    Challan of unknown vehicle has been sent to me

    Hi,
    I have received a challan (Traffic violations by your Vehicle No.: DL3SET6077 found actionable vide challan No.DL[protected] and CNR No. DLVC[protected] . Click https://vcourts.gov.in and select department DELHI TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT to see details and may pay fine of Rs.500.00 DDCSMS), which was not considered to me as I don't owned this vehicle and Vehicle Owner appera in the RTO data is VINAY KUMAR TIWARI.

        I have transport driving license, but its get expired. I applied online for transport license renew and as per phone discussion with Kalyan RTO they said i need to apply learning license .so i applied for learning license and i get the
        same. And after this i paid all the charges and select time slot for test.when i reached at Kalyan RTO office they said i need form number 5 & 14 which is only available on at driving license school.
        but I don't want new transport license i just want to renew my expired license.

          My driving licence was issued by Asst. Rto, Bharuch on 11/12/2000. But my data not shown in Central Repository. So I applied for DL Backlog entry on 02/01/2021 with uploading all document, photo and signature. Then capturing my photo and signature by rto authority was done on 15/01/2021. Then my application was put in scrutiny by authority. Scrutiny was cleared on 21/01/2021. I got a message on my mobile "Your Application 18154721 for DL BACKLOG ENTRY (MCWOG) verified Successfully". But since then till a date, my DL backlog entry not approved yet by Asst., RTO, Bharuch. Please tell me, When will i get approval?

            These auto driver daily parks in auto at a turning near haseen cinema. When asked to park properly, He misbhaves with whomsoever ask for. This nuisance creates traffic at the spot and also there is too much possibility of accident to happen being narrow space for vehicles to move..

              Sir I am amit from ludhiana and my vehicle number is PB-10-CF-9596 i have converted my car normal car to commercial for cab purpose from July 2017 and I have surrender my commercial permit on 27/12/2018 and I have all documents of permit surrender but till date RTO not converting my rc commercial to normal from last Two years & Eight months !
              Two years he said I have no option for this purpose in official site and last eight months I am going rto office around 50 times but all staff are missing in the office all the time please help me and sort out my issue

                    I gave a permanent driving licence test on[protected] for LMV COV. I successfully passed the exam. But till now, it is showing RECORD TEST RESULTS OF DRIVING TEST-----FACELESS APR though I have already passed the test. Please let me know the fault and update the result, please.                       Sir I have given test on 8 mar 2021 for lmv but till 18 mar 2021 I haven't received my learner license .not any message confirmation. My application no .[protected]. It is pending with rto at raikot .Punjab. Person taken test is jaspinder Singh. He misguided me of false information. in other state ll is given 10 min after test now its 10 days in my case .pls do the needful

                          Regarding "Application for address update has been PENDING" at RTO office for more than 2 months

                          Till now, the website is still showing " Pending status at RTO Authority." since I submitted the application.

                          I was issued driving licence number 95011563 on 24/01/95 valid up to 23/01/2021.

                          While applying for renewal online I was unable to find any details of the said DL. On my visit to my nearest RTO, I was requested to go to the issuing RTO. I visited Issuing RTO in Raja Garden, I was told that there were no records available. Now I am unable to proceed any further as there was no help available.

                          The only advice RTO Raja Garden gave me was to apply for a New Learner Licence and restart application procedure again. Does this mean that the Issued Driving Licence has no legal validity if the records are missing/destroyed.

                          Looking for some help in the matter.

                            Rto India — rto registration issue - shows multiple rto during pollution check

                            Hi Team,

                            My Car is registered at Karnataka in 2008 under my name, Sreehesh.M.

                            I have also paid life time road tax in hyderbad in same year 2008, but did not change by registeration number. I lived in hyderabad for a year and moved back to Bangaluru, KA in 2009.

                            But my problem is that I am not able to get the pollution certificate because of the following error -
                            "Registration number more than 1 rto, please contact RTO office"

                            Vehicle Owner: Sreehesh M

                            I am attaching pollution check error for reference.

                            Please check and do the needful at your earliest as I am not able to drive my car due to no pollution certificate.

                              I have applied for adding LL for MVWG with having LMV DL. I have completed the fee payment and tried designing the documents. But designing is failing with 2 kinds of the error first saying 'Some technical issue please try later!' and second 'Flow related issue.. please try later'.

                              In the second error case, I able to add aadhaar no and fill the OTP and after redirection o[censored]RL the error is comming. Over mail I got confirmation from aadhar that the Aadhar Authentication successful, but it does not reflects in LL application.

                              I have already visited the RTO but they haven't given any resolution, instead they said me the complete e-signing of document by my own.
