I have cleared the Driving Test on 24.08.2021, but still I have not received the Driving license, nor have received any approval message. It has been around 3 months. Kindly cooperate and take the matter on urgent basis.

    DL Test Result showing pending

    I gave a permanent driving license test on 7th Nov 2021 at Sarai Kale Khan Driving Test Track, New Delhi.

    I successfully passed the exam and the office took my learning license along with dl forms. But till now on sarthi, it is showing pending test results though I have already passed the test.

    Kindly help and update the status of my application.

      Transaction ID: MH211111V3874730 as shown in the image attached on VAHAN PORTAL.
      RTO Tax online was paid from a Kotak Visa Card for vehicle MH01CR6038 on 11 November 2021. The transaction status on VAHAN site for RTO Tax payment shows Pending Transaction but the card statement shows that this transaction is included for debit. Will this go through or will it be refunded? Kindly inform me of the status.

        I didnt received my RC book after 1 year

        Hello all,
        I purchased my car on October 2020 and still not received the RC book after 1 year. I called the RTO person and he told he will check. Now it’s almost 1 year and same answer he is saying I will check but still no update’s.

        I Applied for MCWG & LMV Learners license on 09/11/2021 it has been over one week and documents are still under verification at the RTO level.
        I already have a learner license of MCWG which got expired. so again I have applied for MCWG and LMV.
        but it's been under verification for a long period of time and I didn't even get any updates, its showing SCRUTINY - (Verification of Proof Documents), Allotment Information Unavailable. I just wanna know how many more days will it take to verify? do I have to visit the concerned RTO office regarding this query?

          Ll application stuck in scrutiny.

          I have applied for ll(rto Cuttack) for addition of category(lmv) using my existing permanent license. But my application is stuck in scrutiny- verification of proof documents. Since I have a license, I don't need to give computerized test. Do I need to visit rto office to get my work done? Please help me.

            Hi Sir,

            I've applied for the learning license and verified it with Aadhar Card Details. That's why I got an exemption to upload some verification documents. On following stages it shows:

            UPLOAD DOCUMENTS - Exempted (Status Showing)
            E-SIGN DOCUMENT - Exempted (Status Showing)
            LL SLOT BOOK - Exempted (Status Showing)

            I've paid the learning license fee as well to finalize the process. But, I got this message "Application is under processing at RTO Level."

            Under the counter column, it shows Allotment Information Unavailable.

            What is that mean?

            Kindly resolve my issues...

              On 21st october i gave test for permanent driving license and I had sucessfully completed my driving test at Bardoli RTO. But DL is not approved yet.
              But still it showing pending status for printing of driving licence on form 7 and dispatch of driving licence and psv badge too on website saarthi. Nic

              Please resolve this problem ASAP.

                    Incorrect father's name on Learning License

                    In the father's name field they have updated my husband's name.
                    I want this to be corrected, with my correct father's name Or it should read as husband's name.

                    I am Mr. Priyansh Jain, i have applied for 2 wheeler (Mcwg) and 4 wheeler (Lmv) driving license, my application no. Is [protected] at RTO, iNDORE, MADHYA PRADESH.
                    I have passed for mcwg and lmv driving test on dated 22th october 2021.
                    But till the date its shows status pending for

                          Hi Sir,

                          This is regarding my car# WB24AZ8778.
                          Even after 10 months I have not received my RC card.

                          In VAHAN the status is showing
                          "RC Printed on 19-Apr-2021 13:45:29 by user PLASTIC CARD VENDOR" but not dispatched.

                          I'm going to transfer my car in different state and to reregister my car in another state I need the RC car/book.
