Dear sir i had gone to Andheri Rto office at room no 62 and was shocled to see that in such a big room the entrance was very small and overcrowded... They should gove seperate entrances for photo verification and seperate entrance for ladies and gents...This was necessary because people were jumping over each other and also main important point is that 40% of the crowd was without mask which is on high risk for everyone around...agents specially come and go in every 5 minutes that too without a mask...
Thats why india will have to face a lockdown due to these kind of people who dont wear their masks. At least there should be banners stating no mask no entry... also announcement shall be made every 15 minutes that not wearing mask is a crime

This is a serious issue regarding the Agents working inside the RTO Premises at phule nagar track of RTO pune.
There is complete mismanagement in PUNE RTO.
Only one official, and so many agents disguising people everywhere.
Please check and do a visit at this Rto.

Bought tata nexon car from Tata Treo, Delhi, bhikaji cama place in exchange of old tata indica vista no. DL3CBB3844..
Car still after 13 monthsif exchange refers on my name despite taking up with Treo Motors and Zonal officer.

There is no timeline by which exchanged vehicle must be transferred from customer name.

Request action of car transfer be completed.

I'm unable to book the slot for Driving License Renewal appointment through online portal "https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/slots/lldetailsubmitbook.do". I have already paid the fee for the process yet I'm facing this issue.

I have already raised a complaint to heldesk team ( [protected]@gov.in ) but I have not received any updates from them.

I'm frequently receiving this error message on the portal - " Service not enabled for this RTO " while trying to book the slot.

Kindly help me as soon as possible.

I completed my driving license trail test one month back from this date(completed 22 Feb 2021). 10 days back i checked in online and confirmed that I got the driving license and I downloaded it.but till now I didn't get hot copy of the DL card, today again I checked for dl status in online and it is saying that my card was not yet printed.and also there is no intimation like messages or calls to my mobile number or email ID since i applied my LLR and DL test.please rectify this problem very quickly and Intimate me when it was cleared.

I have applied for renewal of DL by application No.[protected] and made payment[protected] but till date it is showing approval for endorsement on DL pending...I contacted via email they said you should visit RTO...I visited RTO agian on 9/3/2021 they said submit paper again n I submitted...they said if any query we will call you n taken my number for calling...till date online status shows same..no call from RTO or received DL yet is this bcoz I denied agent and done everything myself...
