I haven't received the rc of my new car although it has been more than 4months since i have received my car and more than a month after i got my number plate.
My car number id jk01aj 3534.
On cheking online it still shows pendency of rc dispatch since 15th of mar 2019. So, kindly do the needfull at your end.

I'm living in nardiganj nawada, bihar. We had purchased a bike from u. P. Now we settled in bihar and want to sell my bike to another one, for that we need to change no. Of bike from u. P. To bihar. And i i had applied for that 2 years ago from now. A staff from bihar sharif nalanda, had taken money 10thousand and time taken one year for doing so. But he breaked his promise and tease usby saying ' aaj aao kal aao parso aao.' etc. His name is praveen kumar. Work in dto office nalanda. He is having his own company

This is bring to your notice that heavy trucks / private buses / loaded tempo are allowed on eastern free way... Also bikers are found racing on free way very frequently now a days...

Pls take strict action as these vehicle's are not allowed as per govt rule and are still found driving on free way... Causing heaving traffic and congestion

This may also cause damages to free way

I had purchased a honda activa scooter in july 2018. I asked for rc they told me it will be deliver after 3 month at your home., since that time i didn't rcv r. C yet... Concern officer in rto said it deliver in 6-8-2018. Mor than ten times in visited there but they hv same answer. Sir please help me to find out the rc. The vehicl details is below.

My 2 wheeler (Mcwg) driving license test was conducted on 9th april 2019. Although the same is still pending in "approval of dl" stage. I passed the same on the same date and mvi (T) signed my ll license to show that i hve passed the test.
Kindly help to get the same approved at the earliest as i need my dl urgently.

I'm from. Jammu and here at our rto office in narwal mandi, i waited for almost an hour to just submit my form.. Bec. There was no electricity and no backup for it. There were 35 more like me who suffered this stupid office torture. People working here are extremely slow, selfish (Talks and eats in b/w). I missed my train bec. Of it as they sanctioned me next days date...
I know this won't be read but still modi hope resides in us...

I want to renew my dirving licence online but it's data not available in online system so today i am visit at rto office vadodara but they say my licence data is not in system.
Even if they don't guide for that one officer just answer i don't issue this so how can i guide.
Pls do the needful on urgent basis for renewal.
My licence copy attached it's expiring tomorrow.

I moved to saravanampatti. While applying for address change online by self, selected rto central instead of rto north. Application was rejected by rto central inspector and application has been cancelled now.
Kindly help with refund of the application fee.

I have a two wheeler registered with karnataka transport department, registered in name of ritesh ranjan with reg no: ka19eu6125.
I had applied for no objection certificate from rto, mangalore, for the purpose of transfer of registration from rto, mangalore to rto, pune. On 2nd feb 2019, i was provided only one copy of noc and was said that the other copy (Rto, pune office copy) would be dispatched by rto, mangalore to rto, pune (Pimpri-chichwad) by post. I went to pimpri-chichwad rto for registration, then they were asking for 2copies of form28 (Noc). I have informed they that they may have got the second copy through post as per communication made by mangalore rto. They are not ready to accept my registration request because of lack of this. I also tried to contact with mangalore rto about this, but not getting any solution.

Due to this, i am not able to get my vehicle registered with the regional transport department of maharashtra. This has been a constant source of problems for me by local traffic police.

So, i request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful as earliest as possible.

I have buyed second hand two wheeler suziki access 125 from olx site and transfered into my name.

After using for 2 or 3 months, the condition was not good, i gave an add in olx site for selling.

In january 2018, i sold it a person from olx site.
I gave all my documents to them to transfer ownership.
I have called them many times to transfer into their name...
I did not take any of their id proofs or any documents of theirs which was my mistake.. Now i lost their contact number also and not able to contact them.

Recently on[protected], i got a message from echallan to pay 135/- for not wearing helmet from karimnagar...
After checking echallan site online, i came to know that that they are using it without tranfser of ownership.

There was an auto driver did not started the meter and i told him twice to start the meter but he did not respond to me. When i reached the destination he said to me 60 rs hua hai and i daily travel in that route so i know maximum it goes upto 40 rs and he started arguing with me ki 60 rs hi dena padega then i told him why did not you started the meter then he told me yaha tak 60 rs hi hota hai. Sir, medam, mene apana licenece ka test 14 january 19 ko pass kiya or sms bhi aa gya or aaj 9 april 19 tak bhi koi sunavai nhi ho rhi h ito mem 5 din jate h jab ek din hamari problum sunti h or bol deti h 1 hour m approved jo jayega phir 4 din tak nhi hota office jakar mem se bole mem i come in. Mem bolti h no no no bilkul nhi mere pass time nhi h 10:00 baje aao kal phir kal bhi same problum time hi nhi h problum kese solv hogi desh m sudhar aa rha h roj kaam chod k mem icome in krte rho jo kaam 1 hour h us me 4 month lag chuke h phir bhi kaam nhi huaa h so please help me bhrstachar ko roko

Very bad experience waited for 2 months for noc and rc transfer still no work done. When personally visited rto office of pune, i got to know that to was attached with wrong noc which was change in address noc which should be of transfer of ownership noc.
My whole money and 2 months got wasted due to such persons.
Now rto sugessted to withdraw application and reapy for the whole process.
I asked for refund to the agent for not completing my work and refused for same.
I request people to search good agent and dont fall in line with such useless agents.

Hi, this is a complaint about an auto driver i met this morning. I told here very clearly where i wanted to get down, he agreed to that. Later he started complaining cant drop you to the other side of the road. Finally he agreed to drop me to the destination i wanted to go to. He asked me for rs.30 extra for no reason. I argued with him as he never told me that he is gona charge me extra. I was supposed to pay only rs.70 but instead i ended up paying rs.100.
I am highly disappointed with this as the auto driver's always charge whatever they wish to and do not follow the meter. I really want someone to take some action against it. Auto no-mh.12hc 3962

Applied for new ll license, payment got cancelled while applying, retrying for payment by choosing payment fees option at the sarathi portal, but after entering details in application fees section it is showing "payment is pending... Wait for 30 minutes for confirmation from bank or contact rto office" customer care help desk also not responding..

My learning license application no. [protected]. I had applied for learning license on 27/06/2018 and my slot booking was on 02/07/2018. I had passed the learning test and my learner driving license is not issued yet. I saw my status and it show pending again and again. I visited again on office on 26/11/2018 to ask them to make my driving license. Firstly they didn't find my application they said it was missing. After an hour of struggling a clerk give me my application and said that you had failed in learning test. But the system show i had passed the exam. And i saw a cleared stamp on my application of authority. They asked me to again give test and i booked test for same day but when they tried to start my test they asked you are already passed. Another check asked me to meet an agent who fill online application. He asked you meet him and asked him that how much money is required to make driving license.in short he asked me for bribe indirectly. And i saw many agent give them 500 rupees to make one driving license. I am from town zira in district ferozepur of state punjab. I applied in sdm zira office. I am against corruption and i didn't wanted to give them bribe. Please help me. Today is 08/04/2019 and my driving license is not made yet. Please make my driving license.

I have received courier from Gujarat motor vehicles department central printing center. I have purchased Tvs Luna. My address and vehicle no. Is right mention on cover but received wrong RC book. My vehicle no. GJ 27 CP 3998 and received RC book vehicle no. GJ27CP4008.
Pls guide to me, what to do for my RC book.

Hello,

I have completed all process of permanent licence, paid rs.764/- (Attached pay receipt, application no[protected] but they said your document is not in our record.

When i have checked online status in web site rto level pending pop up is showing.

So i asked them what can i do for this issue, they said reprocess for all formality & not guide properly.

Please look in to this matter & request you to please get in touch as early as possible.

Today, when m going from bandra to vikhroli at 2 o'clock, one rto officer click my photo of car and fine 200 rs for no parking zone. I dont knw when he was clik my car photos n fine for no parking zone. M sending that photos of rto officer click. That time i was in car. You can see back light. I just stop car for 2 or 3 second. If i am in car then how they will fine for no parking zone. It was not park. Please do acting for this tpy of fine. I will not pay fine. Bcoz my car was not parked.
