I've visited rto, ahmedabad today for updation & renewal of my driving license. I've completed all the steps (Fill in form, upload documents, upload photo & signature, fees payment) of online processing.
Rto, ahmedabad denied processing my application stating that they cannot accept aadhar card as poa. I don't have any other document as poa as all other documents related to my address are on my parents name.
How should i proceed ahead?

However my application is pending, address proof. Within minute i uploaded my address proof and submitted again. Only one document verified, still my application is pending

When i check the application status on parivahan site it says
Application is under processing at rto level.

Approval of endorsements on dl — pending
Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) — pending
Dispatch of the dl and psv badge — pending

Staff of rto being absent at the time of two wheeler vehical trial for permanent license;
Timing for my trial was 11.00am to 12.00pm
After document verification
After verification the verification department officer says to go for the trial, the verification department officer did their work. But when i go for the trial there was one there to held the trial then i asked the people around there they said the officers will come after 4.00pm.
Such behavior must change that's all;

I have been issued lmv licence in delhi vide licence number p98062473. The said licence was valid up to 24.06.18. Before expiry i visited sector 10 dwarka rot for renewal of said licence. I was made to understand that since the licence is old the records for same is not available with us hence can't be renewed. I was advised to again go through procedure of making learning licence and appear for test for permanent licence. Why i am being harassed unnecessarily for no fault of mine. Record keeping responsibility lies with rto and i am being penalised for their defecency.

This is amarnatha bhandary. Today afternoon at 13.25 pm. A lady in white tvs scooter with regn no ka19 ee5761 came in full speed on wrong side and hit my access scooter in front of medplus medical shop. I was just started from medical shop touched road.

My front portion got damaged my wife suffered leg injury. I told that lady to come to service station for paying repair cost. She denied. Don't call police. Then i told you compensate for this. She paid rs 1000/- and went on wrong side up to ladyhill church crossed road went towards ladyhill circle.

Please take action against them. My repair cost will be more than that and wife's injury is also there.

I had passed my learning licence test on[protected] & paid rs.900 & was issued learning licence but my address was not properly mentioned so i visited the official website again to edit my address & to get permanent licence also, i again visited rto office at vadadla, bharuch (Gujarat) on[protected] to verify my documents for change in address they approved but said payment is pending as 'mc50cc' and 'mcwog' was added again in 'class of vehicles' the fess was 450rs for each class so total 900 rs. Again. I said to cancel the class but they said that is not possible you have to pay 900 rs. Online then only you will get permanent licence so i paid rs.900. And again new learning licence was issued to me from[protected] to[protected].

I dont understand what kind of official website. They allow to add 'fees for class of vehicle' to earn revenue from innocent public but cannot allow to cancel 'the class of vehicle'. Why? They should have mentioned properly on website that 'fees added cannot be canceled'. I was wrongly charged for the new classes of vehicles which is not needed.

Also now when new learning licence is issued to me on[protected] i have to again wait for one month to get permanent licence. I am attaching both learning licence photos and fees payment photo of previous licence.
I want refund of my fees of rs.900 which they wrongly charged from me.

As per the website printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) completed on 27th march 2019, and the status is stuck on dispatch of the dl and psv badge ever since.

Please do take action and dispatch the licence with immediate effect.

I went for driver license test and had an appointment at 10 a. M. But when i went at the place at around 9:30, i was told to come after 11 since there exam office didn’t come. Apparently at 10 am they started taking exam of people of 9 am batch. How much worse could an experience be!!! And then citizens are blaimed for not getting a license. It’s because of this unorganised lethargic system that people avoid going there!!

I have given permanent driving licence test on on 10 february but i have not received yet and when i am i'm seeing application status there is showing licence has been dispatched 10 days ago but i have not received yet no tracking id or anything is is written there so how can we track

Dear sir/madam, i went to get a driving licence from a madhugiri rto (Ka64), once i enterd, it was filled with middle mans, when i went to get dl myself all most internal system also not supported and said me to come with a middle man, this is one part and other side of it i paid 70 rs to take photo and 50 rs to recieve dl, that to with out any reason, i thought it may be government fee. But they dint gave any acknowledgement. May i know weather it is a government fee or not and i request plz support the volunteers who will come to get their license without brokers, system is supporting them.. And plz update the online system so that middle man's can be avoided and provide some consultancy service from rto side to the illiterates about online payment because some cyber and xerox shop people taking advantage of it and looting the money from the people they are taking 50 rs to apply in online from each person which even doesn't worth of 10 rs. Being a post graduate student i didnot able to rise the voice there coz all are one side and me stands alone i don't know about the common or illiterate people... Please be the responsible officers and serve the socitey for what u people are meant for and stop serving the brokers. Thank you

Im from ahmednagar maharastra414001. I gave my driving test on 9th december 2018 and its a long time and i havnt recieved the licence. Even i went to the rto office, nobody is willing to talk.
Earlier they said it will delivered to you with in 20-25 after the trial.
But its now 19 april.
Yesterday i visited rto office, and there was a guy working in rto office said if you want your licence, you have to give rs. 500 more because you gave the test on sunday and it was a special entry.
So we charge rs. 500 as per the rule. You have to pay this money to rto officer. I said, if i get the reciept for it, definetely i will pay if it is the rto rule. But that fellow said we dont give any receipt for it. And if you dont pay this amount we are not giving you, you're licence.
And respected sir /mam plz do help me and help me what to do?
If you want, any proof for it.. I can record the video also.
But i wont be paying bribe to anyone.

It's related to licence issue process.
About Satara RTO, Maharashtra.
For my son, I took learning licence and now it's 6 days remaining for expiry. I visited RTO office Satara for parmanent licence. It was shocking to know that after submitting fees for 780 rupees, in another window while giving time slot they said due to holidays it will not allowed and I have to take learning licence again. Actually it should be allowed to take the time. The major issue was with fees. They were not ready to refund it. How they can do this. Meanwhile, The cashier gone for garden walk. It took more than hour and after argument it's refunded.
What is this? What is the logic behind this?. Why your process is so that after paying fees and moving to another floor in the office, on another window, which is far away from cashier, will inform the time slot? It should be on same window and before accepting the fees.
If is it so then why they refused to refund?
Due to holidays and your lengthy process we are suffering for time and money.
This is very serious and just think how many people are wasting their time, petrol and money.
Don't you think that you should take care of this and why it is required to raise complaint from people? Are you not observing any error in your process? Or are you not doing any audit before getting increase in your pay commission?

As I was late to office already.. I was in a speed.. Suddenly a green signal turned into yellow and I thought I would pass it as I couldn't even miss a minute late, it turned red when I was in the centre. Rto officer stopped me and asked me to pay the fine. When I asked reason he told me for the earphones I'm wearing. He took my license and filed a complaint and gave me some slip on which his name is not written.. Just a signature is there.. Afterwards he started yelling and telling other people that I broke signal what was not true. I was in the centre so my duty was to clear the road as soon as possible. What I did. As this incident happened in pune, my license is of nasik. I work in pune but native place is nasik.
It happened in betN pimple sudagar road and bhopodi. He told me to get the license from my hometown after 3 months. I was ready to pay the fine but he took it and go away.. When I tried to see his name.. His batch was in a position nobody can see it.. He noticed it and told me that his name is written in the slip he gave.. But there is no name of him. Now a days police not working for people.. They are try to trouble people if they don't get dowry.. That's it.. I have never paid a single rupee Or gave anybody this way.. That's where he got angry.. Mine vehicle is not having number plate so i came here for the plate but in this office there are lot of insufficient system from giving number plate to fitting takes 4 hours and totally not in system. Today in 21st century also we are facing this type of system it's very haphazard. Please solve the system. Otherwise we will believe in india we cannot improve the system. It's very harassing.

I’ve booked bangalore to salem volvo journey on 17th april 11:30 pm boarding at madiwala.
Bus came at 1 am without any support staff at the office.
They picked from mini bus from madiwala and taken standing till
Hosur.
I have been charged 1365 rs.
Looks like they didn’t had any permit.
Pl investigate. Apprx 40 km i have been made travelling by standing.

I reached pcmc rto for my driving license test but their are not co-operating with me bcz i don't have any middle agent. They sent me 3-4 time to brings different documents. Then agent asking me to give him 200rs to complete my driving test document verification.in last the officer was went home and my form did not submitted and still my drving test pending. They said to take next appointment. All officers in pcmc rto doing same for any work i[censored] go without agent help.

I haven't received the rc of my new car although it has been more than 3months since i have received my car.
My car number id hr26by1021.
On cheking online it still shows pendency of rc dispatch since 25th of jan 2019. So, kindly do the needfull at your end.
