Apply online through parivahan.gov.in site. But after selecting the state after entering last 5 digit vehicle chasis no. While validation unable to proceed further

The message appears "this service available only for transport vehicles"

Further i can not proceed. Pl solve.

I have passed two wheeler and four wheeler driving test on 7th december 2018. My driving license number also generated but i have not yet received my smart card.

My dl application was opened for editing on 18-feb-2019 but i still didn't receive my smart card. My dl number is - ka09 [protected]
Here are the status shows on sarathi website:

Editing the details in driving licence : - completed on 18/02/2019
Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) :- pending (Allotment information unavailable)

Can you please push this request to the concerned department.

Sir i have a my bike number and message received from rto botad gujarat but i still not received number plate. My bike number is gj33d0713. Taviya devraj odhabhai. Bike taken at shiv shakti showroom, wankaner, morbi, gujarat. I have message from 45 days but i am not received number so please help me and give me a number plate.

Its been more than than 2 months that i have not yet revieved my friving license. Kindly send it the registered address. I have tried calling the authorities a hundred times but sometimes its busy and the other they dont pick up.

This is to bring to your notice that when i was applying for learners license online on the parivahan website, sarathi, in the fee payment column, i paid the required amount of rs.240, on 8th march 2019.

The amount is debited from my account.
But the payment is still in pending status, the the epayment "status of payment" section. And i am not able to go forward with the slot booking.
I have called the helpline number several times and also emailed them. But there is no proper response.
Please help me with getting my license and solve the above problem.

I have completed my driving test for car and bike infront of RTO inspector at last week Tuesday? And took photo at that day? But still i didnt get my driving licence? Please make them to dispatch fastly beacause i cant pay fine amount for driving bike without licence?

And its not been delivered yet.
For every step they are taking too much time

While i was on the road side with my bike... The traffic police came and made a echallan inspite of me saying him that i hadn't parked my bike there as i was waiting with my bike outside a medical to take some medicines... And for not showing him the driving licence, where as i asked him that i wil go back and get the license
And whereas there was another person who had parked him bike there... He did not make his challan as he was his friend shook hands with him and let him go.

I appeared for two wheeler dl test on 20th feb. Recording test results of driving test got completed next day itself. But since then, i see that, under application processing stage, it says approval of dl is in progress. It's been like that for two weeks now. Printing of dl in smart card and dispatch of dl and psv badge are pending. I would like to know how much time does it take for the approval to be completed....

I m rajath. I have applied for renewal of dl 4 months ago. All formalities and fees have been made by me according to the dl renewal norms and procedure. The authorities said to give postal cover affixed with stamps.
I did all those formalities. They informed that dl will be posted in 45 days. The time has been over.in online my dl is active.
So complaint is on dispatch and printing section, not yet dispatched.

I have all rto tax slip in my mobile phone the rto officer is not accept the and his making my challan i have a pollution sleep already and he is made by challan in i have not pollution and he say you see the all text sleep in rto you have don't give any money but i am going to be in rto he is cut the my for and for 600 rupees 500 my text sleep and 100 rupees my pollution why i am give money for the this challan because i have all documents

The website which tracks the violation of traffic rules, punetrafficop.net displayed a challan against my vehicle mh12 jg 5166 dated 28/12/2018 at 12:30 pm.

The offence mentioned is "no helmet".
No image evidence provided.

It is a well known fact that helmet compulsion was implemented in pune from 1st january 2019.
Then how can pune rto fine me for not wearing a helmet in the previous year?

Please clarify.

Its been 10-12 days i did not see they are moving application.

No change in status since long
