    I have applied for a driving license but i didn't recieved the same it now.
    I had applied on 30 september 2019 and was approved on 12 october 2019 but i didn't recieve the license yet. I had called multiple times to the customer care rto lucknow but they only say that it has not been printed and dispatched and denied to tell me the reason why it hasn't been dispatched yet.
    Kindly help me in the same.

      Application number is:[protected], i have cleared the driving test at rto kasturi nagar, bangalore east (Ka 03) on 30th nov 2019
      Its been more than two weeks still waiting for my driving license to arrive. I have checked it online it says :pending at rtoauth1. Why it is taking so long to approve the dl, it should have been deliver within a week as per transport minister.
      I have tried calling rto office also, but they don't proper answer.
      Please suggest what next step i should do.

        I completed my Driving test for 2 wheeler in Lucknow ARTO office and the status on the website shows it is stuck on the Approval stage at the counter RTO Auth1.

        MY APPLICATION Number is: [protected]

        The website shows I passed in the Test.

        I took the test on 22/11/2019 and the officer told me DL will be delivered in 15 days. It has been over a month now. I am not able to go to my college by my vehicle.

        Please help ASAP.

          I had booked LL appointment for three times -24/11/2019, 4/12/2019 and 23/12/2019, all the times I had booked appointment for "RTO".At that time when I downloaded the PDF it showed I have to visit "RTO".But after that by going to Application status when I clicked on "Print LL Acknowledgement" it suddenly showed I have to visit "Camp" .All the three times when I went to RTO their computer showed"Application belongs to camp".When I went to camp their computer shows"Application belongs to RTO". Customer care failed to resolve this issue even after contacting several times.RTO also was not able to do anything.I think it's an insolvable problem.I hereby request for refund.

            terrible experience at rto dahisar

            I went der to remove hypothecation from my rc card.
            A. There is no instruction on the process
            B. The person who is in charge gave me half information. Told me to get documents without even taking my case in hand. I reach der after collecting all the things and doing and my payment which he instructed me too. When i reach its lunch and he refused to touch my papers. I go the head officer, he refuses to help me too and finlly...

            We made advance payment of ODC Exemption fee for the same vehicle online twice.There has been a double payment for the same vehicle for the same ODC reasons around the same time

            Kindly refund us the payment amount of Rs.10000/- and let us know what needs to be done from our end, as we cannot get our grievance to you through the RTO at Surat

              Dear sir/ ma'am,
              My application no for dl replacement is [protected]. On 13/12/2019 i had completed all the necessary biometric and scrutiny related process for dl replacement and had also submitted my original driving license but i was not received any receipt and they was told that within 3-4 days it will updated online and with in one week you will get your smart card dl via post. But after 2 week has passed, still status showing pending. I am facing a lot of problem without driving license. I had done online complaint for the same. They suggested please contact concern rto. Please help.

                I am trying to book a slot for learners license for 15days now. But everytime it shows "slots not available for next 7 days" rather when i go for slot availability check, it shows available slots and it also gets decreased with time (Meaning someone is able to book) but i never get a chance to book. I log in to my account and it shows an error message saying the above mentioned thing. Please help! Its really harassing and disturbing. Dhanbad, jharkhand (Rto - jh10)

                  Hello,

                  I am trying to pay fees to RTO, gujarat via cyber Treasury using SBIPAY, But not able to pay.
                  Date : 26/12/2019
                  Error Msg : "Reason : You can do Status Call after one hour of payment."

                  I canceled my application guessing it's problem from my side and applied for new application but on new application too the same issue occurs. Please look into it.

                      My driving permanent driving licence has been approved a month back and i checked the status online but still it not delivered at home address and it has been more than a month and as per process it was supposed to be delivered within 15 days but still i have been following up but no resolution is there. As i stay out for my job si it is not possible for me to go to rto every week and check for the same.
                      Kindly look into this.

                        But since then the status on the sarathi site is "application under processing at rto level", the application is under scrutiny at (Scrutiny - (Document verification) imv13cnt)

                        Kindly look into the matter so that the application can be processed at the earliest.

                          I had applied for driving license renewal online and made the payment also.
                          Uploaded all the required documents and completed the whole process on 30/11/2019 by visiting dto ramgarh and still the application status reads "application is under processing at rto level".

                          Its been more than 25 days now.

                          Still the process is stuck and i am without driving license.

                            I have cleared my test on 7th dec and still the status shows pending for approval past 15 days.

                            My frnd who had cleared test on 13th got the license number and i m yet waiting for it.

                              When i am trying to book a slot for driving licence test i. E dl test slot booking i am getting an error message saying applicants details are not available while i have submitted all the other details asked. I have attached a screenshot below. My learning license is also not expired so there should not be any problem booking slot for the driving licence test but its showing error again and again i have tried many times. My driving licence number is dl9/0015439/2019

                                My two wheeler bajaj discover purchase in 2005 surat (Gujarat). After then i came to baleswar (Odisha) for job since 2006. I had original noc dated 2006 which i had not submited to baleswar - rto office due to unavoidable circumstances. Now, neigher baleswar rto understand the problem nor surat rto. So, my vehical registration in online not showing. Kindly help how can i register my two wheeler online.

                                  I have applied my dl 3 months back, but have not received yet. I called customer care but they are saying your dl is not yet printed as this is in pending status. I have also went to rto office meerut, they are also saying from our side every thing is ok.

                                    It’s my observation that when we had to go for renewal for driving liscence from one state of different city then they asked to get it renewed from same city.in case we lost liscence then again we can’t get renewed from different city of same state but thus we can get in passport. We can apply passport in different city of same state then why it can be started in liscence. Persons who r on job in different city it’s not possible for them to take leave and get it from city. Why we can’t get driving liscence from any city of same state

                                      My learners license test was conducted at rto behala, kolkata on 18th december 2019 and i had also cleared the test on the same day. But till date the learners license has not been approved and status shows as “pending for approval of ll by licencing authority”.

                                      Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.
