My RC smart card is not yet received by me even after 4 months of the new bike purchased, I visited Andheri RTO office and after 3 hrs i came to know that my card is not printed by Mr. Amit who works in printing department. Reason he told that my card is lying in Godown, i asked why, he told that due to change of old staff, they have sent all the files to godown.. He asked me to speak to the clerk who has access to visit the godown, The Clerk said he does not work here as he is just a chai wala and provides breakfast to other officers working there but he can get the file out, provided if i bribe him Rs 100/-, I denied and went back to Amit and told him about the same, he asked me to speak to the supervisor Mr. Rakesh, I went to him told him the entire incident. He asked me speak to Amit and did not showed any interest... I again went to Amit and he said only the clerk can do the work. and asked me to visit after 1 week.

What does this means, Should i need to bribe the clerk and get my work done..?? Or do i need to get trouble again & again just because some of the corrupt officers does not want to do their job.

On 18th June 2012, an auto rickshaw driver in Khanda Colony (MH06 S 620) refused to ply a sick woman to Neel Hospital at 11.45 p.m. late in the night from Khanda Colony Circle. This is despite the woman being so sick and pleading with the auto rickshaw driver who refused to listen to her pleas. The auto sped away without any passengers towards Khandeshwar station.
In a second instance on 18th June 2012, a person wanted to go to Sector 14 in Panvel from Khandeshwar station. For this a burly auto driver said he would charge Rs 80/- for which the man said that he too is an auto driver in Mumbai and would not pay so much amount. To this the burly auto driver brought the price down to Rs 60/-, but the Mumbai auto driver refused to pay and negotiated the price to Rs 50/-to which he agreed and sped away.
In a third instance, on 11th June 2012, two women with a small child had to go to Kalamboli Police station from Khanda Colony for which all the auto drivers refused to ply. After repeated pleas, the driver said that he would charge Rs 70/- for which the women refused to pay but the auto driver would not relent. Finally the women paid as per the whims and fancies of the auto driver.
The fare as per meter in the first three cases would be Rs 15/-, Rs 25/- and Rs 30 respectively.
The above examples brings to the fore the implementation of the METER system in auto rickshaws in Khanda Colony. Time and again over the last 9 years, these auto drivers have been opposing the introduction of bus service in Khanda Colony and have been terrorising the common public into submission and charging any amount at will. Due to this there are many private vehicles on the road as the common man cannot afford to pay these exorbitant amounts. Coming to the petrol price hike, after the hike, the fares were increased by Re 1 per seat of 5 seats immediately, but after the petrol price was reduced by Rs 2.00, the fares have not been reduced. Neither is there anyone who plies only 3 passengers as per rule. Every rule in the book is broken at will here and 5 passengers (6 sometimes) are ferried. People are forced to get down and offer their seats to women passengers and sit in the front seat with the driver. Why is this so? The seats are on first come first basis and once 3 seats are filled up, the auto driver has to proceed to the destination.
Since there is no other mode of transport available, the people have to bear the brunt and cough up the amounts demanded by the auto drivers. The RTO officials have to take strict action and it is an earnest appeal to the authorities to intervene and resolve the issues of the Khanda Colony residents and get the mini buses introduced immediately at a frequency of 1 bus every 8 minutes. Secondly, all auto drivers should ply only 3 passengers and as per METER.
What is required is Meter syste m for autos in Khand a Colony and request for plyin g 3 passe ngers only

To my dismay, the speed post services seem to be as good as an ordinary postal service of Indian Posts. Kindly peruse the table below -

My document should reach IGNOU on 7th September 2012. But its quite astonishing that the document dispatched on 4th September, 2012 reaches Palam, Delhi on 5th September, but took 50 hours to reach New Delhi GPO as a result it could not reach the destination on time. Further, to my dismay, it did not even reach IGNOU on 8th September, 2012.

As per the table above Speed Post took 50 hours to take the document from Palam TMO to New Delhi GPO. Palam is in New Delhi.

Is it not ridiculous???????

The last date of submission of my form was 7th September 2012 as it was for the registration of my Ph.D. And the purpose of sending through Speed Post had foiled my plan and also axed my academic career.

How can a document take more than three days to reach the destination when the document reached New Delhi (Palam TMO) on 5th September, 2012 from Pune? Speed Post seems to have taken the urgency, very lightly. The courier Services would have been more perfect as they provide value for money, being a private sector, also they take the responsibility. Hence, the truth prevails - Unprofessional-ism exists in Govt. Sector as I found that the sense of responsibility and accountability is absolutely missing in such departments.

I was told that the document would reach the destination on 6th, September 2012, whereas, it could not reach even on 8th September, 2012. Disgusting.....

Will IGNOU accept my document after the dead-line? Can Indian Postal department compensate me against the failure of your services?

I have not received the said Speed Post Ref. No. EF[protected] IN. The local Post Office Anisabad-800002 reported to me that we have not received the said article. They advised me that you contact/claim to Income Tax Department. Internet shows the receiving on 21.08.2012 at Anisabad P.O. So, please locate it and delever me.

I f anybody want to see bikes riding on footpath & illegal parking lot on footpath pl visit D MART link rd, malad (west) store they have occupied footpath made for pedestrian is used by DMART now even bike riders started riding bike on footpath to avoid traffic just opposite the store cars are parked in triple lines security hired by store are engaged to get autos for their costumers will RTO take action against this at earliest , as at somwaro bazar roads as always digged
so commuter have use Dhiraj residency or can say Rajan pada where cars are always parked on bothside of the road
so now its should be alternate day parking on either side of the road to contro traffic malad RTO will take action on such roads another is adarsh of marve road

I had applied for permanent license through S.K. Motors on 8th April 2012. Below are the details about Motor driving school.

However due to insufficient documents at that time, they kept that procedure on hold. On 2nd Jul 2012, I again reappeared for test with all needed documents. But this time they didn't give me new slip. Now almost 2 Months have passed, but I am yet to receive my permanent license. I had a word with owner of SK Motors. But he is saying there are many permanent license are in queue, because of which it is taking time.

Now I am not sure whether my license is in process or not. And there is no way to find out status.
I am also not sure, whether driving license school is lying or RTO is not doing anything.

I Kishor N Khakhriya had dispatched my "CA ONLINE FORM" Through Speed Post on 22nd August 2012 from Bhatia(Gujarat) to New Delhi but it shows only tracking of item at middle of the way. No further improvement in tracking till the date. Kindly give me reply that it will reach on time or not.
And also answer me that why this much of delay in delivering article. My career will be at stake if this article will not be delivered on time.
Then who will be responsible for the loss for my career????

actually I applied for transfer of ownership in pune rto via a agent, he said that the process is complete and new rc has gone for printing on 30th june 2012 but till now I haven't received my rc.

I again talked to the agent guy for around 5-6 times but he said they rto have delivered the rc on 4th july 2012..... but :(

I also visited the nearest post office for that rc as per them they said we can't do anything in this and till now they haven't received that rc ?

I am not sure from where I can get my rc ?
is there any specific mail-ID or phone number where we can raise such complaints ?

any help would be great and really appreciable.

My Self vishal and i am leaving in pune, but my home place in sarni. sir mujhe es bat ki compliant karni hai ki jo Taxi sarni se ghoradongari station tak ya Betul tak local me calti hai wo kuch hi Taxi no.(Yellow no.plate) par resistered hai. jisme jyada gadi force cruiser classic hai jisme yaha par 15 se 20 savari bhari hati hai our yaha kuch union bhi hai jo enhe support karti hai ye log over load gadi bharte hai our savari se battmiji se bat karte hai our en Drivers ke par licence ya bach bhi nahi hota hai our festivals par ye jada kiraya mangte hai our enki gadiya bhi fitnes me sahi nahi hoto hai
our ye log jaha cahe waha par hi savari ko utar dete hai jisse pablic paresan hoti hai.

Tracking of Driving license
Sir,
I have given my Driving test for Four Wheeler at Andheri RTO on 12-Feb-2012 & passed the test. And it was informed by RTO Agent that License will come directly through postal service within 7 days. It has been 5 months now but I am not able to track my License, even the agent is refusing to answer since there is no tracking system for license.
Earlier RTO agents use to ensure proper delivery of License since it was hand delivered to them. But now neither agents are taking responsibility nor our RTO authority have any information centre regarding the same. People are suffering & struggling.

On June 19, 2012 more than 25 bykes were towed from Kandivali, M G Road (Opposite Indicom Office). my bikes was also parked over there. We were parking in this place from past many years. When I went to collect my two wheeler from the towing center (Near fire briged office, S. V. Road, Kandivali (W)), It was told that that area where this two wheelers were parked is NO PARKING ZONE. Simply I can not understand that How it can be possible. Within a day how it can became no parking zone, there is no board of NO PRKING, OR any information for the same. When I asked they were answering that it was affecting to traffic and somebody has complaint, therefore they towed all two wheelers parked. I would like to know, If any one complaint about parking of any vehicle, and traffic police can towed the vehicle? All individual has paid Rs.200/- (Rupees Two hundred only) as fine.

First of all, I would like to know from where I will get information about the area in which I parked my 2 wheeler was NO PARKING ZONE OR PARKING ZONE. If you people have the information about the same please mail the same on my e-mail (p.[protected]@gmail.com). Traffic police are talking to every one very rudely. I did not get any information from the RTO site. Please take the necessary action and reply on my e-mail ID.

My family member Passport is dispatched on 1June2012 and tracking number is EN[protected]IN and it went to Valigonda postoffice.Post master redirected as per our request to the correct address as we gave wrong Zipcode while filling the passport application.Even after redirectign also there is no update on the status and also not delivered to the address or passport office.
I dont know what is the meaning of speed post system. And why the post office officials are not using the system for updating the status.
And people who are there in Customer care unit , talking irresponsible. And dont know where to go for at least personal collection the speed post.

Please advice us to where to go for collecting this kind of issue.When we spoke with CC, they told that check with the Post office HUB in Hyderabad.Can any one where is it??
