The officer on duty did not turn up on time on 09/12/2019. There was no officer available on the desk for four hours in the afternoon. The person incharge for conducting driving test in rto (Thane) went for lunch at 12:45 and did not turn up till 4:00 pm. No appropriate guidance was given by the other available staff in the office and were misbehaving and using abusive language when asked about the officer's availability for the test. When the officer turned up for the test, no proper instructions were given for the test and concluded the test as fail for not following the instructions which were then conveyed later on after the completion of the test (The instruction being "use of hand for indicating for taking the turn while making the figure of 8 with the turns taken" even when the indicators of the two wheeler were used)

श्री मान dL Renewal के लिए ऑनलाइन फार्म भरते समय DL No गलत बताता है।

उसका सही फ़ारमैट पता नहीं चल पा रहा है। जो हमारे पास DL है वो 2013 से पहले के है। तो उनमे जो DL संख्या है वो अलग फ़ारमैट मे होने के कारण परेशानी आ रही है फार्म भरने मे।

कृपया समाधान करवाएँ।

      I paid rs 766 for my driving license (Mcwg) on parivahan.org on[protected], the amount was deducted from my bank account but the portal displayed "check for payment status after 15 minutes". It has been 2 days and the payment status is still "pending". Please help me out with this topic. My application id is [protected] and i was applying for mh49 rto.

      I have requested for duplicate RC on 03rd Oct via online procedure. Its 2 months now i haven't received the RC yet. If i am checking the status its showing the same which was seen lastly after making the payment. Due to this i am unable to drive my bike. Request you to kindly issue me as soon as possible.

        I have submitted my application for renewal of driving license on 14th november 2019. On 19th november 2019 payment was received and driving license got approval on 27th november 2019. Upon checking the site today on 10/12/2019 the status still shows as printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) which is pending. I was told it will take 10 days for printing and another 10 day for despatch. But till now no update.

        As per the latest update on checking the website the printing of driving license has been completed, only despatch is pending. Please look into the matter so that it gets despatched as soon as possible

          I am not sure regaidng the current status of my license renewal request. I have submitted the application on[protected] and it's already more then a month and whenever i check the status of my application i see the same status always. Could some one please help me with the application status.

          I HAVE PAID rS. 200 TOWARDS LEARNER LICENSE . IT IS SHOWING "payment is pending... please wait for 30 mins for confirmation from the bank or please contact rto"
          I have paid it before 3 days. same message is coming.
          Last week i pay 300 online for my retest for car driving license but on the website still payments status is pending...and I couldn’t find any option to get this payment done or cancel this payment...also i have only 1 month left to retry for it...so please get me some solution about that issue

            Hi,

            I have created the application [protected] for replacement of driving licence. As per the appointment i went to rto by 10am (1 hour early) on 11 nov 2019. It was communicated to me by officer (At counter b2) that officer who handle this request is on leave for half a day. And asked me to come around 2pm so that she will come to office by that time. I waited in the office for 5 hours and went again at sharp 2pm. They asked for documents and i had all the documents needed. The officer (In b4 counter) told that it is late and they take this request only in morning hours. They asked me to cancel this request and take appointment for tomorrow.

            In online i saw the slot till 3pm. So if i could taken the appointment at 3 pm. They would do the same by asking to come next since request will be handled only in morning?

            I have taken leave and came for this. Nothing happened and wasted my time. I already lost 1day allowance who will give that? They want to waste one more day as well.

            By online information i thought government started new idea to simplify government process and wait time. But sad truth government office is still the same. I have no hope that it will change in near future.

            Please take action if possible to help citizens and tax payers.

            Please help me to get back my fee paid of rs 315 and process for the same.

              I have made payment for license renewal and address change in rto online services (Sarthi parivahan)

              Amount of 600/- is deducted from my bank account and i have confirmed with the bank about deduction.
              But status for the same is showing pending in application status. So i am unable to complete my license renewal process.

And traffice rules is says if you have no insurance then you pay penalty rs.4000. But your incharge officer is on their duty is give me penalty slip only rs 500. Your officer is corruption of public.please

                payment issue for learner's license

                On the payments page for learner's license, i entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it came to a total of rs.240. Selected "sbi" as the payment gateway and proceeded to the payment page. But due to some network issue, the payment could not be completed successfully.

                Now every time i try to make a payment, it is showing the following error

                My name is suraj s shinde, from ichalkaranji. I had applied for driving license application no. [protected] on 15th nov 2019. I have booked the rto, kolhapur slot for test because slots are not available for our ichalkaranji camp. Means rto, kolhapur are not providing the slots for ichalkaranji camp. Instead of 8 days in a month, they arrange the camp for 1st monday of every month. We are facing lot of issues while driving the vehicles. Because, nowadays traffic rule are more strict. So, i humble request you to take decision on this as soon as possible.

                  I have made a payment for test for learning license in maharahtra sarthi parivahan website.
                  Amount has been deducted from my bank account as i have got msg from bank, but the website still shows my payment is pending.

                  Kindly help me with this.

                    I am resident of madhya pradesh currently living in indore. I am travelling daily from mhow to indore by indore - mhow bus service. The fare varies by bus to bus. According to rto indore from indore to mhow maximum fare twenty five rupess. But bus no. Mp10 p 0574 conductor has there own fare. Indore to mhow distance is around 24 kilometer. For 8 km they charge 15 rupees. With the help of local police they can do any thing what they want. Can rto take appropriate action against that vehicle owner.

                      issue of duplicate driving license still pending

                      I had applied for the issue of a duplicate driving license and paid the fees for the same online. My application number is [protected], and the fees was paid successfully on 6th october 2019. It has been more than 60 days now (Today is 7th decemeber 2019) but the status of the application is - "application is under processing at rto level". The application processing stage is - "scrutiny - (Document verification)" and the counter is "dadl1"....

                      Hello sir, the school van (7a) of kurinchi matriculation school in harur carries more students from the capacity. The students were go to school in standing position more than 30 mins. Please take severe action regarding this to kurinchi matriculation school, chinnakuppam, harur, dharmapuri 636903. And the van route is differs from others school. The van came to doddampatti at 8.10 a. M but the actual distance from dodampatti to school is 7 km the school starts at 9. Am the travelling time 50 minutes take action about this

                          payment failed error

                          I have done the payment for driving license against application no. [protected] on dated 12.11.2019.
                          Payment is successful confirmed by bank but on website the status of my application showing payment made through the selected gateway is failed due to "server connection failed, please wait for 15 minutes and proceed with verify pay status".
                          This error is showing from 12.11.2019 to till date, and didn't generate echallan.

                          On the payments page for driving license, i entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it came to a total of rs.700. Selected "sbi" as the payment gateway and proceeded to the payment page. Selected debit card as the mode of payment, and entered my card details. After a long time (Around 20 minutes) nothing happened, and it did not redirect me to the verified by visa/ otp page too.
                          Hence i started the payment process again but got the below message:

                          "application is verifying with bank. Please press ok to continue"

                          After pressing ok, it does not show the payment page. I have tried making the payment a couple of times but every time i get the same message. Please tell me whom to contact for this issue asap.

                          Kindly let me know if online payment is not going through can i make the payment at the rto.
                          I am applying from jharkhand ramgarh district.

                            I made payment for dl through net banking on 02/12/2019 and payment was successful, subsequently i received the receipt of that and also i downloaded the e-challan from govt. Of odisha cyber treasury but in the sarathi parivahan portal payment showing as failed and i am not able to do the slot booking.

                            For kind information, i applied for dl in rto-bhubaneswar-i.

                              I have applied for replacement of driving license on 22nd october, 2019 at rto aurangabad, bihar. I was informed that you get the replacement at your specified address withing 15-20 days. It's already been 45 days and i have not received my license. When i check the status online, it's showing printing of dl on form 7 and this is on the same status from 04th of november. Attaching the screenshot of the status for the same.                                 I have a ll no: mh49 /0022844/2019. So while applying for permanent dl i paid the dl test fee i. E 1066 rs but while booking an appointment slot it showing an error that appointment can not be booked your ll is going to expire in 12 days but i am not able to book a slot so i want a refund the money i paid to rto.
                                I followed the steps for an appointment booking it goes like 1st - fill form 2-pay dl fees and 3-appointment booking so that is not my mistake that the slot is not available there are still 12 days left to expiry my ll license.
                                I attached the receipt i paid to rto.
