1.FIRSTLY WE HAD ALREADY BOOKED AN ONLINE APPOINTMENT FOR 10AM. AFTER WE REACHED THERE BEFORE TIME AT 9:00 HOPING IT WILL START AT 10. BUT NO OFFICER OR STAFF SHOWED UP UNTIL 10:30. 2.THE SITTING ARRANGEMENT WAS AVAILABLE BUT IT IS NOT ARRANGED. IT HAS NOT EVEN TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION AS THEY ARE JUST LYING DOWN HERE AND THERE WITH NO GAP IN BETWEEN THERE.THERE WAS NO PROPER SYSTEM OF LINE AND THERE WAS NO STAFF COORDINATING OR ASSISTING THE PEOPLE. 3.ALSO THE IS NO PROPER UNIFORM FOR THE STAFF SO THERE IS A LOT OF CONFUSION AS WHO IS GUIDING THE PEOPLE BECAUSE LOT OF AGENTS WERE TROUBLING THE PROCEDURE. 4.THE STAFF MEMBER WHO WAS PRESENT THERE WAS TAKING THE PEOPLE WHO WERE PREFFERED BY THE AGENTS IN BETWEEN AND NOT THE PEOPLE WHO WERE WAITING SINCE MORNING WITH THE APPOINTMENT. THATS WHY THE SYSTEM WAS COLLAPSED. 5.THERE IS NO INFORMATION COUNTER AND ANNOUNCEMENT SYSTEM AND NO ON IS ASSISTING THE PEOPLE CAUSING THE TIME WASTE OF PEOPLE.THE COMPUTER TEST SYSTEM IS NOT PROPER AS IT DIDNT START ON TIME AND WAS DELAYED FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS AND DURING THIS TIME NO ONE INFORMED THE PUBLIC OF WHAT WAS GOING ON. 6.THERE IS NO PROPER DRINKING WATER AND TOILET AND VENTELATION FACILITY AVAILABLE AT THE PREMISES. SO PEOPLE SUFFER ALOT. THERE IS NO ARRANGEMENT FOR SENIOR CITIZENS.

Dear Sir, After many time suffering I have to write this complent. I purchased a new car Hyundai EON Delite+, Registration No.-UK08 AE 6842 from Khanna Automart Pvt. Ltd., Manglor Road, Roorkee on dated[protected]. This Car has been Registerd on dated[protected]. During Receiving of HSRP Autorization Slip on dated[protected], I have told to Sales Executive of Show room that my name in HSRP Slip is wrong Vipin Kumar in place of Vipin Kaushik. He told me that he will correct the name in RC. But after many time calling him approx 4 month later he told me that your RC has been receive with same wrong name. I said to him that I want RC with correct name. then he assured me that your RC will receive in few days. After that I called him many times. But no result found. Then I contact to sales Manager Mr. Avinash Mittal. He gave me the contact No. of RTO Agent Mr. Satish Rohila. I ask him about RC . On dated[protected] He told me that You will get RC on[protected]. After many time calling to him, no result found. Then on[protected] he told me that Your RC has been lost. Now new RC will be made in RTO. But on dated[protected], he told me that your RC has been made n tomorrow I’ll give you. Then finally after 8 month on dated[protected] I got it. When I saw this RC, I found that this RC was with that wrong name. only name correction with pen and a stamp was there on that RC. When I complent this to Mr. Satish Rohila, he misbehaved me a lot. Now I return this RC to sales executive. Now they are saying that RC is not available in RTO office. Now question is that when that RC has been lost then that RC from where come out? And on Road when if any RTO officer will stop and will check RC of vehicle, then who will be responsible?
So it is requested you to kindly give any solution for this problem. And I am assured that you will do need full action against this problem.

Res. Sir, I was seated in my on 27/09/2014 in No Parking zone on Laxmi Road near Rathod Jewellers. The traffic police came with his toeing vehicle and charged me fine of Rs.100 for halting there. I was not parked my car there. I think that was not an offence. That is NO PARKING area not the NO HALTING area. NO HALTING is not mentioned anywhere on that road. So why did he charged me? Pls contact me to resolve this issue. I think RTO has to refund me Rs. 100. I am having receipt of that fine paid.My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

I had purchased Maruti swift (GJ-HD-5377) in January'2014, till date that not received my RC book from RTO office, in the enquiring of the same they always use to say that it will be come through speed post with in fifteen days. After the nine passed i am not get my RC, please help

I had taken an autorickshaw bearing reg. no. MH-12 R 2394 from Aundh ITI to PRIDE HOTEL PUNE on[protected] at 6.15pm. I was travelling alongwith my wife. When i boarded the rickshaw, the driver told us that his METER was not calibrated according to new rules and system and hence i would have to pay Rs. 7 extra than the final meter reading. We were stuck in traffic at UNIVERSITY CIRCLE for 10-12 mins. After reaching PRIDE HOTEL his meter had a reading of 7.90 which is way higher than the actual distance. When i asked the driver about the same, he threatened me in front of my wife and told me that lodging a complaint would be of no use as he was ALL INDIA HEAD OF OBC AUTORICSHAW DRIVERS. Dear Sir, This the complaint against refusal for plying auto repeatedly. I am regular PMT traveler from Vasantbaug to Swargate and observe that auto standing at vasantbaug stop refuse to go to Swargare who are waiting for PMT Bus. Today at 8.45 am same was observed. The two autos refused to ply for Swargate with old ladies and even I requested them they refused. At asking reason said that you a are waiting for bus and it is not coming asking for auto we will not come. I asked them as i have catch office bus no was ready to accept passenger. When I noted the number of auto MH12 UA 3505 the driver threatened with bad words. Madarchot mi chandrakant mokatecha manus hay, rikshacha malak haye ani kunal nayache me tharavnar. Kute takrar karachi tithe kara mazi kon kay uppat to te baghato. This should be noted and auto driver should be enquired for his refusal about plying even though standing in que for passangers at designated autostop.

My Name is Kohli Santosh, My 2 wheeler RTO book got lost, so I got an NC done and submitted all the necessary document to an agent Mr Vijay Tel no. 91 [protected], whom I paid 800 rupees on 2011, as this is the 1st time for me in kalyan RTO, so as promised by Mr.vijay that he will be doing my work but its been almost since 2011 till now when ever I ask him he told me that he got my RTO book, few months he told me that he lost my RTO book and then told me to come an Reply for the RTO BOOK which I did last month also, then when ever I call him he is always giving me excuse by saying kalyan RTO is in flood, I cannot go for your work only, etc...I come to Bombay only fro 2 month and then I go to Bangalore for work and I do a lots of travelling overseas.Presently I am travelling as well.I have been sending him MSg after Msg but he sees my Msg and ignores. pls help me to sought it out pls . you can always call him and believe me he will give you some or the other excuse.pls help me to sought this issues please.

Hi, Mr. Patil (RTO Officer) is charging INR 200/- for parking vehical beside D-Mart, kalyan. He used to tell everyone that it is a "No-Parking" zone even though there is no such sign. Sir, I have given my Driving test for Two Wheeler at Andheri RTO on 4-april-2014 & passed the test. And it was informed by RTO Agent that License will come directly through postal service within 7 days. It has been 4 months but I am not able to track my License, even the agent is refusing to answer since there is no tracking system for license. Earlier RTO agents use to ensure proper delivery of License since it was hand delivered to them. But now neither agents are taking responsibility nor our RTO authority have any information centre regarding the same. Dear sirs i had submitted my original documents of Honda City car to get smart card from RTO.When i did not receive the document i went to RTO where they told me to check it in post office.When i went to post office they told me that they have sent back the document to RTO for improper address.In this issue i have lost my original documents of my vehicle.When i went to register my complaint in police station they said complaint should be given by RTO for the document have lost from them.Please help me what should i do now. I have applied the duplicate RC Book for my Byke No. TN 41 V 8249 last 8 months before via broker Mr.Rajkumar. I asked to the broker about the RC book, He told me its take more time because, Its have a critical problem to get the duplicate RC book. I have been wait last month. The broker called to me and bring your vehicle to inspect again your vehicle, The RTO inspect my vehicle and he told to him why are you waiting for long time for this case and he told to him i recognise at evening. Than the broker said to me i will you that day evening. Still i follow the broker he told me it will be ready... it will be ready... But i have not get the RC Book still now. What will I do? ( Why approach to the broker, the RTO is in Rough and tough charter)

I Applied for Driving License on 24/06/2014 in Mumbai-Andheri RTO. I gave driving test & cleared. Now there is no way to track the application status online. I hope some action is taken on complaint's done here ...This is about the area out Kohinoor city KAMANI KurlaOff late the towing van visits and picks up vehicles and bikes parked outside on the main road. On checking with the towing van they say that the Kohinoor mall is given a complaint. What is happening in this country the mall wants to earn on parking so it dictates to the towing van company and they like follow instructions. Are our Road police totally spineless... There is NO board of NO PARKING and the towing van does as it likes. THIS IS DISGUSTING and we the citizens of this country don't want KOHINOOR TO LAY DOWN RULES TO THE POLICE. Please have this menace stopped IMMEDIATELY. Hope the Police has power to stop the bullying by corporates like Kohinoor Constructions

i give driving test drive and passed in test on 16 march 2014 for two wheller
but still i doesn't recieve licence
after 4 days three month is finish but licence doesnt recieve
i goes rto rajkot on 10 jun 2014 to know about this they replay me that your licence is still not made

so reqest to give my licence as fast as possible

bcoz 86 days are passed but no licence
