My application # [protected] for renewal of DL was submitted at RTO Sarai kale Khan, Delhi along with address change request with a fee of 200 Rs. on 24/2/2021. I have received the license at my old address and the license still shows the old address. The new address has not been updated.
Please update the new address on my license.

      Hi

      I am karan grover from Jalandhar, Punjab I. My issue is that i have applied for duplicate driving license on 21st october 2020 but still.i don't have receive license . I visit Tehsil office of jalandhar many times but they said we don't have any update plz revisit after 10 days. My contact no. [protected]

        LL renewal - stuck at SCRUTINY - (Document Verification) RTOAUTH1

        I applied for renewal of my Leaner license at RTO Janakpuri, Delhi online. I have also paid the fees, the current stage shows up as "SCRUTINY - (Document Verification) at RTOAUTH1"

        How long does it take for the RTO to approve or do I have to visit the RTO with documents?...

        Hi - I appeared for my permanent driving test on[protected] at RTO Valsad, Gujarat, and have passed the test. It has been over a month but I have still not received the driving license. The portal shows pending under the RTO level section. I couldn't get any response from the RTO office.

          Hi,

          I appeared for the DL test on 19th Feb 2021 and the test result was recorded as passed on 20th feb 2021. But till date the DL approval status shows as pending. Kindly expedite the process as my LL expired on 1st Mar 2021.

            I am Jinder pal. I had applied for DL renewal on sarthi privahan My application no is[protected] my DOB is[protected]. This application belongs to jalandhar RTO.

            My concern is this that I am unable to book dl service slot from last 4 days. No slot is a avaliable till next year 2022. I had word with some one in RTO office they said go to agent only they can book slot.

            I would like to say that if I try to book slot at RTO recommended time 9 am and 11.30 pm If i am unable to book at same time then how agent can book don't know how it comes.
            Then what's benefit of online service. It if we still need agents.
            Apart from this RTO office no which is mentioned on application forms that is out of order. Even can't have word with RTO office. So sad from this system.

                I am Mukesh Tripathi, resident of sidhauli, sitapur, uttar pradesh.
                I have applied for my learner license in sitapur and schedule for my test was on 18 feb 2021 at 3 pm.i appeared before designated authority and verified my identity before that authority.but he did not appoint me for taking test schedule on 18 feb 2021 at 3 pm also.
                Today, on 05/03/2021, i reached rto office and appeared before A.R.T.O Praveen kumar singh for addressing my grievance.he misbehaved with me.and also not taken my grievance in cognisance.
                Please take appropriate action against ARTO Praveen kumar singh and his colleagues and also resolve my issue as soon as possible.

JA[protected]IN.but still i not received. lot of time make complain no benefit.DL office say check post office.post office say check in DL office. we fill like football.

                                  Please take necessary action against my Re registration.. (OR01H-8142) though I deposit Rs-1968/- for Re registration on10/01/2021 reacipt no - (ORY[protected] bearing application NO- OR210110V3600892/OR210110C7852280 after verification done by MVI Balasore.
                                  but Rto Balasore told me that it is seen hypothecation though it is not seen in on line. Also he told me to deposit again.. But why.. Deposit of rs 1968/- is made by me authenticated.
