Payment was successful from UPI but it is not reflecting in my LL application, I had already sent an email regarding LL fees but they are not responsible about email and there are too much of waiting in call for sarathi helpline.
Reverting to email is not within TAT, they are taking 1day to reply.
Please advise the amount will be reverted to my bank a/c or I need to wait for solution because it almost more than 3days are over which are more than the working days.

Complaint marked as Resolved Yesterday Amount has beenrefunded my a/c, I had sent an email to sarathi about the error in payment on 18th oct and email recieved from Sarathi Sarathi to check payment status i have checked the payment status and the amount has been credited/reverted to my a/c.
RTO India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
