Most humbly and respectfully I wish to draw your kind attention towards my following few points for your kind consideration and favorable action.
Sir, my speed post No:- EM[protected]IN containing my driving lisence along with No-Objection Certificate from Mumbai, was booked from Colaba Post Office of Mumbai region on 24/12/2012 for Motipur Post Office of District- Muzaffarpur, Bihar -843111.
The above mentioned Speed Post No:- EM[protected]IN is not delivered to me till today. In this connection four times I sent SMS to 55352 and I got the SMS confirmation that the item was received at Motipur Post Office on 27/12/2012.In this regards my complaint No:[protected] dated 02/01/2013 is still pending. Sir, I visited Motipur
And Singaila- Sandha Post Office on 30/12/2012 and on 08/01/2013 for getting status of this speed post and they said that till today it is not received here, on receipt it will be delivered to the addressss.
If tracking result received from the Speed Post Tracking system is true then the Post Man and Post Master should be answerable for wrong delivery and if the tracking status received from the Indian Speed Post system is false then how it is being updated without performing the task.

Most humbly and respectfully I wish to draw your kind attention towards my following few points for your kind consideration and favorable action.
Sir, my speed post No:- EM[protected]IN containing my driving lisence along with No-Objection Certificate from Mumbai, was booked from Colaba Post Office of Mumbai region on 24/12/2012 for Motipur Post Office of District- Muzaffarpur, Bihar.

If tracking result received from the Speed Post Tracking system is true then the Post Man and Post Master should be answerable for wrong delivery.
The above mentioned Speed Post No:- EM[protected]IN is not delivered to me till today. In this connection four times I sent SMS to 55352 and I got the SMS confirmation that the item was received at Motipur Post Office on 27/12/2012.In this regards my complaint No:[protected] dated 02/01/2013 is still pending. My Speed Post No:-EM[protected] booked from Colaba Post Office of Mumbai region on 24/12/2012 for Motipur, which is not yet delivered to me where as the departmental system of Speed Post says that it was received at Motipur Post Office on 27/12/2012 and delivered on 01/01/13. How the status was updated on the system without delivery. Today 08/01/2012 again I visited the Motipur and Singaila- Sandha Post Office with the details of my Speed Post and the Post Master told me that till today it is not received. Now to whom I should believe, to the Post Master or to the System status of Speed Post department.

I have been applied for Renewal of my License Dt. 27 Nov. 2011. I had completed all the formalities. They told me that I will get my license in a month. Till the date I not getting my license. But I do one rational thing that I taken photo copies of those document. So will you please tell me what kind of further step should I take. I am litreally irritated with this system. Aren't Those people time bonding? By the time technology has been developed but those people are almost taking one and half month to issue my license. Is this devoloping India? Instead of giving immediate license.

I purchased M 800 Std bearing Registration No AP 30 C 6556 from Varun Motors True value. But in the RC book while transferring in my name the LPG was not mentioned my signature is not visible and also in my address Nagar is not mentioned. I made several mail to the all higher up of Transport department, but all the notices are failed. Finally I have issued notices to Transport commissioner, Joint Transport Commissioner (Vig and legal), RTA Attapur and RTA, Visakhapatnam and they have received the same in the first week of December, 2012. Till today neither taken effective steps to correct the RC book nor replied to my notice by the Transport Department. It is bring to your notice for issuance of suitable direction to the Transport Department and to do justice to me.

I'am new to pune and I got my 2 wheeler from bangalore on november 2012. Last saturday I.E. 15 dec 2012, I went to vishrantwadi rto in pune to pay road taxes. I gathered all documents based on information from certain blogs. Upon reaching vishrantwadi rto, I was welcomed by so called dalals who could do me a favour of paying road tax at a price of rs 5000.
I don't indulge anyone into corruption, hence tried looking for an official who could be of some help. Unfortunately the babus are busy smoking over a cup of tea and talking to there associates(dalals). Upon approaching, one of the official(without a name badge), I was relegated to one of the dalals whom I initially understood to be an rto employee.
After my repeated attempts to talk to one of the officials to proceed with road tax, I hit failure and I was exasperated with the odacity of our fellow country men.

Need help in paying my road tax without any interruption without any dalals and at the earliest.

My experience seems as:
1. I am a foreigner(alien) in my own country.
2. My fundamental rights are probably fundamentally wrong, hence I cannot exercise them.
3. Taxes that I pay are only meant for the welfare of our politicians.
4. Bribes are for goons and dalals welfare.

Wish if such things could be done on line where I would have 1 less thing to complain.
Any one who is reading/Concerned about my paying road tax in pune, please help me out to avoid getting caught by government mafias (traffic police)waiting for there prey at traffic junctions to squeeze the life blood out of you.

I bought a Honda Jazz car from Whitefield Honda Bangalore in August. They told me that my RC book and smart card will be delivered by RTO to my address. After waiting for one and half months, i contacted RTO (KR PURAM, Bangalore). They told me that the document has been dispatched via speed post and they gave me speed-post tracking number. When I contacted post-office they told me they could not get my address and hence returned it back to RTO. Since then i have gone to RTO 3-4 times for my RC book but no one there is taking any responsibility and just ask me to wait... I mean RTO tax is highest in Bangalore (i paid 1L as my road tax) .... and still these goons do not care about our concerns.. Do not know what to do ... just waiting and running forth and back from RTO to my office ...

Hi All,

I'm a Resident of CGS Colony Sector 1 Near Nirman sadan & next to KV School. I do regularly notice guyz from adjoining Slums form various age group Chewing Ghutka & smoking cigarettes & sometime taking illegal & harmful substances in public. They also ride Cycles & motorbikes in a rash manner & if questioned reply back abusively & flee. As there is a school & also a park in that lane the safety of many women and children are at stake. To avoid any untoward circumstance i would like the RTO if possible to post an official during the day to book these individuals. Just a note most of the boys who are riding bikes & i suspect don't even have valid licenses & they never wear helmets.
Note- A police van is parked on the circle during the day but most of the time i do see the cops sleeping inside the van or trying to get some freebies from the shopkeepers around. I have never seen them question or round up these guys although everything happens everyday in front of their very eyes.

I would like strict & stern action to be taken against offenders in this area & surrounding areas so they dont take the law for granted.

I'm a resident of CGS colony Antop hill. This area has become densely populated of late & the number of vehicles has increased but also because of the metro line work there is a lot of traffic that has beenn created on the approaching road from koliwada pratiksha nagar towards antophill. i woudl like to bring some pointers that could help residents in a a smooth flow of traffic.
1> The road which is adjacent to the main road where metro work is going on that is the gurudwara road that moves towards koliwada station & also connects to Gandhi market or King's circle is always jammed as there are a lot of illegal garages or taxis parked on either side of the road & also hawkers occupy a major part of the road on either side. As a result there is always traffic jam. I would request the area RTO in charges along with the BMC to conduct a surprise raid or drive once everyday so this stops completely. I have heard from people that the cops are scared to come down to this area as they are thrashed or bribed. I would like to see immediate action on this front.
2> There is a small by lane or Gully as they call it passing from CGS colony sector 3 near hanuman mandir & approaching towards gandhi market. This lane is very narrow & also there are shops on either side of the lane.There is barely any place to walk on foot paths as the same have become part of the shops owned now. There are bikers who ride very rashly and there is constant honking creating chaos every time. For the citizens who are walking it is rather inconvenient as the shops cannot be moved or the road cannot be widened so my suggestion is to but sum walkthrough rods which allow only citizens to walk through but doesn't allow the bikes to pass through.As bikes are supposed to be ridden on main roads and now in such narrow lanes.

It would be highly appreciated if you could kindly consider the points mentioned above & take some sort of action to restore some order and peace amidst such chaos.

There are bikers who ride very rashly and there is constant honking creating chaos every time. For the citizens who are walking it is rather inconvenient as the shops cannot be moved or the road cannot be widened so my suggestion is to but sum walk through rods which allow only citizens to walk through but doesn't allow the bikes to pass through.As bikes are supposed to be ridden on main roads and not in such narrow lanes.

One Mr.Raju Gaikwad,Tel No [protected], a bogus RTO Agent has taken my son's bike transfer documents,smart card,insurance copy along with money RS 2300 in advance.He promised to do the NOC in 8 days and now its 8 weeks.He does not pick my phone calls and if at all he picks ups he tells he is in Daund,someone or the other family member meets with accident or death.Govt. officials do not work fast because of holidays etc.How will I get my money and papers back? Do I lodge a police complaint? He may give my papers to a diciple of his, who sits near the gate Bike no,MH FG 1771
but he may not give the money.There are more complains about him already,where some says other friends of him give the papers back and tell you forget about the money, at least you got your papers back!

This is regarding docket number ED[protected]IN , in which My Graduation Marksheet and other certificates was dispatched in the year 2011. But I have not received the article till now at my home. I had also lodged the complaint on website of INDIA Post. Complaint number is[protected], but it was closed my mentioning as "the case is time barred". I had also sent escalations on mails but they need the exact date of booking which is not avl with Me.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

My name is salman bagban , residing at 743,Rahim bldg , room no-16,Zhendigate ,Ahmednagar-414001. My License was lost on 2/09/2012. ( license no-05/2915) .For the same i had done FIR(fir no -4093/2012) and submitted all the docuemts to RTO Ahmednagar.

But since last 1 month my duplicate lisence has not been issue,when i went to RTO office to enquiry abt the same they told me that my records mainted in register has been lost and they could not found it. There was a person name Mr Awate who was incharge of this dept, told me he will ask his senior and let me know abt the same.I also talked with his senior regarding this and he told me to take in writing form Mr Awate regarding this,But Mr awate is not ready to give me any thing in written and he is just wasting time saying that he will find the register and do it some day.

My office is in pune, and i had been penalised for not carrying liscense ,i had showed the FIR copy and xerox of my driving license but then also i have to pay penalty.

Please let me know how can i get my duplicate license copy

I have speed post my application form on 9 October 2012 with all correct information about address..Last address to recieve my application form was 12
October 2012 & i was sure that it will deliver on time. But today got back my form written in that "address is not correct". But the thing is address is all correct than also it has not been delivered. Can someone please help me how to proceed to complain in this regard :(.

I have applied for the permanent driving licence on date 5/10/2012.@ 8:30 am In RTO South zone sheikh sarai delhi office with form4,Learning licence, address proof and id proof. I am going to submit all document in windows but person setting back in windows he is reject my application he saying attach the two wheeler registration copy after that I am attach the registration copy with my all document again I am submit the form again person...

My RC smart card is not yet received by me even after 4 months of the new bike purchased, I visited Andheri RTO office and after 3 hrs i came to know that my card is not printed by Mr. Amit who works in printing department. Reason he told that my card is lying in Godown, i asked why, he told that due to change of old staff, they have sent all the files to godown.. He asked me to speak to the clerk who has access to visit the godown, The Clerk said he does not work here as he is just a chai wala and provides breakfast to other officers working there but he can get the file out, provided if i bribe him Rs 100/-, I denied and went back to Amit and told him about the same, he asked me to speak to the supervisor Mr. Rakesh, I went to him told him the entire incident. He asked me speak to Amit and did not showed any interest... I again went to Amit and he said only the clerk can do the work. and asked me to visit after 1 week.

What does this means, Should i need to bribe the clerk and get my work done..?? Or do i need to get trouble again & again just because some of the corrupt officers does not want to do their job.

On 18th June 2012, an auto rickshaw driver in Khanda Colony (MH06 S 620) refused to ply a sick woman to Neel Hospital at 11.45 p.m. late in the night from Khanda Colony Circle. This is despite the woman being so sick and pleading with the auto rickshaw driver who refused to listen to her pleas. The auto sped away without any passengers towards Khandeshwar station.
In a second instance on 18th June 2012, a person wanted to go to Sector 14 in Panvel from Khandeshwar station. For this a burly auto driver said he would charge Rs 80/- for which the man said that he too is an auto driver in Mumbai and would not pay so much amount. To this the burly auto driver brought the price down to Rs 60/-, but the Mumbai auto driver refused to pay and negotiated the price to Rs 50/-to which he agreed and sped away.
In a third instance, on 11th June 2012, two women with a small child had to go to Kalamboli Police station from Khanda Colony for which all the auto drivers refused to ply. After repeated pleas, the driver said that he would charge Rs 70/- for which the women refused to pay but the auto driver would not relent. Finally the women paid as per the whims and fancies of the auto driver.
The fare as per meter in the first three cases would be Rs 15/-, Rs 25/- and Rs 30 respectively.
The above examples brings to the fore the implementation of the METER system in auto rickshaws in Khanda Colony. Time and again over the last 9 years, these auto drivers have been opposing the introduction of bus service in Khanda Colony and have been terrorising the common public into submission and charging any amount at will. Due to this there are many private vehicles on the road as the common man cannot afford to pay these exorbitant amounts. Coming to the petrol price hike, after the hike, the fares were increased by Re 1 per seat of 5 seats immediately, but after the petrol price was reduced by Rs 2.00, the fares have not been reduced. Neither is there anyone who plies only 3 passengers as per rule. Every rule in the book is broken at will here and 5 passengers (6 sometimes) are ferried. People are forced to get down and offer their seats to women passengers and sit in the front seat with the driver. Why is this so? The seats are on first come first basis and once 3 seats are filled up, the auto driver has to proceed to the destination.
Since there is no other mode of transport available, the people have to bear the brunt and cough up the amounts demanded by the auto drivers. The RTO officials have to take strict action and it is an earnest appeal to the authorities to intervene and resolve the issues of the Khanda Colony residents and get the mini buses introduced immediately at a frequency of 1 bus every 8 minutes. Secondly, all auto drivers should ply only 3 passengers and as per METER.
What is required is Meter syste m for autos in Khand a Colony and request for plyin g 3 passe ngers only

To my dismay, the speed post services seem to be as good as an ordinary postal service of Indian Posts. Kindly peruse the table below -

But its quite astonishing that the document dispatched on 4th September, 2012 reaches Palam, Delhi on 5th September, but took 50 hours to reach New Delhi GPO as a result it could not reach the destination on time. Further, to my dismay, it did not even reach IGNOU on 8th September, 2012.

As per the table above Speed Post took 50 hours to take the document from Palam TMO to New Delhi GPO. Palam is in New Delhi.

Is it not ridiculous???????

The last date of submission of my form was 7th September 2012 as it was for the registration of my Ph.D. And the purpose of sending through Speed Post had foiled my plan and also axed my academic career.

How can a document take more than three days to reach the destination when the document reached New Delhi (Palam TMO) on 5th September, 2012 from Pune? Speed Post seems to have taken the urgency, very lightly. The courier Services would have been more perfect as they provide value for money, being a private sector, also they take the responsibility. Hence, the truth prevails - Unprofessional-ism exists in Govt. Sector as I found that the sense of responsibility and accountability is absolutely missing in such departments.

I was told that the document would reach the destination on 6th, September 2012, whereas, it could not reach even on 8th September, 2012. Disgusting.....

Will IGNOU accept my document after the dead-line? Can Indian Postal department compensate me against the failure of your services?

I have not received the said Speed Post Ref. No. EF[protected] IN. The local Post Office Anisabad-800002 reported to me that we have not received the said article. They advised me that you contact/claim to Income Tax Department. Internet shows the receiving on 21.08.2012 at Anisabad P.O. So, please locate it and delever me.
