Complaint no. 2482760 yet not resolved by rto.
Dear sir,
My vehicle no is up70bj0850 i have issue noc from allahabad rto & submit to rourkela, odisha rto office and also paid road tax of odisha state but my vehicle yet not register in rourkela rto as details are showing in two different rto.
Noc no:up70/456/10 issue date 28.12.2010.
Sir i have visit to rourkela rto office but they are saying untill your vehicle registration details will not delete from allahabad rto data base we can't register it in odisha state.

So it's kind request to you please delete the details from allahabad rto data base so that i can register my vehicle in odisha state.
Please help me sir.

This vehicle is already registered in rourkela in 2011, but due to vahan 4.0 centerlised system is applied later in all offices. It is showing 2 records.
Please contact to rourkela rto office, they will forward your application to state nic team to resolve this issue.

Dear sir,
My name is subbaraju gopalakrishnan and i have taken a driving test in thanjavur rto office on 28th august 2019 and it was approved on same day by rto officer to issue a new driving license tn[protected]
I. E. 28th aug 2019.

Now its become 76 days, i have approached so many times rto office and the agent both of them playing with me.

Thanjavur rto office staff was saying it was given to the lucky driving school (Near membalam bridge) when i cross checked with the agent he is saying still the licence was not sent them by rto office of thanjavur, please i do not know who is saying the truth? And their intention & motive behind in handover of my licence.

See the struggle of getting one driving licence from tamilnadu by one educated person and imagine how the uneducated will struggle in getting any official documents in tamilnadu although i paid all the money they requested earlier.

Is it they required more money for doing their work / action. Please i need your intervention in resolving it.

Mh12 mc8788 two guys were driving with very high speed yesterday on 16.11.19 at dandekar bridge sinhgadh road in between 4.15 to 5pm at signal hit my car from backside and got huge loss of my car i asked to stop him but he again ran away in wrong way direction towords deccan side. Please help to catch this person. Bz these guys again can play with others life also.

I have applied for change of address on dl for me and wife in rto bangalore east kasturi nagar with application number [protected] and [protected] on 4th of september. That status on the sarathi portal is "approval of endorsements on dl" from the last 2.5 months. Please raise the issue with respective authority so that they can resolve at the earliest.

For paying the road tax i came to rto bhubaneswar - ii, the staff sitting at the enforcement counter is not accepting the form saying official time is over. I given the application at 3.30 pm still he is denying saying talk rto officer. The official time showing in the site is from 3.15 pm to 5.15 pm

This behavior is not at all acceptable as a service sector. Because i am also from a service sector. Kindly look into the matter and waiting for the reply.

My driving permanent driving licence has been approved two month back and i checked the status online but still it not delivered at home address and it has been more than a month and as per process it was supposed to be delivered within 15 days but still i have been following up but no resolution is there. As i stay out for my job si it is not possible for me to go to rto every week and check for the same.
Kindly look into this.

I have submitted application for the registration of my both two wheeler and four wheeler vehicles on
5th july 2019 to rto chikodi dist belgaum state karnataka the registration application number is

Date, no registration certificate has been issued and no both vehicles rc smart card has been issued.. What is the reason i don't know..
. When i meet your office on 9th nov. The application in now pending with the printing department, go knows how many days will they take more. I need the both vehicles smart card so.. Kindly help me with this issue... One of your staff mr. Sandeep is rude with me by saying sir, get out of here and go and ask rto.. He was not taking responsibility.

I took a rickshaw from prem nagar borivali west to vegetable market after sitting in the rickshaw the driver suddenly asked me about my marriage deatail & started talking about his sexual married life & for my surprise he was an old rickshaw driver age between 60-65.. Didn't said anything to him seeing his age.. But need to take a strict action against such people.. So couldn't take benefit of any teenager in future

I have completed the required formalities including the payment but its been more than 6 months now that my application status says application is under processing at rto level. With scrutiny - (Document verification) with the counter being imvcnt8.
I request to please look into the matter as quickly as possible. I hope it will be resolved soon.

Paid 1350 fees for learner license on parivahan website 2.5 days before still payment shows pending
I cannot go for test also due to pending payment. Amount deducted from account.
Due to current penalty of driving without license please do needfull as fast as u can.

Please notify this to rto india customer support

I had applied for change of address on my dl, online status shows amendment approved on 5-nov but still the status of printing of smat card is delayed. Dont know now why its stuck, i had to travel abroad and cant go baecuase of this. Please let me know how to resolved this as there is no answer from the rto borivali.
Its been now 10 days with the status update, there is no change.
Please help in this regards when will i get...

I have appeared for driving license test on 8th october 2019 in vadala rto office but have not received my dl yet. It has completed all stages of clearance and in dispatch pending state since two weeks. Below are my details and also i have attached snapshot of application status which is available online.

I was applied for driving licence application no. [protected] and i was get driving licence number : wb21 [protected] by sms only in my register contact no. [protected] on 22 oct 2019, i was passed mcwg pass [protected]. But till yet dispatch of the dl and psv badge as pending. I was not received smart card of my driving licence.
So please do needful at earliest.

Theft car, please check the papers of the car, the owner of the car hit a zomato driver in Nov, 2018 and broke his rear view mirror and the bonnet.
The owner of the car is a fraud.
Nobody checks the papers of this car as its a BMW.
The car can be seen around Sayaji hotel Kolhapur, Green park colony, the fraud's name is Rakesh Yadav. He stole this car from Delhi and put up his number plate.
Please check all the papers of the car, the number plate is also fake.
The fraud's brother is Rajesh yadav.
Pan Bhawan kolhapur is their shop.

मला अंदाज आहे की wrong side driving च्या तक्रारीने काही होणार नाही, पण या scooty वर ३ जण होते. ते रस्त्याच्या चूकिच्या बाजूने वाहन चालवत होते. Helmet पण नाही. मी जेंव्हा त्यांचा फोटो काढला तेंव्हा त्यांनी मला तो आनंदाने काढू दिला. याचा अर्थ त्यांना खात्री आहे की मी तक्रार करून त्यांना काही फरक पडणार नाही.
दररोज शेकडो दुचकी वाहने चूकिच्या बाजूने वाहन चालवतात. अशा किती तक्रारी करायच्या?
खरचं मी तक्रार करायला नको का?
अशा तक्रारीची खबर आपण ध्यावी जेणे करुन रस्त्यावर चालणारे घबरुन घरात बसतील.
मी रोज ४ बंगला मार्केट रस्त्याने घरी जातो. रोज एकतरी फोटो काढून तक्रार करु शकतो.

My driving license smart print has been done. And next process of dispatching of driving license is in stuck. So please send and give me tracking number of speed post. Please do take action and dispatch the licence with immediate effect.

I have purchased splendor plus bike on 08.07.2019 in mahesh hero motors chitradurga. And get registered and msg from rto, chitradurga as under,

[ka16em8648] new transaction (S) approved against vide receipt no ka16r[protected] dated 08-aug-2019. Rc under preparation. Rc can also be downloaded on digilocker and mparivahan mobile apps. Chitradurga rto - courtesy:morth"
But when i go asked in rto chitradurga.. They simply say that ka16 em 8648 is not yet come... It has been reaching 4 months after registration, even though the rc is not receiving same answer from rto officer chitradurga.

I was coming from Kandivali Link Road towards Borivali a uncle broke the signal form opposite side and my signal got green as I was in the last land and a rickshaw was ahead me I started to move and the uncle came in between and it lead to an accident the uncle then called his son and one person how show this incident was speaking behalf of me his son name Prashant came and hit the man and told him that “this is my area, the police is mine you can’t do anything you name the officer and I will call him and tell him to come over here, you can do nothing to me” the man helping me ran away has he was beaten for telling truth then he told me to go and said you can’t do anything to me
