people who had harrashed by them and make this type of fraud please tell them and help me

I have made registration for my driving licence online without any mistake. I did all the process properly still RTO made mistake to print my address on my DL. They didn't mentioned my full address as I have to go to post office to recieve my DL. Even they didn't printed properly what they have given me. I don't expect this kind of facility for national champion (Service).

I apply my driving licence from jaitu, punjab and i took test track date of muktsar, punjab when i visit there the application number will not show online. I took this date for three times for all time it will not show online please solve my problem.

My wife had applied for name and address updation on DL on 27th September. We have completed all the necessary documentation and payment. Even after 3 months we haven't received the DL and it shows allotment information unavailable unde RTO level.
