I applied for New registration with Fancy number but allotted me ordinary number. Authority letter was stapled in file before submitting the file but they refused to give me. Now they says you will have to stay with ordinary number. If you are not taking care of application with fancy number then you should stop selling number online. I spent money on this and time wastage daily making phone call and visiting office.
File submitted to Jagtar singh On sangrur RTo with Authority letter dated 5 March with PB13 BK 0012 and portal updated on 17 Match with ordinary number. complained the same on 18 March to Jagtar Singh but still no action.

I am not able to cancel the application as it is asking for otp and I am not receiving any otp. Website is showing a message if you're not receiving otp you need to visit the RTO. If I had to visit for such things then what is the use of online application.

My daughter has applied for 4 wheeler learning license (RTO-Vadodara, Gujarat).
However the status is not updated and she is not issued any license yet.
Even we are not able to cancel the application as we are not getting any OTP during cancellation process.
The process has stuck up.
Requested to guide concern authority for resolution.

Charged fees for driver learning license but wasn't allowed to give the exam. I submitted the address proof that was considered valid on the RTO portal but people in RTO office didn't consider the document and deprived me of writing the exam!

An error had be done from the authority while generating the renewed DL. Kindly go through the attachment.

I have pass my DL exam on 17/03/21 but still my license is not approved. It shows that allotment information unavailable. What should I do ?

Sorry I am writing this letter in my compulsion to get your help
I have cleared my driving test on 13-Jan-2021 at RTO SAS NAGAR Automatic Driving Test Center, Sector 82, Mohlai, Punjab. But i haven't got any confirmation / license or license number yet.
My learning driving license has been expired and other states do not consider driving test receipt as proof of license.
I have visited RTO office many times and each time they are saying that your application is under process.
So please confirm why I am not getting any confirmation / license or license number after 80 days of my driving test and please guide me if I am driving my car and the traffic police will ask me to show driving license then what will I say and show. And who will pay the fine?

Sir,
I sushil kumar bharti has applied for the driving license in patna rto, Bihar. Sir i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything in the sarathi website is showing completed but at the last stage that is PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD ) the counter is showing allotment information unavailable and the dispatch stage is pending from rto side. I submitted medical certificate, physical certificate and current licence online on 25th February for Driving licence renewal. I also paid the fees online. The process is still

pending even after 20 days waiting period. Please resolve the issues and process the driving licence renewal.

We also do not have any option to select the slot online from Government website.

How do I get my license ? Your help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

In the saarthi parivahan website, my DL status is shown as 'dispatched'.The speed post tracker number is also provided but when it is searched, it shows consignment 'details not found'.It is said to have been dispatched on[protected] but not yet received through post.

Hello My application number for Driving license is[protected] from punjab transport state, it has been 45 days of approval and still its under process for printing .

I had made an application online for Renewal of Driving License with Application No. [protected] on 7th March 2021. As per information displayed on :Saarthi" website of Parivahan.gov.in, the new License has been dispatched on 20th March 2021. However, it has not been received till now.

Surprisingly, no dispatch reference no. or Speed Post Tracker no. has been updated in the Dispatch details. On the contrary, a remark has been updated that "Dispatched by Hand to VVIP" which I fail to understand as I have neither requested for nor authorized anyone to receive the DL by hand.

I had sent a mail on the same subject to the Motor Licensing Officer Zone 12, Vasant Vihar, Delhi but have received no response till now.

You are requested to kindly look into the same and arrange for resolution and delivery of renewed DL as my existing DL is expiring on 27th March 2021.

I am Sandipan Deb, I have applied for 2 wheeler (Mcwog) driving license, my application no. Is [[protected]] at Barrackpore RTO, West Bengal
I have passed for mcwg and lmv driving test on dated 9th March 2021.
But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.
